Well, after about 2 months, the freezer still worked but wasn't freezing things hard, like ice cream, and was collecting a lot of frost, more than normal. So I called Jaime and explained what was going on and needed a different freezer. He didn't have another one so he told me to look online and find one and he'd go pick it up for me at no charge, but I had to pay for the freezer. No problem, I knew the one I got from Jaime was over the guarantee time. After I received the new one, which the seller delivered so Jaime didn't have to go get it, I called Jaime to come and get the old one so I didn't have to pay someone to haul it away. Jaime came to get it and, can you believe it, he offered my money back. I only took 1/2 but damn, that's customer service. Then several months later the sprayer blade broke again, after it was out of warranty. We figured out that due to the dishwasher not being level that the sprayer blade was getting caught up in the pool of water caused by the unbalanced unit. We contacted Kelly's to see if they at least had a leveling bolt we could get / purchase and were told that the person who installed the unit would contact us, which never happened. Ultimately we got a leveling bolt for free from a local appliance repair store (thank you) and fixed the dishwasher ourselves, but we had to buy two sprayer blades and deal with a leaking /overflowing dishwasher due to their bad installation job.

This information is not disclosed when you make an order. The website simply says call customer service to modify your order. The policies on if delivered items are left out in the winter weather and damaged, or stolen, are not on the website, despite customer service stating they are. Nor will customoer service send you a copy of their policies. The resolutions department will offer to call vendors, but if the vendor has already shipped the item you are out of luck. This experience was with the resolutions department. The call to customer service was less than 24 hours after making the order. The first call ended being disconnected, or they hung up on me. I do not know which. I canceled most of the order. That also can not be done online despite the website saying you can. I had to call them again. I do like the local store. Online orders delivered from there are also fine. But for anything else online I am unlikely to patronize Home Depot again. There are plenty of other local options.

I ordered 3 gallons of paint and chose a color from the Home Depot app, but when I got the paint home and started to apply it on a wall.....well, it was definitely NOT the color I wanted. (*Never buy paint from a color app. Colors are not the same.) I went back to Home Depot, hoping they could change the shade or something since there are no refunds for tinted paint. Angela was amazing. She was super kind and helped me find the right shade I was originally looking for. Angela even talked to the manager, and I was able to get a refund for the all the cans that had the wrong shade of paint. Larry was awesome, too. Both Angela and Larry worked together to mix the right shade of paint I needed.. If it weren't for Angela and Larry, I would be lost in colorland, wishing I could just get the right shade of blue/green I needed. Thanks again for all your help!!!
