I have a minor incident and had to replace the front bumper and grill. Given the popularity of this auto body shop, it wasn't the easiest to get the earliest appointment. However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). Quality of repairs is high, service is detailed and informed and reasonable for quality. I am more than happy to recommend to other Yelp folks and personal friends!

I couldn't be happier with the work Patrick and the team at PNA did on my 2025 Toyota RAV4…read more From the beginning, Patrick took the time to explain every step of the installation and made recommendations based on sound quality instead of simply trying to sell me more equipment. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I would rate the sound quality a 9.5 out of 10, and it now has the refined, premium sound I was hoping to achieve. If you're looking for a shop that truly understands car audio, DSP tuning, and high-quality installations, I highly recommend PNA. Patrick's knowledge, craftsmanship, and passion for great sound really show in his work. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

I recently ordered a set of Pirelli tires from TireRack and had them delivered directly to FAP Auto…read morein Fairview, NJ for installation, avoiding the hassle of lugging four tires myself. Before placing the order, I spoke with Amyn, who clearly explained the process and made everything seamless from start to finish. Amyn and his staff are not only highly knowledgeable but also demonstrate top-tier workmanship. The customer service I received was great, a true reflection of their commitment to the car enthusiast community. Their system is efficient, professional, and customer focused. This is not your typical tire install shop, FAP Auto offers a range of services including mounting with "Road Force Balance", wheel and tire services, powder coating, and suspension work. They take the time to do things right, especially with high-performance tires like Pirellis, so make sure to allocate a couple of hours for the install. There is a customer waiting area in the rear of the garage with a few seats, which is a nice option if you choose to stick around. Keep in mind, it's a working garage, so you'll see and hear everything that comes with that. But if you're a car person, you'll probably enjoy it. Definitely recommend FAP Auto to anyone looking for honest, high quality automotive service. They do good work. I'll absolutely be returning! dp @vinopotato
