Having Jessica as our wedding planner was the best decision we made for our wedding. It was the wedding of our dreams, and it was all thanks to Jessica!!! We went with her full planning package, and was so grateful that we did as she was there with us every step of the way. During all of our meetings, Jessica was really good at honing in on the details that we wanted, and knew which items were a priority for us. She helped ease a lot of our worries and concerns, especially since our wedding was a 400+ guest count event. Regardless of our large guest count, our guests' had the best time of their lives and it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever been to, per their feedback, which we completely agree!!! Our wedding wouldn't have turned out as beautiful and magical as it did if it weren't for Jessica and her JMK events team. It was one of the happiest days of our lives despite the heavy rain showers anticipated to occur during our outdoor wedding. Not only did she provide a lot of hope, positivity, and words of encouragement, she was able to put together a backup plan in one week's time using the venue's limited capacity indoor facility and repurpose so many of our items that we've rented and purchased. I was invited by a friend to a very elegant wedding in June of 2022. Traffic was light and I got to the venue with 90 minutes to spare. My wife and I toured the lovely grounds of the Resort on the Penninsula and we both came to the very same conclusion. Very elegant and welcoming. But the best part of the story was the breadth and scope of the dozens of workers who were turning the wedding area on the hotel property into a paradise of epic proportions. My wife and I sat in the sun and watched the wedding destination transform into a magnificent oasis of luxury and splendor. We both noticed this one lady who was a whirlpool of non-stop motion. She finally was walking by us and my wife stopped her briefly to compliment her on her efforts to turn the patio into a paradise. She very humbly said it was all in a day's work. Well...let me tell you, during the time we were there watching this spectacular transformation we could not help but marvel at how this remarkable woman had dozens of people all doing a specific task which ended in the paradise we saw with our own eyes rise from bland to grand in an hour. A dazzling show to witness to be sure. She told me she worked with JMK events and my wife and I thanked her for her courtesy and praised her for her work ethic. JMK Events went above and beyond for us on our wedding day and the months leading up to it! We hired Jessica to coordinate our micro-wedding in March of 2021 in the Bay Area. She handled every change and potential reschedule (due to COVID) very smoothly and professionally. Planning and coordinating a wedding is a huge undertaking, let alone the added difficulty due to COVID, but Jessica handled it excellently. I would hands-down say that she was the most important person in making it all happen and come together. Jessica was wonderful to work with; she is very organized and attentive to all small and large details. Additionally, she is friendly, kind, and very professional! She is explicit about having her clients' best interests and desires as her priority, and we really felt that as she was always on our side when dealing with vendors and venue. Jessica did so much for us, and really helped us pick up the pieces at a super stressful time when my husband and I were trying to figure out how to downsize our wedding. She helped us make a day-of-timeline with enough flexibility to make sure the day ran smoothly and on-time. Where do we even start. When we first spoke with Jess, we knew right away we'd want to work with her for our wedding. Grant and I both didn't know what we wanted specifically in our wedding, and Jess was able to just give all the suggestions and recommendations for vendors and for decorations and ideas. Jess saved us in the end with our wedding, as a month and half prior to our wedding date, our venue cancelled on us. We went on hunting for venues with the help of Jess. We basically almost gave up planning on our wedding but luckily since we had Jess around, that we left everything pretty much up to her and let me tell you, she smacked it out of the park and delivered us something truly amazing. How it literally all came together within the last few of few weeks of our wedding day, I was just in awe of how beautiful the day went. TL;DR Jessica is AMAZING, and I would 10+/10 recommend her for all your event planning needs! --- Jessica was the planner (and MVP) for our wedding in April 2021. I first met Jessica back in December 2018 after I got engaged and had initially planned for a May 2020 wedding. With COVID, we went through multiple (and I really do mean MULTIPLE) venue and date changes before being able to finally have our wedding, and Jessica stuck by our side throughout it all, went to infinity and beyond, and delivered MAGIC. I had lots of ideas for what I wanted in a wedding, but I wanted a planner because I didn't know how to put it all together. I found Jessica after lots of research and meeting with other Bay Area planners. What got me was her personality. I feel like planners are professional, organized, and detailed, because it comes with part of the job, but Jessica has heart. She was the point person for all our other vendors, collected all the quotes, managed the set up and takedown of the event, coordinated the event as I imagine all planners do. She also thought of all the tiny details I would've never thought about--let's be real, no matter how "on top of it" I may be in my normal life, I'm not a professional wedding planner no matter how much time I spend on Pinterest and wedding blogs. She even had lash glue on hand when one of my bridesmaid's falsies starting coming off and none of us thought to bring any. In between all of this, she was incredibly supportive and kept the momentum of wedding planning going when it almost completely died down for me after all the postponing. Being in healthcare, the pandemic made my life busier than it already was, but Jessica was flexible in arranging our pre-COVID in-person meetings and was timely in responding to my emails no matter when I sent them. I feel so, so lucky that we had Jessica, because I don't think we would've had this wonderful experience with any other planner. Our final wedding plans actually only came together in a matter of weeks (when we found out we were allowed to proceed), and by then, I was so exhausted from work that I really didn't have the energy to put myself into every detail of the wedding. I remember sending Jessica a text the morning of while I was getting hair/makeup done because I had a last-minute panic about something random, and she replied, "We're all set! Don't worry about anything!" I don't think I ever told her, but I felt myself let out a HUGE sigh of relief knowing Jessica was here for us, as she had been since the very beginning. read more

Jessica was the wedding coordinator for my wedding at Villa Montalvo (Saratoga, CA) in spring/summer of 2019. My wife and I found her by chance and were extremely fortunate to have done so. It did not take us long after our initial meeting to choose her to help run one of the most important events of our life. We met with her several times in the months leading up to the wedding to outline the many things we needed to be working/thinking about, help make sure our planning remained on schedule, review and discuss different aspects of the decisions we were making, ensure that we did not overlook any crucial details, and made sure communication with our guests remained on track. Jessica is kind, friendly, professional, and easy to work with. She was organized, communicative, and extremely responsive throughout which is exactly the type of person you want quarterbacking your big day. I can say she was more than helpful in making my job as a dj and emcee easy. Jessica was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in August, 2016 and she was amazing! She sat down with us a few times to give us a good idea of what putting together a wedding looked like and what sort of realistic expectations we should give ourselves in terms of amount of time needed to get things done and listed a whole bunch of details that we would've missed. On the day of our wedding, she took care of talking with and keeping track of all of our vendors since we had a separate vendor for everything, at a church venue (rather than the all-in-one sort of packages). Jessica also has a wonderful eye for helping us put together and placing on the day of the deco that we wanted for the tables. Jessica taught us how the walking down the aisle should proceed for the ceremony and was there to guide us on the timing. Basically anything you can think of she has an answer and a guideline, so it was great! Most of all, she kept us sane on our happy day, giving my wife and I space to enjoy the time and not fret about small details. Jessica was amazing from start to finish. We hired Jessica as a 'day of' coordinator but she consistently went above and beyond every expectation we had. We were able to meet with her several times in person before the wedding to help with planning. She was also always incredibly responsive via email and phone the entire time leading up to the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding she ended up going even further above and beyond our expectations. We were doing a lot of the wedding on our own and had hired some people to help us clean up the venue after the wedding. When they didn't show up the day of, Jessica stayed longer than her contracted time and helped to start the cleaning process, direct some of our friends on where to focus, etc. Our wedding day was amazing and we could not have done it without Jessica's help. We started working with Jessica just 3 months before our wedding due to covid putting our wedding plans on hold. We were extremely worried about being able to plan the entire wedding with only 3 months left but Jessica reassured us that it would be doable -- and she delivered. Jessica was extremely easy to collaborate with. She is friendly, patient, and responsive. She was also extremely flexible in meeting up whenever we needed some face time, even late at night. There was a clear checklist of items for us to get through and templates for information that we needed to fill out. She kept things well organized and also kept us on track. Jessica also gave us a lot of different ideas and suggestions (she recommended wedding party favors that our guests LOVED). She also provided many of the miscellaneous supplies so we didn't need to buy/rent them ourselves (such as table numbers). On the day of, Jessica was extremely attentive.
