Nice new building looks great and is super clean, that is where it went south. Our server informed us that they were training a new server and three had called out. We laced a drink order for one half/half tea, one water, one Sprite and a Coke Zero. We were served 2 unsweetened teas, water and the Coke Zero. After that was sorted we ordered our food. While waiting we watched people walking out because they still had not received their food. Food arrived and it looked great! My wife ordered Mac n Cheese but it arrived with bacon and green onions on (she is allergic to pork) so she could not eat it. Flavors were great as always on the blackened shrimp salad, hickory burger and country fried steak. We finished with some of their delicious bread pudding ( the reason you go to Jamie's) it was brought out cold so we sent it to be heated. It was a rough day for the staff and for the patrons.
