I was just going to order them online, but then I discovered that there's an option to buy the shoes online and then pick them up, which was convenient. Within 10 minutes of finalizing my order, I was notified via email that my shoes were ready to be picked up. Today, I went into the store to pick up my shoes and I was immediately greeted by a cheerful employee (I think her name was Jill). She grabbed the shoebox from behind the register and opened the box to verify the shoes were correct. I'm incredibly thankful that she did because she discovered that whoever packaged the shoes put a size 7 shoe and a size 8 shoe in the box and that would have been upsetting to discover upon arriving home. I am so glad that this store has someone like her that takes their job seriously and wants to keep their customers keep coming back. She has a good eye! It's good to know there are employees out there that still care about delivering great customer service!!!

Unfortunately the rest of the world would not appreciate me going to work in bare feet. This store did not make my shopping experience miserable. It is located in the 1890's shopping area near the North East end. Hardly any other customers in the shop. A couple of employees by the register. Both greeted me as I walked in (Nice Touch). It was neatly laid out and very clean. I spotted my size and headed to that rack. Found three pairs of comfortable work shoes and wanted to try them on. This is where they lose a star, I couldn't find a chair or seat. So standing up in the aisle, I maneuver my shoe off and try to slip the new one on. Three times I did this and had to change which foot because I had challenges getting the cardboard out of the toes of all the Right foot shoes. Decided to take one black pair that fit well and a beige pair. The pricing is pretty decent. The ladies at the register were very pleasant. It probability took me just as long to write this review as I was in the store.

Located at the Lakeline Mall is this pretty popular skate shop which is expensive because it's in a mall, but it's good for introductory type goods for those new to skating. Generally speaking it works for what you're doing, unless you're a big time pro, and if money isn't really a problem then this might work perfectly for you.

But, I was taught, and I have since believed to, even if just walking....get a running shoe! More cushion then any walking shoe! Also, I used to show customers, by how they walk, if they "pronate" or "supinate" (walk on inside or outside of their foot), or "neutral". So, I know the difference on shoes, when they have the "gray bar" on the shoe, that is for pronaters, like me! :) When I came into the store on 12/29 (just discovered this Outlet mall in general and was walking around), I was greeted by two happy associates. I wish I caught their names. But, it was one male, and one female, and both were very nice! The lady came up to me as I was looking at the shoes, and explained all the above, and I was impressed that she knew about judging the walking as well. (* I have been to a LOT of stores that sell athletic shoes, and they don't know the difference). I ended up with the Kayano, as it just felt like "butter" when I slipped it on. Plus, it was on sale, so couldn't beat that! When I approached the cash register, the gentleman behind was very nice as well, and asked how long I have liked Asics. I replied "Over a decade now". He told me about the rewards program, so I signed up. I will recommend anybody to this place! Very knowledgeable and very helpful!

I visited this location on January 2 (it was my bday) and I was literally the only person shopping in there and I had staff all to myself and they treated me like royalty!! LOL! One younger associate was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the other associate was very different. I believe her name was Lol, and she was much older. She appeared annoyed from the moment I explained why I was there and did not make me feel welcome. After retrieving the bag I wanted to see, she quickly disengaged and seemed uninterested in assisting me further. When I asked about another tote so I could compare it in person, she appeared bothered by the request and was reluctant to check availability until I described the tote to her again. The contrast in customer service between the two associates was striking. I ultimately decided to keep the bag I originally brought in, partly because the bag on hold was the last one available and I no longer felt comfortable continuing the interaction. As someone who owns many Tory Burch items and has been a loyal customer, I found this experience disappointing. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location.
