The grounds are lush, green, and beautifully maintained, with so many picturesque areas for photos. There are so many beautiful backdrops throughout the property, which gave us plenty of options for photos. We especially loved the ceremony area. It feels secluded and intimate, which created such a beautiful setting for our ceremony and made the moment feel incredibly special. The ballroom is spacious and worked wonderfully for our large wedding. We had plenty of room for our guests, dining, dancing, and reception activities without the space feeling cramped. The food was great and we had no complaints. We had the cod with grape tomato vinaigrette, roast beef, and chicken Marsala, and our guests enjoyed the meal. We also brought in some additional food from outside vendors to supplement the appetizers, which worked really well for us and gave our guests even more variety. One thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bar, so the line can get a little long during busy periods, especially with a larger wedding. An additional bar option for larger weddings would definitely be a nice addition. But the biggest highlight of our experience was our day-of coordinator, Jacoby. She was absolutely AMAZING! We loved working with her and genuinely could not have asked for a better coordinator. I had a very specific vision for our wedding and did a lot of DIY decor, and Jacoby was incredible. She set up all of our DIY decor and executed my vision flawlessly. I was able to hand everything over to her on the wedding day and completely trust that she would bring everything together exactly how I envisioned it. And she did! Seeing everything set up and beautifully executed was such an amazing feeling. Beyond the decor, Jacoby was attentive, organized, responsive, and incredibly calm throughout the entire day. She handled so many details behind the scenes and was always one step ahead. She made sure everything was where it needed to be, kept the day moving smoothly, and took care of issues before they ever became something we had to worry about. She genuinely cared about our wedding and making sure we had the day we envisioned. Having Jacoby there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. We are so grateful for all of her hard work, attention to detail, and the care she put into making our day so special. She truly went above and beyond, and she was a huge part of why our wedding day was so seamless. Once Jacoby left for the evening, Jovani took over as our captain for the night, and he was fantastic as well. He made sure we continued to be taken care of and kept everything running smoothly throughout the rest of the evening. He was attentive, helpful, and made sure we had what we needed without us having to worry about anything. It was such a relief knowing that even after Jacoby left, we were still in great hands with Jovani. We are so grateful to both Jacoby and Jovani for taking such great care of us. Overall, it is a beautiful wedding venue with gorgeous grounds, an intimate ceremony setting, and a spacious ballroom. Combined with the support we received from the Wedgewood team, especially Jacoby, it was a wonderful place to celebrate our wedding. We would absolutely recommend it to other couples!

We just had our wedding at the Wedgewood Weddings Redwood Canyon location this weekend, and we…read morehonestly had such a great experience from the very start when we first toured the venue all the way to the end of our wedding reception. When first starting our wedding planning, we didn't want to deal with booking all the individual vendors like DJ, Florist, Bartenders, etc so that's when we found out about Wedgewood and the all-inclusive packages they offer that can also be customized to what you want. This was soo much more convenient and stress-free for us. All of the planning coordinators were very helpful and any of them responded back to our emails very quickly. However, the success of our wedding day was really due to our assigned coordinator Allison, who was absolutely amazing--she was so down-to-earth, personable, and was so knowledgeable/helpful answering our (many) questions and requests throughout the wedding planning process and on the day of. It honestly felt like we were planning our wedding with a close friend. On the day of our wedding, Allison was constantly checking up on both of us, but especially me (or so it felt!), making sure I was staying hydrated, adjusting my hair and veil for me, bringing me things that I needed, or even communicating with my family members for me while I got ready in the bridal suite. She even brought appetizers from our cocktail hour to us in the bridal suite since she knew we'd be too busy mingling later to get some ourselves, which we really appreciated. I'm sure all of Wedgewood's coordinators are fantastic, but we highly, highly recommend Allison because of how much she did to ensure everything ran smoothly. For our reception, our banquet captain was Simren, and she also did an amazing job taking over the event after Allison's shift was over. Simren knew all of the details of our reception just as well as Allison, and was so attentive and was alway nearby to help get us anything we needed. Allison and Simren, if you're reading this, thank you so much again for everything--our wedding day was so magical, and one of the best day of our lives, in huge part thanks to you!

Tiara and Selena were truly the backbone of our wedding day…read more Several of our guests told us that the wedding ran super smoothly and that there was always something fun to do -- and we credit so much of that to this incredible duo. Leading up to the day, we were definitely feeling the weight of wedding anxiety, but the moment Tiara and Selena came into the picture, we felt lighter and more at ease. We had multiple stations (welcome table, polaroids, bar, build-your-own bud vase) spread across a sprawling estate, and they navigated it all with such calm, capable energy. Even the next morning -- after the whirlwind was over -- we woke up to find our decor neatly packed, trash collected, and everything in its place. They didn't just show up for the "day-of." Their presence, professionalism, and foresight supported us through the chaos and the comedown. I'm a very DIY, spreadsheet-loving type of person, and still felt like they were additive and supportive through the details-- my only regret is not bringing them in sooner. If you're on the fence: yes, you need a planner. And if you're lucky, you'll get Tiara and Selena.

Gina and Julia made all our non-traditional wedding dreams come true…read more From start to finish, Gina provided flexible, invaluable support. My husband and I had a pretty clear vision for the event we wanted to throw and felt pretty comfortable identifying/vetting vendors, but wanted upfront support to ensure we weren't missing any key moves and month-of support so that we could enjoy the event fully. Gina didn't force us into full-service planning, but instead offered to do a few consultation calls upfront, then step back in to support month-of. She and Julia then knocked it out of the park month-of. We organized a complicated, interactive weekend with many different vendors and moving parts. They made sure everything came together, were unflappable through some last-min shifts, and kept us all smiling and laughing throughout. So grateful for all their magic!

When I learned how much hiring a wedding planner cost, I was shocked. I questioned whether it was worth it. At the beginning, I was worried I just paid someone 20k for a vendor list. But after going through the entire process, I can tell you it was well worth it for three reasons. One, Minoti's vendor list is top tier. I tried finding my own vendors for a few things, but ended up reverting back to Minoti's suggestions because they were my favorite. Two, the cost of hiring a day-of-coordinator is already about ¼ - 1/2 the cost of hiring a full wedding planner but won't be as seamless since they won't have the same context as someone who has been there from the beginning. Three, this is probably the most valuable reason of all, it is super helpful to have a third party Indian wedding expert to mediate and propose solutions to tense/sensitive disagreements between family members during planning. Many of our guests complimented us on how smooth our wedding went, and a lot of that credit goes to Minoti and her team. If you are planning a complicated Indian wedding and have the budget for it (10-15% of your total budget), I highly recommend hiring Vermilion!

We had booked AnneMarie & Something Blue Productions nearly two years in advance and knew from our initial call with her that she would be the one we'd go with. AnneMarie is incredibly detailed, personable, and worked hard behind the scenes to keep me (the bride) from being stressed. Leading up to our big day, we were experiencing an unprecedented heat wave with record-breaking temperature, and AnneMarie worked with us to come up with Plan B's for our wedding (which would take place entirely outdoors). With AnneMarie and Lauren's help, we chose to move our cocktail hour indoors to help our guests get some reprieve from the heat, and the rest of the evening went wonderfully. My husband and I had already found a venue prior to hiring Justina. After we found the venue, we were completely at a loss with where to start with the planning as it was overwhelming. But Justina removed this burden completely and she was so patient with us. One trait of Justina that we greatly appreciate is her transparency. Before we signed a contract with her, she was straightforward with us about her giving birth in the middle of the wedding planning process. Despite having to give labor in the middle of planning, Justina's continued to impress us with her clear communication on timelines and expectations. She only stepped away from about 2 weeks after labor and resumed with us; just WOW, we wanted to tell her that she should rest more. During the planing process, Justina handles all of the timelines, organization, and paperwork; which saved my husband and I so much time! Justina was especially a godsend for me, as I was working full-time and wrapping up my master's degree in the same year. We loved how she is prepared with templates for us to follow and takes notes of our every meeting. She is also extremely efficient and was conscious of our budget, and tries her best to help us stay within the budget range we specified. Justina has a lot of connections, so her recommendations were helpful and often helped us save time on researching more vendors. Furthermore, Justina is always willing to come out to meet in person when necessary, and she enjoys choosing fabrics and equipment for the wedding with you -- which we thought was so nice. One thing we also noticed is that all the vendors we worked with also had endless praises for Justina. When it came to actual wedding day, we were surprised by how smooth our wedding event ran. We were prepared to yolo things if things got out of handle, since we have heard a lot of stories from friends about how some of their weddings did not go as planned. Our wedding was a more complicated one as we crammed a lot of events during reception. As the bride, I had one outfit change, we had 7 toast speeches from family/friends, we played the shoe game, and had 3 musical performances prior to opening up the dance floor. Honestly, we did not expect to be able to go through with everything, but Justina made sure we were good on time and we were able to do everything we planned! We were so happy with our wedding and it was everything we expected. Thanks to Justina, we did not feel nearly as stressed out as we initially thought. Due to Justina's immense experience and professionalism, a daunting planning turned into a piece of cake. I would HIGHLY recommend Justina to everyone to plan their events. She is absolutely amazing and we felt so inspired by her work ethic and reliability. Once again, thank you so much for making our dream wedding come true Justina!

If you're looking for a wedding planner who's professional but easy to work with, look no further…read morethan Justina of JL Events! This review is seriously long overdue as our wedding was way back in October 2022 at Casa Real (my apologies for the delay!) Early on in our engagement, my husband and I were ambivalent on the idea of hiring a wedding planner. We had already chosen several of our main vendors and thought we could save money and handle planning our wedding on our own but we were mistaken.  We were soon overwhelmed with all the details and started to have decision-making fatigue so we decided to look for a wedding planner. After quite a bit of research we chose Justina/JL Events and we are so grateful we did! Her services were definitely worth the investment. We highly recommend Justina for wedding planning and coordination. She is professional but personable, trustworthy, and very easy to work with. She had great communication from the start and all throughout the preparation for our big day; her responsiveness was amazing. During our first meeting, Justina quickly identified our needs and vision and created a detailed timeline for our wedding planning. She helped us narrow down design choices and accompanied us to meetings with vendors. We were impressed by her organization and proactive approach! Having Justina as our planner helped alleviate much of the stress that comes with planning a large wedding (we had about 260 guests.) There were several instances in which we were frustrated dealing with unresponsive vendors but Justina was great at facilitating communication and even helped us find better companies to work with. Justina helped us stay on track during rehearsal day and was an expert problem-solver. She coordinated with our vendors and the staff at Casa Real with ease and was patient with us and our large wedding entourage. On the day of our wedding, Justina and her assistant Dana took such great care of us and we were able to enjoy our wedding celebration! Justina truly demonstrated her expertise with event coordination. We really appreciated her taking so many behind-the-scenes photos and videos, too! She also created our beautiful wedding cake topper and welcome sign. Thank you Justina for helping us have the wedding of our dreams! We are forever incredibly grateful for you!

Once we did a virtual introduction call with Stacy, it was a quick decision for us to know we wanted to work with her for our big day. From the start, Stacy's energy has always been both encouraging and affirming. Wedding planning is a time that is commonly stressful, but Stacy felt like our biggest ally the entire time. She respected all of our preferences, elaborated on our ideas so creatively, and protected our budget like it was her own. I can't imagine the amount of vendor correspondence leading up to the day, but her ability to manage everything so seamlessly confirms her level of expertise and professionalism. On top of being a logistical master, Stacy has a great eye and bright imagination when it comes to the decor and experience of a wedding. Once we shared our desired aesthetic, her input only elevated everything while maintaining cohesion and sophistication. As someone who gets decision paralysis, Stacy narrowed down all of our major vendor and decor decisions to a few quality options, and she took care of the rest. We were already impressed with Stacy's planning skills, but her day-of coordination was next-level. As the bride, I felt so at ease throughout our entire wedding weekend. I was especially blown away when she showed me - first thing in the morning - her mini printout of our entire wedding day's timeline that she kept cleverly tucked into her purse. The direction Stacy provided for our wedding party during rehearsal led to a beautiful ceremony, and we were truly able to enjoy being present with our guests while Stacy was overseeing all of the behind-the-scenes operations. Many of our guests later reported that it was the best wedding they have ever attended, and we owe all of that to Stacy's genius. If my husband and I could get married again, we would work with Stacy again in a heartbeat!

From the start, Stacy was incredibly detailed and organized, respecting our wish to select our main vendors ourselves and to use much of our venue's existing design. Even though we didn't need the full design package, Stacy remained actively engaged-always quick to respond to emails (before the 3 month mark) and offer thoughtful advice as we navigated the vendor selection process. We faced some unexpected staffing changes with our venue and thanks to Stacy's calm and clear communication these transitions had little impact in our planning process. She helped us absorb so much of the stress that came with lost context and new contacts, ensuring that nothing fell through the cracks. Her ability to step in, get everyone up to speed, and keep the planning process moving forward was truly impressive. As we got closer to the big day, Stacy's expertise became even more apparent. About three months out, she took charge of organizing all our vendors and worked closely with us to ensure every contract was in order and all venue requirements were met. She helped us prioritize decisions to maximize our budget, always providing clear, practical advice about which details were most important and which we could let go of. This guidance made a huge difference in helping us focus on what really mattered and kept us from getting overwhelmed by the small stuff. Throughout the entire process, Stacy's super detailed approach, extreme organization, and calm, clear communication made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we hoped for. On the big day, the execution went so smoothly and we stayed on time with her gently guiding parents, older relatives, a large wedding party, and all of our vendors, which gave us the ultimate gift of a super stress-free wedding day and the time of our lives. We cannot recommend Stacy Lorelle enough!
