If I could give less than one star I absolutely would I was just verbally assaulted by the owner because I had the audacity to complain that my food came horribly packaged and that they didn't even get my order right I'm not that this was the first time but the last order that I got from them was incorrect also it was but I told him to come pick up the food and refund my card and I was treated so disgustingly by the owner that I will never visit this place again and I will tell every single person I know and make sure that it is on every public forum how horrible they just spoke to me read more

Jimmy's - Pizza Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

This place is awesome!! I came here with my mother, son and great grandma today for lunch. Kenny was the only one running the front of the house, and he is very good at what he does. Very attentive and sweet as can be! And what amazed me even more where the amount of regulars in the place, and Kenny's ability to remember our ENTIRE order without writing it down, which was a feat in itself because we ordered $60+ worth of food. The Garden salad was awesome, we also had those amazing garlic knots and some pizza fingers. I also ordered a Stromboli and could only take two bites of it, because I was already so full!! Everything was so good and the marinara sauce was sweet and tangy yummy. We got a lot of boxes to go, and I'm pretty sure I have enough food to last me a week and a half now. Jimmy's is my new pizza joint, hands down! read more

I've been to jimmys pizzeria on several occasions the pizza was on point, those garlic knots with the marinera sauce are o so yummy, recently tried the pork Jamie sandwich delicious puts subways sandwiches which are nxt door to shame!!check them out for sure read more

Pretty good, Had a craving for pizza. Super friendly staff, got the Vegetarian pie 12" was a lot of food for one person. Only downside was the price. read more

I love the food at Jimmys. I particularly love the pasta with marinara, but the pizzas are outstanding too. The personnel are friendly, and the service is great. My husband and I eat here quite often. read more

Great pizza! I ordered the Chicken Rancher and was a little hesitant, but it was amazing!!! Everyone there is super friendly and fun to talk to. I mentioned I was new to the area, and both patrons and staff offered great info on the neighborhood. Great beer and wine selections. I will definitely be going back soon! read more

Went in for first time today. Small dining room with multiple TV sets. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered garlic knots - came hot and tasty (with Maranara sauce) Highly recommend. Pizza was tasty. Lots of cheese, but crust was still crispy without being burned. Service never faltered. Only drawback was limited number of beers on draft. Good selection of cans, though. Recommend stopping by and giving Jimmy's a try. read more

Today was the first time I ever tried Jimmy's Pizzeria. Hands down they are the best pizza place in Tucson. I live on the north side of town and Jimmy's is about a 30 minute drive but it's well worth it! read more

We had the cardiac pizza, greek salad and garlic knots. The food was very good. The waitress suggested to add garlic to the pizza which we wish we hadn't. The place is quaint and quiet which is what we were looking for. The staff was nice and attentive. We would eat there again. read more

I haven't eaten here in quite some time but I still taste the garlic knots. This place is great and the owner is a great guy as well. It's a nice little hole in the wall place to get some great food. My favorite pizza is a signature pie called "Whitey Ford" and it's just delicious! :) Give this place a try. read more

Ordered it tonight with the wife. Food was absolutely delicious. I keep my reviews short and sweet. I highly recommend.

The food was great; service was a little slow. We were a party of 10, but place was sort of empty, so it shouldn't have been a problem. Maybe a fluke, but again food was all around top notch. One of the best pizzas I've had. read more

Just had a yummy quick bite here for lunch. It was great! 2.50 cheese pizza slices and delicious garlic knots. I'll be back for sure.

One of (if not my) favorite pizza in town! The owner and staff are incredibly nice. Great part of town. And the pizza and knots are incredible! read more

This is a truly superb neighborhood bar and pizza parlor -- except for the fact that this small restaurant has just about the finest pizza in Tucson. Plus, the staff, especially Angie, are unobtrusively attentive and quite helpful. I look forward to my next trip. So far, they are always exceeding careful to make sure the pizza or Italian dish I want is prepared exactly as i wish. read more

Fast delivery...very friendly...pie's good...I usually order thinner crust...huge servings on the eggplant and salad

This place rules! Angie was our server and she might be the nicest person I've ever met in my entire life. She went above and beyond what the normal waitress does and was a lot of fun to talk to. The garlic knots were super good, the pizza was top notch, and the cinni knots were amazing! Fun environment with a small bar as well. If you want some excellent pizza and even better service, Jimmy's is the place to go! read more

This is hands down my favorite pizza joint in Tucson. Luckily I'm around the corner and can pick up or get delivered super fast. All my friends come over just so we can order it. Must try the Cardiobaby!! Epic pie. Amazing prices for the excellent quality in food. True to its New York roots. I recommend to everyone, it's worth the trip. Support your local family business. read more

My friend just took me to this restaurant. The garden salad was wilted with not so fresh tasting greens and the blue cheese dressing was too acidic. The garlic knots were okay, but not garlicky enough in my opinion. I had the eggplant parmesan and while the cheese was excellent, the eggplant was tough and cut in circles, rather than lengthwise, so it did not have an appealing appearance either. The sauce had too much oregano in it and was too pasty in texture for my liking as well. The dish was unevenly heated and made it seem like it had been in a microwave, even though my friend assured me that all dishes are made to order? Our server was excellent overall - very prompt and wearing a nice outfit, but she made a couple of odd comments, and screwed up the bill, so that she had to run the credit card twice! I don't understand all the positive reviews here, as there are so many places here in Tucson with much better Italian food, in my opinion. read more

We were in Tucson mid Feb. 2012. We googled places to eat, Jimmy's had 5 stars. I disagree I would give them 6 if I could. Best we've had in a long time. read more

Literally everything on the menu here is delicious. I come here all the time and the staff is excellent. My favorite pizza place in all of Tucson! read more

The baked ziti was fantastic and well blended with Italian sausage and all the cheeses. The caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and well chilled, but skimpy on the dressing. Garlic knots were average and not a good substitute for traditional garlic bread. Jimmy's would have received 5 stars from me except they nickel and dimed by charging me $2.00 more for substituting a house garden salad for a caesar salad. I will definitely be back for the pasta though. read more

First, let me say that I hate to write negative reviews, especially about small businesses. We ate at Jimmy's Pizzeria while visiting family at Davis Monthan & we were very disappointed. We read the great reviews & were excited, but sadly our experience was different. We visited at 8 pm on a Thursday. We were the only customers as one other couple was leaving as we arrived. The staff were gathered around the bar. No one greeted us or even acknowledged us as we entered. The tables in the front were dirty, so we sat in the back. The service was very slow. We waited longer than expected to place our order & for our food. The server did not check on us during our meal. Our pizza did not look like the other photos on Yelp. Nearly half of the pizza was all crust without any cheese or toppings. There was too much garlic on the food. We didn't eat some of it. The prices are high for mediocre food. There isn't anything exceptional about the food or service that warrants the prices. Additionally, we ordered bottled beers from the menu, but they were served in cans. We chose Jimmy's Pizzeria based on the reviews, but our experience was not like the other reviews. read more

Best pizza I've had in years super perrona ufa melion, great staff nice people free pizza puffs with order was great , way more than other people will do.. most defenetly place to go for great pizza will be really satisfied .. read more

The best pizza I've ever had was from a little shop in East Syracuse N.Y. called Alessandro's. Since then I have been trying to find a pizza that even comes close. These guys come VERY close!! They call it New York style pizza and it is! Real cheese and a very tasty crust make this my new favorite pizza joint in Tucson! The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent! Give it a try!! read more

Jimmy's pizza is my top spot for a good pie/Italian cuisine in Tucson. The ingredients are always fresh and you get what you pay for. Great lunch menu and great service every time I go. Every pizza place whether you're in New York or Tucson, AZ has it's own style; as a native New Yorker, this place definitely gets the job done. Highly recommended. read more

I have been ordering pizza from Jimmy's since it was Canal Street Pizza. I have never been disappointed. After about 10 years, I finally ate IN the restaurant with two friends. The service was excellent and we were comfortable and had a wonderful time. And, as always, the pizza was excellent. We had one Whitey Ford. And the other was to order: garlic, basil, sun dried tomatoes, and mushrooms; with no tomatoes sauce. So good! read more

This place is fabulous!!! I went in with my mom, sister and 2 children yesterday evening. The mushroom ravioli is the best I have found in town so far. It was absolutely amazing. We also had pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, salad and boneless wings with Buffalo sauce. All the food was high quality and reasonably priced. The server was attentive and playful with the baby. I would definitely recommend this joint to others!!!!! read more

We moved in to our apartment not knowing it was a pizza delivery dead zone. We refuse to eat pizza from any of the generic chain restaurants because we think they're garbage so I almost cried when I thought we would have to leave our apartment when we were feeling lazy to get good pizza. We called this place and we were ecstatic when they said they would deliver to our apartment. Not to mention the pizza is great! Their garlic knots are also really good. Now Jimmy's is our go to pizza place and we always order from them! read more

Just got back from our first visit to Jimmy's. We're in search of outstanding pizza since we moved to Tucson 2 months ago. While the toppings on our pizza were tasty the crust was soggy and droopy. We were unable to pick up a piece and eat it hand held...had to use fork and knife to eat it. While some may like that we prefer a crisper crust. Our server was poorly trained, it seems, as she didn't offer drinks when we arrived...just asked if we were ready to order. We overheard another waitress who seemed much more in tune with the customer. We've had better pizza since we've been here so probably would reserve a return trip to Jimmy's to an evening when we didn't want to drive far (they're 2 miles from us). read more

The baked ziti was amazing! The garlic knots are bread, butter, garlic, and salt... and sooo good.

Really nice little place. Lots of good food for little $. Nice atmosphere that makes you forget you're in a strip mall. Server was very nice. read more

I'm vegan and they have a treehugger pizza that I added pineapple to with no cheese of course and it was AMAZING!! The service was also top notch...a pleasant rarity these days. In a world where pizza places are a dime a dozen, this place stands out! Highly recommend. Also, they have quite a few TVs if you want to watch a game. read more

Excellent pizza, salads, dinners, and prices! I am from the northeast and this is a close as it gets to real Italian food out here. Highly recommended, and they deliver! read more

We tried several pizza places in the area, and most of them are awful. Jimmy's is the one exception and we go there about once a week. The owner is usually sitting at the bar unless it's really busy. There's always a game on the many TVs. They generally have a "pizza of the month" (or maybe of the every few months) which have so far always been good. There's not a lot of space, so it can be full on weekends in the winter. I wish they had more draft beers, but they just don't have the space for more than two, and the two are local brews. read more

My wife and I were lured to try Jimmy's Pizzeria by their weekly advertising flyer. It advertised $3.00 house wines (Happy Hour All Day). We ordered a pizza and a family salad. The pizza was excellent. The house salad was just a pile of lettuce with a couple small cherry tomatoes. We also had the garlic knots which were good. We also enjoyed excellent service from our server. We ordered house wine thinking that we were going to pay $3.00 per glass. When we received the bill, we were charged $4.25 per glass of house wine. When we questioned the charge, our server responded that only one or two of their house wines are $3.00 each. The rest of their house wines are higher. Both my wife and I feel that Jimmy's flyer is clearly deceptive (bait and switch). Honestly and integrity are essential attributes for a business. We will not return to Jimmy's. read more
