I had a groupon for 3 eyebrow threading sessions for $15 which is a great deal. I have a friends wedding to go to for the weekend so I thought I'd get them done here based on the great reviews. I have thicker eyebrows that were really long so I told the threader I'd like them cleaned and trimmed up a bit with a little style. I also told her I'd like to keep my eyebrows thick. However, she threaded my eyebrows almost pencil thin. She also did it uneven saying my left brow was bald at a certain spot. So it's very noticeable one brow is thinner than the other. I'm not very happy with my eyebrows... Needless to say it was my first time not tipping someone giving me service. I'm very cautious and almost certain I don't want to go back for the second and third time.. She did a good job threading my upper lip through. However there were a few hairs around my eyebrows that weren't threaded off. I had to pluck them out with tweezers when I got home. read more

'Manpreet' is my go-to person as most of the time, she is the only person who manages this place and expertly multitasks with the customers. She helped me get my brows back in shape and is very careful with my sensitive skin. The wait can be long but I prefer to call ahead and get an appointment around the time I do my grocery at Sprouts. YAY! They're finally open!!! Jinder is a godsend for my tired, overworked skin. I got threading for my brows and lips, and finished with a microdermabrasion and facial. She keeps everything clean and sanitized efficiently and limits customers so it's safe and comfortable. She also checks your temperature and asks if you are sick or have symptoms before your appointment. I recommend calling her to schedule an appointment versus walk in. Terrible customer service. Very poor quality. They never return your messages. Their facials are not worth the money - they cut a lot of corners. Buyers beware. After reading other reviews it appears as if you have a Groupon you are doomed - isn't that antithetical? Don't you use Groupon to ACQUIRE customers not invite them to write horrible reviews? Their service is so bad I cancelled my second appt. mostly because they could care less about making one for me and I rec'd my refund from Groupon. Moved from the East Coast and wanted to find a suitable replacement for threading. As a guy, I was apprehensive that too much would be taken off the eyebrows. I decided to give this salon a chance after reading all the positive reviews. Finding the place can be a little bit tricky. One recommendation is to park in the parking lot off of the Harrison Street. You will be next to the animal center and launder land. Jinder made me feel at home and once I explained to take it slow, she would check in with me every few minutes. I was finished in 15 minutes and very happy with the results. STAY AWAY!!!! I wrote a review but felt bad so I took it down but a month later I am still livid. Jinder did my brows for years so when I found out she opened her own salon I came to check it out. Jinder wasn't there so another poorly trained lady began to thread my eyebrows. I told her, "Very thick. Keep the thickness just clean them up with an arch." I have been telling the girls at several other salons this for 10 years and have never had a problem until now. She took half of my thick eyebrows off and a month later they are growing back in patches. There is a chunk missing from one brow and it is rounded while the other is straight on the top. Every one of my friends commented that they are much thinner and uneven than they have ever been. I have gone to Shiva's, Hollywood Eyebrow, Khubsurat, and Viji's and have never had this miserable of an experience. My eyebrows don't seem to be growing back despite rubbing castor oil on them. I've been going to this place for two years now! I love the service and they're always available even if you didn't call in advance. I usually get my eyebrows threaded but I also decided to go for the wax package. It comes with the full legs, full arm, and armpits all for just $50. It was my first time getting waxed but it was easy, fast, and she made it so it isn't awkward. If their is a certain way you want your eyebrows just say it and they will do just that.
