I would give negative stars if I could. I booked this company weeks in advance through a friend's…read morerecommendation, and they still showed up over 3 hours late with minimum communication. When I called for updates, Mike was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, he kept saying they were "doing the best they could" because it was a busy time of the month. The way he spoke made it feel like I was supposed to be grateful they didn't cancel on me entirely after already being hours late. I asked for some sort of compensation for wasting 3+ hours of my day, and the response was basically that they "couldn't lose money on the move." After the move, I texted Mike again about compensation and he never even responded. I only got a small $20 discount after asking the movers directly. What's even worse is that this company came recommended by a whole group of friends, and after hearing about this experience, none of us plan on using them again. Delays happen. Lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service is the real issue here.
