We highly recommend John and JMG. We had John come to the house for repairs on our refrigerator (we had multiple issues). He responded to our inquiry very quickly and showed up at exactly the communicated time. He was dressed professionally and, even though we told him it wasn't necessary, insisted on wearing shoe covers. As he tackled each issue he stopped to explain what he had found and what he would be doing to fix it. One repair required a part and he had to call the manufacturer. The part is no longer available, so John asked what they would recommend and took that information and came up with a plan. He had the part in a few days and came back and made it work! He went out of his way to clean up his work area too. And the price? Extremely reasonable.
We actually had him back a week or so later to tackle replacing a bathroom faucet. He was great. John does fantastic work. read more
