No authenticity. The sauce is a stolen knockoff recipe from Jac-n-Dos. I refuse to spend my money there.

The food options are pretty limited in Kenton, but this pizza place is pretty solid. We come here…read morewhen we're in town visiting my grandma. This time my husband and I got: - Chicken Ranchero Pizza (14" with Traditional Hand-Tossed Crust) - Italian American Pizza (12" with NY Style Crust) - Cheesy Breadstix The Chicken Ranchero was my preference between the two. I didn't pay close enough attention when ordering and didn't realize the Italian American didn't have sauce. It was good, but I think it would have been a lot better with a tomato sauce. The Cheesy Breadstix were cheesy as advertised and delicious. This continues to be my go to spot in Kenton.

I…read morediscovered this when I got my bill and saw I was charged more for all the calzones that we ordered than the price in the menu. When I brought this to their attention they acknowledged prices had changed but the menus aren't updated. When I pointed out the price in the menu is the advertised price the owner (through the waitress because he wouldn't face his customers directly) pointed to a statement on the front stating the prices may be different. This is false advertising. The food is really good and the waitress was awesome and she ultimately adjusted the bill (I hope she doesn't get in trouble for doing the right thing). We will not be returning because we don't support shady unethical and illegal practices that this establishment is engaging in.

Perfect for work meals or just a chill night out. Our server was attentive and extremely helpful with making drink choices. I orders the shark bite and it was literally like drinking a blue icee drink but spiked! As for the food, the garlic butter knots were so soft and doughy, my fave! I also ordered the tortelloni which was good but I can't say it was mind blowing. Overall still a good spot to go to and Venice staff!

My wife had asked about parking and an off-handed comment was received. We figured he didn't normally talk to customers. My pasta was good and served at the proper temperature, however, my wife wasn't as lucky. The salmon she ordered was fine, but it was covered in scallions that were not mentioned on the menu. Her pasta, supposed to be served room-temperature, was cold, as if it had sat around waiting for the salmon. Our server was fine, however, she could have been much better. I really wish restaurants would realize that customers sitting in their dining rooms have chosen them over all their competition and treat them accordingly. I'm sure we could have had a similar experience somewhere else for the same $50. I wanted to give 4+ Stars today, but am unable due to the entire experience.

I got the house wine and my fiancé got the beer and an espresso martini! All great! We got the crostini (mushrooms and ricotta) as an app - very delicious though the flavor profile wasn't exactly what we expected. The complimentary focaccia that came out was also delicious! For dinner we split the rigatoni (very popular per our waitress and we can see why - delicious and the short rib was tender and plentiful) and lasagna (special for the night and also quite good)! The restaurant was cute, smaller but not too small they couldn't do larger groups. Overall, delicious and would recommend!

My wife and daughter shared the Caesar salad and it was very good. I had the Fra Diovlo lobster special and it was excellent although it wasn't remotely spicy which was disappointing. My daughter had the sweet potato ravioli and it was excellent. My wife had the salmon and she really liked it but my daughter and I didn't loved it. It was very citrus forward . The service was fine but nothing more. We did not like our table as we felt like we were at the kiddie table between the bathroom and kitchen with no lighting and lots of traffic. You could tell it was an afterthought for added seating at a popular restaurant. I was also unimpressed with the wine options and I didn't love the one I ordered. We will go back for sure.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The service was fantastic. Our server was attentive and checked on us often throughout the meal. The bread with olive oil was a fantastic start. My friends didn't care much for their food but I really loved the bucatini and clams! Beautifully presented and they give you a dish for the empty shells. We also shared tiramisu. Prob one of the best things to get here! Service was good. They were attentive despite how busy it was. I'd prob come back for the pizza or to sit at the bar. It's definitely a really nice place to hang out.
