If I could give these unsung heroes a 10 star rating, I would. They have worked on my cars for the…read morelast 5+ years and the work performed has always been done right the first time, with no come backs. Whether you need a simple oil and filter change, an alignment, shocks and struts, a 60K maintenance, something tougher like an electrical issue, or anything else, they can handle it. If the work on your vehicle involves something complicated, they will keep you informed along the way with no surprises. Their prices are more than competitive and for the service received, this place is not only a gem but a true value. All work comes with a 24 month/ 24,000 mile warranty.

Brought my 2013 Lexus GS 350 in for a coolant leak and paid about $180 in diagnostic fees. They…read moretold me I needed a full radiator, thermostat, and hoses replaced -- quoted around $1,800. Their own paperwork admitted the cooling system only lost 1 psi in 15 minutes and that they couldn't actually find a leak. I got a second opinion at a dealership. The real problem was just the radiator cap -- the worn cap couldn't hold pressure, so the coolant was boiling over and escaping. About $100 to replace, and the car has run perfectly ever since. The cap was even listed on their own quote (a $26 part), but instead of trying the cheap fix first, they pushed a $1,500 radiator job. Either they couldn't diagnose a basic cooling issue or they were counting on me not getting a second opinion. Get your quote checked elsewhere before paying these guys.

I can't say enough good things about Meineke in Gilroy. I bring both my Toyota Tacoma and 4Runner…read morehere regularly for routine maintenance, and they've always done a great job. Oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, pretty much everything I've needed has been handled smoothly and professionally. What really stands out to me is how accurate they are with timing. When they tell you when the car will be ready, they actually stick to it. A lot of times it's even done earlier. That's huge for me because I hate going somewhere that says the car will be ready at noon and then it's suddenly 3 p.m. and you're still waiting. That's never been an issue here. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. It's hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this Meineke has earned my business. If you're in the Gilroy area and need reliable service, I'd definitely recommend them.

Then they should accept the cars if you can't work on them I would've gone someplace else Like WHAT THE HELL ???so it sits there?? . I had to buy a whole other car to get to work in San Jose they couldn't get it started or push it or tow it out of that shop I drove it in there just find paying for a regular fluid maintenance oil changes ...that should take no more then an hour !!!!!!!!!! Terrible experience. I wish I can give them zero stars then they say it was something to do with the electrical but it took them only 10 minutes to start it up again after making a phone call to a specialist telling (Jacob ) what to do to start it up I was so mad as HELL I couldn't even tow it out... now I'm trying to sell my other car that I didn't need what a nightmare
