Mike(owner) and Jimmy(GM) both explained to me the detail differences between type of tints and also took the time to compare each tint % on my Mini until I was completely satisfied with how would look before final installation. I walked in when first opened to ask about their tint summer special and they were able to get me in right away since I'm not local and they both understood the hassle for me back and forth. 1.5hrs later, my car is complete night and day with 35% driver and passenger while the remaining rear received 20%. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED TO PERFECTION. This is a pro shop that has been established in New Hyde Park for 15 years and I can wholeheartedly recommend this to all. They asked me to bring my vehicle in to triple check, just to be sure. Which I did. They are 1 hour away, which I figured out after I started discussions with them, but I brought it anyway. He said they'd take care of it and deal with Luxury cars all the time. Arriving at the location, they checked it out and said they could complete the job in about 3 or 4 hours, but not on that day (Saturday) as they initially said, as they'd have to order the unit (which they mentioned before that they had available). Cool, No Worries. No problem, I spent another $15 in Tolls and another hour to head back home with an appointment and my deposit paid for the following Saturday. I mentioned I had an Important event to attend (An event for my Birthday, but that's none of their business really) and they suggested I drop the car off the evening before they close, so they can get it started first thing on Saturday morning, so I can get the vehicle back early in the day. Sure. Spent the extra time fighting through Friday Afternoon Traffic to do so and struggled to make it back home. I get a call around 2pm on Saturday to say that there's an issue with the install and they couldn't deliver the vehicle on that day. I tried to pivot and rearrange my plans so I wouldn't waste time and money, but they promised to have the vehicle done by the next day, Sunday. Reminder! They've had the car since Friday.. I get a call on Sunday just after 12 to say that the Car is finally ready! Awesome! Get back there again ($80 Uber Ride) to be told that they can't complete the job and that, in fact, it wasn't ready and still, now, again, in pieces. It took me about 2 and a half hours to get there.. No one could call beforehand to say, well, we're still having issues? I tell the representative at the store that I've now wasted a weekend and maybe close to $200 in rides back and forth.. Why didn't you call me back when you realized it wasn't ready.. "Sorry" I'm then told that my car wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes because they had to put it back together. Okay. They give me $50 to help with Transportation costs. I'm told 45 minutes later that the car is ready. My car is filthy. Water bottles, packaging, wires.. And, 39 more miles on the odometer, but the gas tank filled up again. I will NEVER go back to this place, for ANYTHING for my vehicle and will GLADLY share my experience with them every chance I get with whoever wants to listen, because WTH?

Went here to do a tint job on my grand Cherokee. They did a great job except the back windshield…read morewas kinda crooked it wasn't even and straight. From the outside it was fine but from the inside you can see they cut the tint to short and showed horribly for a next to new car. You can clearly tell the wrap was rushed. There are air bubbles in multiple areas, edges aren't finished properly, and the overall installation looks sloppy instead of professional. A car wrap is a major investment, and this is not the level of workmanship I expected. The window tint was also rushed and poorly installed. Instead of taking the time to do the job correctly, it feels like they were more focused on finishing as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, when I brought these issues to their attention, they refused to give me a full refund, even though the work was clearly not completed to an acceptable standard. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. If you're spending your hard-earned money on a wrap or tint, I'd recommend going somewhere that stands behind their work and takes pride in the quality of their installations

Mark hooked up the headlights and despite how hot & humid the day his whole staff entertained me with a conversation while they all were working. I couldn't finish the job because I lacked the Bulb kit necessary but Mark pulled through yet again told me to come by next week and he'll install that too for a fair price.
