However both times I've visited the store, the handbags were fairly disorganized. Also, and I'm not sure why I was surprised, there was a section with linens, pet items, luggage, and other typical department store sections. They were exceptionally small, but being the Rack and not the main branch, it makes sense.

I did have two employees ask me if I needed help which was great. At other times, staff would walk right by me and not even acknowledge me. I was on a time crunch and just needed my hat cleaned. Only one guy back there, Holden, and it was busy. He had to manage a phone and customers. Three other employees right there. One was stocking items nearby. The other was a young lady folding clothes at the hat counter. Maybe she isn't qualified to work on hats. The third seemed like a supervisor but she was just running around the area and Holden had to manage everything else going on. I give him a thumbs up. Not only did he take care of the hat I brought in but he found a new Stetson I wanted and made sure I had everything I needed. I would go here again.

They checked in on us and numerous customers as we were looking through the great selection. They greeted us upon entering the store and told us about the bargains for the day. No matter how many times we asked for help reaching boxes on the upper shelves Nicole never complained, but happily brought over the ladder to assist us. We have never experienced this great of customer service at this location. When we came back today, it was a different crew working. They weren't unfriendly but definitely not the same level of service - we weren't greeted nor did they check in to see how a new shoe hunt was going. We will be back for sure!

When we arrived, we were told the studio was over an hour behind schedule because one employee arrived late and another did not show up. Due to the delay, we were forced to cancel the appointment, as my daughter would not have been able to complete the shoot before leaving for the airport. All we received was an apology. There was no accommodation, rescheduling priority, or compensation, despite the inconvenience and financial loss. The cost of the makeup alone exceeded the price of the photo shoot, making this experience especially frustrating. Scheduling and staffing issues happen, but when clients invest time, money, and careful coordination for a meaningful moment, better accountability and customer care are expected.

Disgusting changing rooms featuring trash, clothing tags, and glitter from prom dresses littered all over the floor. There were stains on the carpet and chairs, and the wallpaper was peeling off. Weird smell. I felt like I couldn't peruse at my leisure because there were so many employees around talking to each other. There was a female employee staring at me as I walked into her bra section, and only after I said hi did she say hi back. I didn't feel comfortable there, and then a male employee came over ~to the bra section~ and they started laughing and talking together. I just left. I did find 2 pairs of pants that were on such a hefty sale that I only spent $20 for both, but I really don't think it was worth the terrible experience.

I came to your Round Rock store with my kids at 7:55 pm local time to make several returns. I…read morechecked online before I came to make sure they were open. Closing time is listed at 8pm.  When we got there at 7:55,  both doors were locked. I saw multiple employees inside and all lights on. I proceeded to call the store directly asking them to open the doors so I could make my returns as it was only 7:55. The employee told me "oh yeah we are closed already" I said well it says you're open until 8:00 pm. They said "yeah well we already closed our registers." I asked if the person on the phone was the manager, they said "yes I'm the manager right now." I asked for the employee's name, they responded with "Noodle." I then asked what their last name is. They said "Sadin" and I asked them to spell it.  We drove here 30 minutes out of our way to make returns.
