You have Will Yum's Top Dog Hot Dog in Centerton. From a hot dog cart that was dotting areas along the 102 heading west William Brown owner now has a food truck neighboring Centerton City Hall and Park square. Look for his red truck located on East 1st Street. Will has a very creative list of gourmet style grilled hot dogs complimented with some of his very own special (secret recipes) handmade sauces which was created by his own imagination and tastebuds. He's got hot dogs like the Wing Dog, Pizza Dog, Got to Get It Dog, Asian Amazing Dog and so much more including some favorite standards like the plain hot dog with your choice of toppings, and the Chili Cheese Dog (with Fritos). He also has grilled hamburgers or cheeseburgers single or double stacked, chili cheese Fritos pie AND le pièce de résistance Smoked Brisket as a plate with 2 sides or as a sandwich. His potato salad has a slight twang to it and his green beans and bacon is so flavorful! From the time he was very young he remembers the flavors his grandma used to cook up and William wanted to share his knowledge and talent in cuisine, which was sparked by his grandma, with everyone. He quotes Nehemiah 8:10 "Nehemiah said, "Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength."NIV, because he enjoys cooking and treating others to a quality cuisine and he does it because of his joy of the Lord. Please stop by his red truck under the name of Will Yum's next to Centerton City Hall, I'm sure you'll have a wonderful experience. He also offers catering with a wide variety of foods. Barbecue, grilled burgers, grilled gourmet hotdogs, vegetables, spaghetti, desserts. All hand crafted made from scratch exquisite cuisine by Chef Will Brown.
