Girls in almost all locations are great (I've been to 7 different stands). Rathdrum is my favorite, Pleasant View 2nd and Seltice #3. Love the daily specials and the happy hour specials. I live right next to the jitterz by real life. I have only had a good experience there as far as quick service goes, a couple times since they opened a couple years ago. Yesterday I watched two people back out of the drive-through leaving only one car at the window so I pulled in behind it. After 13 minutes the car in front of me was handed their 1 drink and no food it took the 3 girls 10 minutes to make my 1 drink when I got to the window. One of the girls spilled a drink on the receipt before she handed it to the person on the other side driver up window and knocked over probably 500 straws on the floor. She started picking the straws up and putting them back into the container that they pull them out of to put in your drinks before one of the other girls stopped her and told her to throw them away. Thank goodness. The lady in the vehicle across from me at the other drive-through window who had got the soaking wet receipt, couldn't sign it and they had to print her another one. Today I was craving a protein drink and pulled up to the same jitters. Guess I never learn. I was third in line counting the truck at the window on the roadside and there was two vehicles on the other side and no one at the walk up window. Two groups of two people walked up to the walk up window, ordered and were served their drinks before any of the vehicles even moved in the drive-through windows. After 25 minutes the truck at the window in front of me was served 1 single drink that they had ordered and no food prior to me pulling up. I backed out when he was paying for his drink after he was served it and so did the car in front of me that was next to order. If you decide to go to this jitters, that is by real life, expect horrible service. You may be there a very long time! read more

I love this place! My favorite locations are Praire, Wyoming and NW Boulevard in CDA. Hannah, Cloie, Marissa, Kassi and Mattea are my fav ladies at Praire. Alantis and Kate at Wyoming and Ayla and Mercedes at NW Boulevard. All of the girls are wonderful, I just can't keep track of everyone's names. Been a customer since the Miles location where both Sydney's used to work I also respect the fact that Laura, the owner is very involved in the community. So awesome! I don't know what you guys have changed here but after half a dozen bad coffees you went from one of my favorite coffee stops to I'm giving up on jitters. I simply cannot pay for coffee I'm going to dump out. Did you change the brand of your coffee or flavors? Also your baristas are burning the coffee. This was my first time stopping at this location. As always great food (love my bagel) great drinks. I always get a red bull. Usually ask for surprise and the ladies always give me something tasty here, and great service. Just a tip though as a former service worker that lived off tips with $3.50 an hour pay wage, don't talk about how you live off tips and expect one every time in the ears of the customers maybe. drinks are pretty mid. and they're always messing orders up. customer service is horrendous. 9/10 times i go there it feels like the baristas would rather be doing anything else. if you lack social skills, working at a coffee stand is probably not for you! most of the baristas are incredibly rude and standoffish, don't even give you a smile, and can't get a simple drink right. literally so embarrassing. this goes for the one off of horse haven and the one by the new peak. consider hiring some employees that aren't pissy 24/7. thanks! read more

By far, the best coffee stand in the Coeur d'Alene area. The girls at every single location are great! Always super friendly and knowledgeable! Drinks are always great and the $2.50 daily specials are my favorite and a good reason to try new drinks! The food options they offer are good and always tasty! My only complaint would be, when ordering on the Joe App. There is no dedicated parking spot for order aheads so you have to wait in the same line as everyone else which can be a pain sometimes. read more

This is beyond petty and I will be finding a new drink stand because of this. Just went to the post falls location. (4:45 PM, March 12th) The barista that was there was so rude, me and my girlfriend just left. I was asking about saint Patrick's day specials, and she replied with one short and rude, "yup". No other conversation. Not even a smile. Her arms were crossed and she was rolling her eyes and looking up at the sky the whole 20 second interaction. So I said never mind, and I just left. Fire that girl. She is ruining your business. Drinks are good every time I go! BUT about 10 times now I have ordered a bacon burrito and gotten sausage instead, and just last weekend I ordered a bagel with bacon and STILL got sausage! I've ordered and I've sent about 3 people to go order for me and it's almost always sausage instead. And I have let TWO employees know of the issue and it keeps occurring. it's still good but how does this keep happening!! read more

If I could give a zero I would they never get my coffee right they used to but the new girls that they have there don't get it right and then argue with me about it. I asked for a child's hot cocoa and it was molten lava, burnt my mouth thank God I checked it before I gave it to my baby, the coffees are just disgusting I will never go there again. There is a reason why this owner doesn't have her number on Facebook. The problems with this company start, and end, with the ownership and management. My daughter was employed with the company. After several months of working for them, the GM texted her asking her to come in and have a talk with her. The GM started her text with this, "Hey pretty..." and included a winking emoji. She was sat down and, in part, accused of handing out free drinks to her family, friends, and boyfriend. My family is adamantly against stealing and thought it would be a good idea to discuss how it is my family is getting free drinks from the company when we have ample evidence that we pay for our drinks (between $5 and $40 daily). Check for yourself and you will see that there is no way to contact the owner/management other than messaging through Facebook, so that is what we did. We asked for a callback. When the GM called she argued that my daughter was caught giving out free drinks because "that is what she was told". I told her that rumor or hearsay is not proof and that I would like to see her proof that she was giving out free drinks; proof that our family was getting drinks for free. She asked if I would like to discuss this in person, I said, yes that would be awesome. She then hung up on me. The next morning she did not call me, in fact, she called my daughter and fired her instead. Was her firing a result of my wanting to set up a meeting in person? Judge for yourself. Her text to my daughter said and I quote, "You were actually let go because your father has crossed the line with my company unfortunately." So, agreeing to talk to management about being accused of theft got my daughter fired. Good thing we thought to screenshot and record everything. read more

I was reluctant to come here based on reviews, but I was in the same shopping center and went for it. Sooooo glad I did! I believe our barista was Ashley, but the other gal working was just as awesome. I had never been there and also am a little specifically needy on my order. The flavorings arent listed but they had tons to choose from. I ended up with a 20oz drink with an extra shot in a bigger cup with tons of ice, 4 pumps toffee and 2 pumps vanilla. Watching Ashley make my drink was mesmerizing. My husband and I were just transfixed lol. She asked what we were up to and didnt skip a beat. As she went to hand me my drink, she asked if I wanted skinny or big and I had no clue what they meant and said "I dont know what that means, haha" she chuckled and said it was the straw size. The big is the same as a Starbucks straw and the skinny is about half the roundness... but not tiny. I went with big cause I need all the espresso now lol I'll probably stop there on my way out of town tomorrow! read more

This place has the highest turn over rate. I just found out their best barista at this location is no longer there. She was a rockstar and was on top of it when it comes to my drink and knew me by name. My drink no longer tastes the same and all the girls that work there are not as friendly and talk to each other instead of the customers at the window. read more

The drinks are usually pretty good. The wait times as of the last year have gotten so much worse. I've been waiting in line now for 35 minutes and they've gotten through 3 cars. They are really just so slow making your drink. And their prices have gone up pretty dramatically in the last year as well. The coffee is really good, and the employees are friendly. The only bad thing is how slow they really are. You can watch across the street at see cars moving through the coffee shack so much quicker. So if you want great coffee but extremely slow service, this is the spot. read more

I haven't heard great things about Jitterz but I had a gift card so I decided to go on Christmas; they were open which was awesome and the coffee was standard but the muffin I got was moldy. Not like maybe a little bit of mold if you look hard but literally it stunk so bad that I could smell it when I raised it to my mouth to take a bite. (Which was extra crappy as the only reason I got a muffin in the first place was because they weren't serving their hot food items). I went back to finish off my gift card and that time the coffee I got was barely lukewarm and that's being generous. Disappointed to put it lightly. read more

Horrible coffee and service. I used to go to jitterz daily until I moved to Post Falls and found a new coffee stand. Unfortunately my favorite stand closes at 6. I was super excited when I found out jitterz was coming to Post falls since I liked the coffee before and they are open later. I've had Jitterz for the 3rd and last time since they moved to Post Falls. Each time we've gone I get a quad shot mocha. The only consistancy with the mocha is each time it's bad. Weak, spoiled and now burnt. And the same girl has made them each time and acts put out and bothered that we're there. Each time we've ordered 3 drinks and tipped more than she deserves. Lesson learned. We won't be back. read more
