Very disappointing experience. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my brakes, and…read morethey confirmed it over the phone and again by text. I took time out of my day to bring my car in, only to be told they were too busy and couldn't work on it until next week. Poor communication and a frustrating experience. I won't be coming back.

I came across Alladin on Yelp and decided to check them out. It's a cool, small mom-and-pop type shop -- old-school hot rod vibe. No frills, no luxury showroom, just straight-up getting the job done. They handle domestics, imports, and even basic welding needs. Exactly the kind of spot you want when you just need it fixed right. They knocked out my muffler job in no time. Replaced it with a like-for-like Magnaflow cat-back setup, and the work was clean -- everything nice and neat like it never even happened. My truck's purring again and sounding just right.

Since I frequently get nails in my tires, I was actually looking for a reliable tire shop that I could visit regularly. I genuinely thought this place would be convenient and that I could become a regular customer here. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! I've had nails removed and tires patched many times at other tire shops in Buena Park and La Mirada. Some charged me $5, others $7, and usually around $10. Today, all I needed was a simple nail removal and tire patch. After the employee finished repairing my tire, he told me it was $20. I told him that was ridiculously expensive compared to what I had paid elsewhere. And guess what? He SMILED and told me that the $20 included a TIP! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Perhaps, needing service on repairs and parts that I have already paid for. On July of 2025, I took my car to a shop because my car was making noises...brakes, tires and so on needed to be replaced, I paid for that. Then, as I was driving my car it came to a complete stop. I was unable to move because it wouldn't turn on, my fuel pumps were the problem. Paid to have those replaced at the same shop that I trusted. On March of this year, 2026, I'm at Target and my car failed to turn on. I towed it to the same shop and they "repaired and replaced my non-working fuel pumps" because it was still under warranty. My car is acting up, possibly fuel pumps again. This would be the third time in a year dealing with the same problem. Long story short, brought it to G & J Auto Repair Shop to have George inspect it because I feel that he is honest. Spoke to him in March of this year when my fuel pumps gave out again. I had warranty and so I decided to take it back to old shop. He has been understanding, has checked my electrical concerns, inspected the fuel pumps and has taken the time to inspect my overall car, so that I can have a peace of mind! I wholeheartly appreciate that! He has provided me with excellent customer service and so has his son, Luis! Thank you and may your business continue to flourish!

For AC repair, George quoted me on the cost for AC compressor and fan replacement (parts & labor). Pricing was very good. Next day they had my car ready for me to hit the road. I pulled off the lot with my AC blasting ice cold, engine codes cleared, and car running Great! So thankful for George and team taking care of me. I definitely found my new Go-To mechanic. 10/10 highly recommend!!

My car is older (1996) and they took good care of the car and had great service. The labor cost to replace the part was $420 and the part cost was separate (since I brought in my own compressor). No warranty on the part, since I brought it in myself, which is totally understandable. I'll definitely bring my car here again in the future if I need anything done. Remember to always ask if bringing in your own parts is okay, because not all shops will allow it and not all shops will warranty the part/labor either. You must respect what the shop says/does.

It is rare to see a business with all 5-star reviews. There were 76 reviews at the time I found…read morethis business on Yelp so it was a statistically significant number of reviews. This convinced me to try them out and I am so happy I did! They absolutely deserve their streak (now 77) of 5-star reviews. I had been looking to fix the TPMS on my 2012 Toyota Rav4 for over a year and had been turned off by the estimates I received from the Toyota dealership and Pepboys, my two go-to options for the maintenance and repair needs for my two old cars (I also have a 2008 Toyota Yaris). I felt the price quoted to me was not worth the value of having working TPMS sensors, so I was just resigned to having the TPMS lights turned on for as long as I had the vehicle (which I intend to keep for life). For some reason, I thought I'd give it one last try and I found GTS on Yelp. They were very responsive when I first asked for an estimate and it was much, much lower than what Toyota and Pepboys quoted. So I went ahead with the service, and when they found out that one of the sensors was still working, they told me it didn't need to be replaced and thus brought down the cost even more. They worked on it very quickly so I was able to just wait in their very comfortable and air-conditioned lounge until they were done. I was extremely happy with my overall experience! I believe they also do other auto repair and maintenance work so I will try those out in the future. If the service they provide on those is the same level as what I got on my TPMS repair, then they will have my business on my two old cars for life!

Zeph didn't try to upsell me on items or make me feel inferior for having any questions - he was honest and professional both times, and i look forward to continuing my business with him. all together the service has been stellar and the price has been a great value for the quality of service you get. the photo inspection report alone help put me at ease because i didn't just have to trust the mechanic's word - he showed me, and documented it all.
