I was impressed enough that I signed up for the annual maintenance plan! It includes summer and winter maintenance and 10% discounts on labor/parts if needed. In my opinion, the annual maintenance was well within my expectations. I am a brand new owner of the condo and it meant a lot that he took the time to walk me through everything. I went online and placed a service order with ORHP, and they sent the order to Callahan's, who called and came out the same day as I live very close to them. They found the blower motor bearings were shot and going out and were able to explain to ORHP that it was running but would probably catastrophically fail and cause more damage.
