When the dealer took three hours to get it done, he just had his driver wait patiently until I was comfortable. He didn't come down as much as I would have liked on the price, but to be fair, it was priced below market to start with, so I really shouldn't have asked. Mike did everything he committed to do and more. We agreed that there would be a set of winter floor mats thrown in, then I asked for a trunk mat that I would pay for. In the end, Mike was such a gentleman, he threw it in. Very classy, very straightforward. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Love my car, love the deal, thanks, Mike!

The building and lot are small and understated, but the cars are all top shelf. This is a high end pre-owned car dealer with great prices. Jimmy George picks the cars himself. He has great taste and is knowledgeable about the cars he sells. He is an honest, straight forward car guy. He has a strong following of repeat customers, myself included. I have purchased 2 vehicles from him, both Mercedes and have had an excellent experience with both cars. He deals mostly in BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and the occasional Jaguar or Volvo. Check out his website. Honestly, the price you would pay for a low mileage Mercedes is equal or less than what you pay for a new Fix-or-repair-daily Ford. And the resale of Mercedes is the best in the business next to a Volvo. Think of the fun of driving around in BMW as opposed to driving around in a Saturn....no contest!

Bought a high end used vehicle from these folks and most of the process was online. When I got there from near College Park Md, vehicle was ready to be test driven, then cleaned up and delivered to me, out the door in about 2 hours. Matt from finance explained all the pertinent information I needed and the whole experience was that I was dealing with friends/family. General Mgr Ruck Foard even came by to chat with me a bit and make sure I was satisfied. Perfect way to buy a vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend them. Please give them your business if you can. You won't regret it

I trusted them and did not get it checked out somewhere. Big mistake........ The cars brake lines look more like rusty exhaust pipes. I've never seen anything so bad and severally dangerous, (and I worked on cars back in the 1980s) Lyndsay dealership preaches safety and an honest dealership. I'm living proof they are not either. I could have been killed. Then the service manager said we will check it for me, after the extremely high and outrageous estimate was shown to me, I told the service manager how ridiculous it is to sell me a lemon/dangerous car then want almost $5000 to fix it. He said as soon as the service department sends me the estimate I'll see what I can do for you and call you. NO CALL. Ripped me off, I could have been killed from the brakes in horrible conditions along with a fuel and oil leak. Then said he'd take care of me in fixing the vehicle that they sold me for over $5000, now giving me a high $5000 estimate and not helping or even calling me. Total lies. (Here is the actual letter I dropped off at Lyndsay for the service manager, still NO CALL. ------------------------ This is for the service manager: This is the guy who bought the 2008 from you all, and brought it in Tuesday. I couldn't believe when I saw the photos Jason showed me of the totally rusted out and leaking brake lines. To be honest I also can't believe you all would sell it that way. Extremely dangerous and you all seem to preach safety a lot. I could have been killed in this car. It not only had/has serious severe brake problems but oil and fuel leaks. As you'll see by the mileage I haven't even driven it much, I bought it this way from you. I'm not being an asshole just totally disappointed that I totally trusted you all and didn't get it pre checked out. I can't afford this and need my car to drive. (I will attach you my original raving review I wrote about/for you all) You said you would call me after Jason sent you the estimate and see what you can do helping me out. No call. I bought this car in good faith and trusting you all and all I was told, and in no way can afford this. Jason was very nice, and explained before I left; that it would be $2600 in labor plus the mechanic was still calling around for parts since gm has discontinued them. He said add about $1000 for parts to be safe, it maybe less. Then I get an estimate if I read it right for $4900. I think $3300+ of it is labor. And if so $1600 is more than double what I found the aftermarket brake line parts to be after checking.

Bismillah. What a blessing of a used car company to the State of Virginia and tri-state community…read more I now know why this used car dealership has so much high reviews on Google. Background for context. I live in Phoenix Arizona and I was looking for a 2017 Honda Odyssey that had a Carfax one owner, no accidents and service history. The only dealership in the entire country that had this was JNM Auto in Virginia. Hesitant to buy from another state specially with transportation cost and gasoline cost being so high I decided to call and talk to the owner of the dealership Mohammad. I told Mohammad my situation (car total and insurance paying so much) and I am looking for the Honda Odyssey but it was outside of my budget so he worked with me and give me a great price on this car. I hired lemon squad and they came and inspected the car and the car was in very good condition. The only two issues were power steering fluid was dirt that needed flushing and the tires were bad. I let Mohammad know of the issues and he told me that he will flush the power steering fluid and he replaced all 4 tires at no extra cost. He then told me that I can either find my own transportation to deliver the van to Arizona or he can do it for $1150. I shopped around in the cheapest I could find was for $1800 and that was not even guaranteed because the cost of gas is so high. Once I bough the car I let Mohammad know that I will be driving to CA for Memorial Day and if he could have the car arrive before then. He told me that it would be difficult in that he was going to have me rent a car for my trip and he would pay for the rental because he did not believe that the car would arrive on time across the country. I pray that all used and new car dealership would provide 1/2 of a great customer service as Mohammad provided. He treated me better than family. I would love to buy my next car from him and I would recommend JNM Auto to everyone.

I bought a used 2014 Honda Odyssey EXL with 157k miles for 10k in late November 2025, and traded in an old, but functional 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL. There are some pros and cons: [PROS] -Complementary 4500-mile or 3 month warranty! -Rubber floor mats and trunk mat included! -Side door panel trim install included! -Very clean, well detailed vehicle -Little to no rust on underbody -Fresh oil change -EXCELLENT maintenance history - free CarFax report! -Quick and easy PPI arrangement with Advanced Automotive down the street -Clear the dealer did some good work to prep up the vehicle for sale -Dealer accepts purchase from credit card / own financing -Very quick and easy purchase - no haggling and no time wasted! -Relatively low $500 Doc fee! (I still had to pay separate additional titling fees in Pennsylvania as well, but the VA part is below the median Doc fee of $900.) -Very responsive dealer via phone, text and email! [CONS] -only one key included -cracked/broken driver side mirror housing -missing underbody splash guard and fender liner -rear axle and rear brakes due immediately, barely passed PA inspection -missing trim rear interior piece -deteriorated disintegrating window rubber trims -cup holder rubber disintegrating -cosmetic dents on back -right-side door closes, but is not detected to close? -faded steering wheel handle -high mileage for the price - better deals elsewhere if I had just waited 2 more months to buy -had to spend around $1500 in immediate after purchase parts, repairs and maintenance [BIG CON] -Trade-in low-balled: I was told my trade-in 2006 car would be sent straight to the junkyard, and that the dealer would be doing me a service to get rid of it. With that in mind, I agreed to a trade-in value of $200. About 2 months later, I saw my trade-in car listed for $4000 on the dealer's website. Although I do see that the dealer probably had to do some work on it to get it to saleable condition and I understand that the dealer has got to make money somehow, this feels kind of scummy to be told my trade-in car was a junkyard car to be scrapped for parts and instead being sold for 20 times more than what I got for it. -Trade-in mislabeled: I did not get paperwork subtracting trade-in value from sale price, meaning I had to pay more sales tax in Pennsylvania. It wasn't much since the trade price was so low, but this kind of left a sore note in my mind. [CONCLUSION] I knew going in that I was getting a used car and that of course I should not expect a perfect condition on an 11 year old vehicle, but barely passing PA inspection with various immediate repairs/maintenance items needed and being severely low-balled on my trade-in felt really bad. I guess that's just the nature of the used car industry, but all this tells me that JNM Auto Group is an average dealer rather than an exceptional one as the Google/CarFax Reviews suggest. All in all, a fair price for a fair vehicle from a fair dealer. Not exceptional, not horrible, but a fair dealer.

When I ask for clarity of transportation back to hotel the male that was to finalize the sale became agitated. Stating what was obvious with an attitude about my rental and the vehicle that was soon to be mines. My finances were already in order, so this purchase cut out their invasion of seeking a credit report. However, I mention the concerns that my financier was cautious of. A concern that may believe to be true, when he wanted me to leave the vehicle with no receipts of proof of purchase. Multiple excuses he begin to make about me waiting for a fix thay they were aware of, but wanted to make right. This coming from of the guys who was upfront. However, I cancel the transaction for purchase with my financial team. Making it clear as to why I had decided not to complete the purchase. This person of closure at this Platinum Motorsport was more concern about 8 potentials then my guarantee sale. His tone of aggressiveness elevated, because I ask for what by any law would ask for... proof of purchase. What a waste of my time and honesty because of his rudeness. I should file for reimbursement.

I've never had issues of them trying to overcharge for services or provide something that wasn't needed, unlike my experiences at other Toyota and non-Toyota dealerships. I live in Fairfax now so the Fairfax Toyota is closer, but after a recent negative experience there I decided it was worth it to make the drive to Warrenton. Warrenton did the same work for $240 cheaper, and confirmed I didn't need an extra brake flush that Fairfax wanted to charge $160 for. The waiting room is clean and quiet, and they have wifi. The service has always been prompt, although I book ahead of time online and note what I need.

Prepare to be overcharged…read more Warrenton Toyota had a used, rare‑trim vehicle I had been searching for, and unfortunately that's where things went wrong. They did provide a Carfax report, which showed the vehicle was a corporate fleet car -- not the "owner's personal vehicle" as stated. That alone was concerning. The test drive was limited to a slow neighborhood loop until I insisted on evaluating the suspension, acceleration, and braking. Only then did the salesperson reluctantly allow a proper drive. Once inside, they accepted my offer quickly, but padded the "dealer service fee" (documentation fee) to an excessive $795 -- far above the typical $250-$350 quoted elsewhere. This fee is set by the dealer, not Virginia, and I should have walked out. Financing was worse. They only ran my application through Toyota Motor Credit, returning an 8.63% rate despite excellent credit. They did not shop for better rates. When I questioned the sudden increase to 8.77%, the finance manager dismissed my concern, claiming the difference "only amounts to $70 over the life of the loan." It was not what we agreed to, and only after pushing back did he revert it -- then announced he would not change anything else on the paperwork. It left me wondering what else was buried in the contract. I was also told I could either return to the dealership for my plates or pay $60-$80 to have them mailed. After being charged nearly $800 in dealer fees, this felt unreasonable. The most concerning part came afterward: the dealership never collected the rather large 2/3 cash down portion of the purchase intended to be paid from savings via check. When I called the dealership when realized, a manager admitted they should have collected it and instructed me to drive back -- a 2.5‑hour round trip. Only after mentioning inclement weather did she offer certified mail. My bank advised wiring the funds instead for security, but even that is risky if as they could just claim they did not receive it and it is essentially just like cash. The finance manager ultimately came to my home as the weather got worse so to pick up the deposit check. Even then, he refused to issue a receipt for the payment. He also refused to refund the $250 that the DMV paid the dealership after they incorrectly listed me as an uninsured motorist -- despite the fact that I had produced proof of insurance before driving the vehicle off the lot. This was extremely concerning and felt like yet another predatory practice. The entire experience left a sour aftertaste. Between the inflated fees, questionable financing practices, lack of transparency, refusal to correct errors, and logistical mistakes, I cannot recommend Warrenton Toyota.
