Despite the issues, I was still interested and scheduled another appointment for the following week. The owner, Alex, assured me everything was fine and claimed he had replaced the fuel tank. He also said the tires were in good condition--only to later admit they needed replacing when I looked at the car again. Who sells a vehicle with dry-rotted tires? Still interested, I arranged to have the car taken to another dealership for a pre-purchase inspection. I had to reschedule and called to inform them, but they were kind enough to drop the car off overnight. I paid for the inspection out of pocket. However, the neighboring dealership found issues and couldn't complete the inspection because the car needed new spark plugs--it wasn't running properly. That was weeks ago, and I've received no further updates. When I called on 1/17, I was told the car was being repaired for sale. Long story short, these people clearly don't want to sell me a car, and I've completely wasted my time. I would avoid doing business with them. The neighboring dealership also informed me the car had a hole in the fuel tank--despite the owner claiming he had replaced it. And if the tires were dry-rotted, why wouldn't they replace them to prep the car for sale like a professional dealership? It seems like they just waste people's time

I usually get a…read morecomplimentary rental when I get an oil change but Ross stated that I needed to have at least $300 of service to get the complimentary rental. I declined the rental. I again scheduled another oil change and safety inspection which is usually complimentary but Jim charged for the safety inspection. Additionally, I asked about using their advertised coupon and he stated that I couldn't use the coupon because he had already discounted the oil change which was more than I had previously paid. He stated that he could apply the coupon but my bill would be more which makes no sense to me. It's really sad when Toyota is such a good brand and this service department gouges consumers. Shame on you! I recommend that consumers spend their hard earned dollars elsewhere for their Toyota car service because this location is not worth your dollar.
