Same food as everywhere, but service sucks!! Waited 15mins for a server to check on us. Actually walked out. They weren't even that busy.

What an extreme disappointment. The host was not a host, but a stone-faced cretin who only grunted or used head signals. He handed one of us the five menus and stormed off. The waitress and the gentleman working the register were very nice. None of the other employees seemed happy, shuffling around like extras in The Walking Dead. The food was not good, at all. Everything had a funky aftertaste. No one in our party ate their entire meal, it was so off-putting. Jimmy's, how do you remain in business? read more

Decent. Lots of food. Crowded on this early Sunday morning. Nothing spectacular but decent enough.

food was really good. well cooked and unique. the waiter was nice but he gave dirty looks once we messed up on a word or hesitated. everything else was perfect read more

We are from out of town and always go to a jimmy's egg when we come to visit family. Not impressed with the Yukon one. Staff was not friendly. Although sign says will not seat partial parties they still seated partial parties. Manager or head waitress whatever she was is not friendly. She was waiting tables and not able to properly manage. Its their rule to not sit 6 at a booth even though it was 5 adults and 2 small children. So they allow partial parties but not seating even when we said it would be fine. Will not return to this location. Only getting 3 stars because we do like their food. If it was based on friendliness they would get 1 star! read more

Upon a arrival, we checked in with a party of 6. We went to be seated by the manager who sat us at two different tables, and when we tried to move the tables together, the manager told us that "it could not happen because it would be two different waitress, and it would mess it up". Whatever "it" is..So we ended up sitting at two different tables, with the same waitress. We could not even carry on a conversation because of being sat at two different tables with the same waitress. Did not have a good experience. No manager ever checked in with us about our food, which was below average at best. Me and my partner both had the jimmy's garbage skillet, which lacked flavor. Very disappointing! Won't be coming back! read more

It's the perfect location if you are getting your car fixed next door .. which was the case in my experience. My daughter and I walked into the restaurant next door because we were going to have a half-hour wait on our car, it was raining and cold outside and hadn't eaten breakfast. They were open so we sat down. The waiter said "oh I didn't realize what time it is I was just about to clean things up" (hinting that they were closing) I didn't realize Jimmy's Eggs close so early or I would have checked on the time they close. When I ordered the hashbrown bowl with a side of home fries he looked at me and made a comment about both being potatoes and asked if I wanted sliced tomatoes on the side instead. The sliced tomatoes tasted like they were washed in hose water and who knows what else . When he came to pick up the plates he said you "didn't like the tomatoes did they taste bad or something?) with a smirk on his face ... that seems suspicious in my mind.he served us the food very reluctantly. The food seems a bit dry and the home fries tasted very rubbery. I wouldn't refer this place at all! read more

Very busy, waitresses very efficient, loyal customers, food very good. Prices high but market usual. Huge omelette's

Great food, and lots of it!!! Friendy servers and they are quick with turning tables!

I would like to start with the following: I like Jimmys egg and am not one to complain, in fact this is my first review. But, the Yukon location has gone downhill and fast. The service is terrible and the waitress who finally came to our table was very rude and acted annoyed to be there at all. Perhaps I am old school, but when I come to a place to spend my money, for something I could do at home, I expect pleasant service. read more

I sat at the breakfast bar since I was by myself. I was promptly greeted and placed my order. I ordered crispy bacon and observed one of the cooks take 2 pre-cooked strips and put them in a deep fryer. Hmm. OK. What appeared to be my order was sitting on the server pickup shelf for over 10 minutes (I counted). I never saw my server again. So I left and tried to pay for my iced tea which was comped - thank you. While waiting I observed another cook handling pancakes with her bare hands - no gloves. Sorry, I won't be back. read more

if you cant take online orders or place an order to go over the phone your not gonna get my business .

Came in today for breakfast. First of all not greeted, sat at the bar watched many of the wait staff slightly glance over at me, but got the feeling they did not want to wait on me. Waited about 5 minutes before asked what I would like to drink. It is Sat morning they are busy, but at least turn and say someone will be right with. Food is ok. I will not be back. read more

Waited to be seated. They told us to be go to a table that had dirty dishes. We sat there for 5 or so minutes before a waitress came over and ask why that sat us here. And she told the people that was cleaning off the table. Thet she sat us here. And she came over with a dumb like on her face and ask us to move to the the big table. To big for 4 people. But okay. We had came when it's really busy and they work better. read more

The manager (RICKI) was VERY rude to my wife. We will never go back due to her and her terrible customer service. All of the the other locations are great. Just stay away from The Yukon location. read more

It's been a long time since I've eaten at a breakfast place and walked away happy. This was my first time and it was fantastic from the first bite to the last. I had my three boys with me, two of which ordered off the kids breakfast menu. The amount of food for the price is impressive! The atmosphere was casual, but not too loud as diners can tend to get. I felt completely comfortable with my kids who can get a little rambunctious. We will certainly be going back soon. read more

I've never had a more insulting waitress in my life. We were a group of 5 with a baby and when we arrived we stood at the line to be seated. After about 10 minutes the waitress yelled at us for not seating ourselves and so we obliged and sat at a booth. After we sat down, the SAME waitress came over screaming at us for having too many people in a booth. Even though there were 5 people seated in a booth next to us, she forced us to get up and stand back in line. She then filled the last 3 booths with groups of 2 and said we had to wait for the only corner booth in the building to clear (they just ordered). After we stood there for another 15 minutes, a cook asks us if we had been helped and the manager came over. She was completely confused as to why the waitress didn't allow us to sit at a booth, but at that point there were none immediately available, so we decided to go somewhere else. I would never have expected such a rude and unprofessional waitress at Jimmy's Egg. read more
