My wife wanted to make sure that it had no front door dents, etc. Picked it up around 5pm in the dark. Chris was on duty & helped load the dishwasher on it side in my carpeted pickup. When I got home to pull it out I noticed that a foot was broken. I had to call 3 times to get it changed out. After installing the dishwasher we pulled off the protective film on the door of the dishwasher only to find out two large creases & a number of small dents that were not visible with the protective blue film on. We have placed two calls again & are still waiting for a return call. I also have pictures.

Was told with demo that deliver would take 1-2 hours of my day. Because they had to send a 2n md person to actually do the demo, had to go back again for missing parts, it was 8 hours! My entire day! No apology. I ordered lights in mid July, told a few weeks, it's now mid October with no delivery date yet. I will say the tech who did come out to do the demo, and discovered the missing parts, was a great guy. Seemed to know his stuff. Too bad he is retiring. Hate to drive so far for parts and service, but to avoid this place, will be worth it. Two stars because the tech was helpful.

He took me in the back and we found Luke, the outside guru jack of all Kubota mechanic. I told him my problem and he took the time to tell me what I needed and walked me through how to fix my problem. Can't say enough good about these guys. Had to demand a refund for them to not reschedule my delivery and make it "work". My new floor was damaged. Had to call them about that, spoke to Bobette. Was told that they would fix my floors, and "Alex" would reach out. It's been 2 weeks and no one has called me or left a voicemail. The reason I say don't buy from them unless you live is Salem is because I live 45 minutes away from my door to their door and that was "too far away". After they got my couch it stayed at their warehouse for 5 more weeks. They didn't care about delivering it me, they didn't care about my home. Kelly's furniture is unethical, unprofessional and disrespectful. Here is the full narrative if you care to know more. In October of 2024 my wife and I purchased our Stanton sectional from Kelly's Furniture. We paid cash up front. It was communicated to us that it would take six to eight weeks before the sectional would be ready for delivery. All this is understandable. My issues began on exacting eight weeks from my purchased date. I called Kelly's Furniture to ask for an update. I was told that the couch just arrived. At that it "needed to be prepped" before it could be delivered. That being said, it missed the delivery window. That there is only a one time a month that Kelly's Furniture delivers to the "Coast". I live 45 minutes from Kelly's Furniture. I was told that I would have to wait five more weeks until delivery on January 14th, 2025. After the Holidays on January 7th, 2025 I called Kelly's Furniture to confirm that the delivery date was the 14th. Jake, who I would have more conversation later, informed me that I would get a text message and a phone call on January 13th, 2025. On that Monday, 01/13/2025, I received a text message that confirmed my delivery time: 8:45 to 11:45. I then got a phone call that told me to "press one" to confirm my delivery time. I then, pressed one. On January 14th, 2025 I waited until 11:00 to call Kelly's Furniture. Jake answered. After much confusion and with Jake having to call me back. I was told that the sectional was never put on the truck and that we would have to reschedule. Now I don't like having to be this kind of person, how I felt that I jumped through every hoop that Kelly's told me that I had to. I then triple check to make sure that the sectional would be delivered to my house that day. I told Jake that I will not be rescheduling, and I will be asking for a refund if the sectional isn't delivered to my house today. Jake then told me that he would have to call me back again. When Jake called me back, I was told that a team would be bring the sectional to my home between 2:00pm and 2:30pm. I said that I would be in a work meeting and that the front door was unlocked, and they could go through the garage door if they needed to. After my meeting I drove home at 3:00pm, expecting a sectional in my living room. Unfortunately, there was no sectional in my home. I waited until 3:30pm to call Kelly's Furniture for an update. This meaning I now wanted to be home when they arrived, and I wanted to know where my sectional was. There was no answer, I left a voicemail. I then had to return to work. At 4:00pm I called again, no answer. I left a voicemail. It was started to feel like my calls had been blocked. I called again at 4:30pm. No answer. I had my wife call and Jake immediately answered. There is your proof. I went home at 5:00pm and not expecting a sectional in my home I was surprised to see one. But the excitement was short lived when I looked down in front of the doorway to see a gash in my floor. This home is brand new I'm the first owner. My sock caught on the floor as if a nail was sticking up. I had to, with a razor, shave the top off so it was flat all along the scrap. And push down a corner that was delaminating. Still no response from Kelly's Furniture on the repair.

BEWARE!!! This used to be the best plumbing supply store in…read moreSalem, not any longer! Sure, they great you with a friendly smile, call you neighbor. And that's when the good ends. 1st they Sold me a delta faucet with missing pieces, that I only found out when installing, so with my plumber on the clock, I had to drive from my Dallas home in the middle of my project, to their store Salem, then when Saffron didn't have the parts, I had go across town to get from another store. Not a big deal. When first buying the faucet, I mentioned I had other plumbing projects to do, they said they would have someone contact me to give a bid. Later Brent Hunt from Saffron called, set a time, we met. Spent an hour going over my property, describing what I needed, and I drew him maps as the project involved 3 wells on 6 acres. He got back to me later with a bid that said it included all labor and materials for what we talked about, but it wasn't itemized or detailed. (My mistake not requesting a break down) but it did say all labor and materials. I agreed to the bid, we set a date. Days before the start date, Brent texts asking if I wanted a hydrant in a different location than I showed him. I said no, told him to refer to the map we gave him. He then said that he may have under estimated the pipe needed and there may be "extra" costs. But the bid said "all labor and materials" included. The workers showed up on the start day, nice young men, and started telling me what their plan was for the day. 1st thing was to clean my 2000 gallon water tank, and then they would cut out my concrete pad. I said that Brent told me they would horizontal drill under the pad, as I didn't want it cut up, and they said that's not what they do. I told them to hold off on that and I would call Brent. I said they could start the cleaning and maybe work on separating the two water sources that both feed that tank, they said they couldn't do that either, as it would require a new pump and pressure tank. I said wait on that I'll call Brent. I went inside my home to call Brent, who immediately said I was wrong, that we didn't talk about horizontal drilling, and that's why he wanted to put my hydrant in a different spot?!? The out and out lies, the completely unprofessional bid, the omission of any details so he could add charges later! I said never mind the work. Tell your crew to leave. I then went to the crew, told them what had transpired and that we wouldn't be using their services, and they said they had already added the cleaner to my water. I asked how long and what charges I would get for the tank cleaning, they said 2 hours plus the cleaner. I agreed and went inside. Brent called them, told them to leave then, with the cleaner still in my water supply, effectively preventing us from using our water. This isn't ok. No one should be held hostage by poorly written bids that imply a scope of work that the service provider changed based on their wants. I will be investigating legal options. At the very least, I hope this helps other avoid a company that don't care about their clients. Maybe that's why they recently had to change their CCB number.
