He provided a perfect color match and was able to give us the color samples for HOA approval and helped us with the building permit. Ron and his team are detail-oriented and thorough, even looking at weather forecasts to ensure they're cleared to start the siding work and Ron was very communicative throughout the project. They even helped my parents replace the dry rotted framing around our door/garage and helped us replace their utility doors because they had water damage and dry rot. I talked and got quotes from 7 different businesses. I then, highly researched each company ( from yelp to google review, Angie's list, home improvement FB groups, you name it, I checked it! ) I told them I would get back to them in a week to see who I felt comfortable with. Out of the 7 only 4 followed up. Out of the 4, 3 came in about the same between 60-70k and 1 came in around 50k. Attico was one of the 3. So why did I choose Ron? He was on time and informative, he answered all our questions. He came prepared with siding samples, and was able to measure and give us a general quote within 24 hours. He helped us with getting a permit and helped us touch up paint on the doors as well. We also felt comfortable that we didn't have to pay up front. We had to do a deposit (10%) for him to order everything. It took about 4 or 5 weeks to get the siding in. The process was fast! Once the permit was issued his team was here the following day! The guys were great! Very polite, hardworking and quick! They started on a Wednesday took a weekend off and came back and ended on a Wednesday. After every day they cleaned up throughly, which was great since we have a toddler who loves her back yard. I could not recommend the crew enough! Leo who was in charge was great! many of the guys don't speak English and I don't speak Russian well, and I'm not sure if he could tell me and my partner apart ‍ so there was some miscommunication but Ron was able to settle it easily and quickly! (And I didn't feel frustrated or stressed about it) They also replaced all the vents ! The crew did end up cracking a window. They told us right away and ordered it asap (custom sized) they replaced it within a few days of finishing the job! Of course with no cost to us. I can not recommend Ron and his team at Attico siding enough! I trust that Ron stands by his word and the siding!

He left the original job on Friday saying he would return the following week to finish a few remaining items. After that, I spent over a month trying to get a response, with little to no communication and no explanation for this treatment. When I finally expressed my frustration, he admitted he had intentionally been ignoring me because of the earlier misunderstanding and offered to send someone to finish the outstanding tasks, "if that's what I was upset about." That level of unprofessionalism was far more disappointing than the few remaining tasks on the project. Misunderstandings happen, but they shouldn't result in giving a customer the silent treatment and leaving a job unfinished. I cannot recommend someone who responds to conflict by avoiding communication completely.

EnviroTek exceeded my expectations in every way. A deck is a major expense and there are a lot of pieces involved -- design, materials, engineering, permits, inspections and construction. Before choosing EnviroTek, I got three bids. Some of the other proposals were extremely expensive, and it wasn't always clear who would actually be doing the work or how much would be subcontracted. EnviroTek was different from the beginning. Sammy, the proprietor, was straightforward, responsive, organized and very easy to work with. He never pressured me or tried to upsell me. His proposal was clear, his pricing was reasonable, and I always knew what I was paying for. There were no unpleasant surprises with the cost and Sammy was always upfront whenever a decision needed to be made. Sammy uses his own crew and has worked with them for years. They showed up every day, worked incredibly hard and clearly took pride in doing the job well. Even my neighbors commented on how impressed they were with them and how consistently they worked. My home is in an HOA, so I couldn't get too creative with the design and everything had to fit the existing architectural style. Even with those limitations, the finished decks and walkway came out beautifully and I am extremely happy with the result. The work was done cleanly and properly and we passed every inspection without any problems.  I was away for a good part of the construction, which could easily have made a project like this stressful, but it wasn't.
