Food was delicious and came very fast. we enjoyed our breakfast coming back from turner falls. service was also great!

Not really sure what all of the fuss is about. Went there one morning, got some alright coffee and some alright eggs and some all right grits. Can't say anything was particularly great. For being practically alone in the house, I wasn't paid all that much mind. If you're a regular, I'm betting there are some perks, but unfortunately I was alone in my little corner of the dining room. All in all nothing really wrong with the place, just nothing really overly right. Next time I'll try something new and hopefully have a positive update. read more

4 star bordering on 5. This was my first visit. The bathroom was very clean, the staff was really friendly, and the menu is plentiful. Don't expect to leave hungry! read more

You want some damn good breakfast. Well here you go. The food is made to order, hot and fresh. Hmmmm again if I'm in Ardmore Ok and have time for breakfast I stop. They have BIG truck parking also. read more

The best servers in the whole town of Ardmore!!! They thrive on customer service, cleanliness, and perfection!!!

Absolutely delicious. We were looking for a breakfast place on the road to Turner Falls and saw a few places that had no cars outside until we got to Jimmy's Egg. Well, we went in and had fabulous waitress, Tracyshe was terrific as were all four meals! Just what we wanted, good food, reasonable prices and a friendly atmosphere! read more

This is our third trip here. We started a few weeks back because ihop was full. We walked in and were seated immediately, every time. They come to the table with coffee ready, in hand. Great start! We ordered the meat lovers skillet and the Baja omelet and chocolate chip pancakes. They immediately became our new favorites. We now come here every Saturday morning. I look forward to it all week! It blows ihop out of the water. Leave the land of disappointment and come to Jimmy' Egg! read more

First timer. The food and service was all good. Prices are a bit high in my opinion. I had Jimmy's Traditional breakfast which consisted of 2 pieces of sausage, 2 eggs, grits, hash browns and OJ, no bread which struck me as odd. With a 2.00 tip it cost me 14.00. read more

Food was awesome, staff was super courteous and welcoming. I really enjoyed the sweet potato pancake. Will definitely stop by again!

Stopped on the way home from Nebraska reunion. Will stop again when in the area. Great breakfast.

We ate here in a Sunday morning. Our waitress did a fine job of keeping us served. All of our food was good, eggs, toast, bacon, and hash browns. We just recently tried a Jimmy's Egg in Norman, Ok and loved the food so the next morning we found one on our road trip. I think Jimmy's Egg has become our new favorite! read more

Jimmy's Egg - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Ardmore, Oklahoma

Service and food were excellent as always! Got my usual omelette with hash browns and biscuits and gravy.

The only reason they get one star is because we were eventually shuffled to a seat. My dad and I visited this location several months ago and were happy to see a mildly empty dining room. Despite this, we were not greeted by any staff for several long minutes as we watched them stand around near the kitchen and walking by looking at us. I checked around to make sure we weren't missing a "seat yourself" sign. Nothing. After we were finally seated, we were ultimately abandoned while we watched a couple of waitresses hovering around the kitchen area looking out at the floor, including us. We finally made an order and I got an omelette of some sort. This omelette was the most disgusting and poorly made omelette I have ever seen. Ultimately, I was highly disappointed in the service and food. I have not been back to any Jimmy's Egg since and I do not plan to return to their restaurants. read more

I'll have to say that the food is OK, every third time you come here. To tell you the truth, I don't know why I still come. I've called the main office to offer some constructive criticism, mainly because the Jimmy's in Okc is good. I get the typical corporate response like, "thank you so much for your input", and "the customer is always first". Yeah, BS, just cook my eggs right, and address your gawd awful service. Instill some pride in your cooks, tell your "servers" to quit playing, and talking endlessly with friends that come in to chat and everything will work out. THE SERVICE SUX! read more

This reminds me of a First Watch or a Egg & I. The food was ok. The staff was friendly. For some reason I just walked away with a 'muh' kind of vibe. I would go back if I need be, but i don't know even know. read more

After seeing a giant sign that read "Voted best breakfast blah blah* in OK" by the roadside, we just had to check out this place on our way to Turner Falls. We stopped by around 7:40 am and the place looked empty except for a couple of diners and a few staff members. It looked a bit shabby on the outside but we were hungry. As soon as we entered we went woah! The interior looked almost too chic for a breakfast place. It was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. We were welcomed by a sign that read "Please seat yourself." So we did. Our waitress was nice and polite. Gave us suggestions and engaged in a few little talks too. Food came in about 10-15 minutes I guess. We ordered sweet potato pancakes, biscuits and gravy, French toast, scrambled eggs, coffee and hash browns. We were given super soft (possibly) homemade butter and maple syrup with the food. Hash browns were so-so, lacked salt and seasoning so I put ketchup and that's all I tasted. Sweet potato pancakes were fluffy, moist and huge, and the stack of 3 was enough for 2 people. Biscuits and gravy was the best. I'd give 5 stars just for the gravy. I did not try the french toast but my friend was impressed by it. She got 3 giant toasts and she managed to finish 2, which is the most I've seen her eat. So I'm guessing they must've been good. I give Jimmy's egg 4 stars because the overall experience was pleasant and hassle-free. read more

The service "SUCKS" other then the homemade White bread it's like any other place for breakfast so if you arrive for breakfast be prepared to wait until lunch to get seated or your meal that's how bad it is!! read more

Loved the waffled monte cristo. Great fries, nice staff and right off the highway! Clean spot and really diverse breakfast and lunch menu.

Too bad that this place only open til the afternoon, since I really like its savory bacon cheddar pancake. Even the short stack (2 pancakes) are more than enough for me. Tried the corned beef hash, and it's just usual, nothing out of the ordinary. read more

We stopped here on the way to Oklahoma City for breakfast! Awesome menu selection, friendly staff, speedy service and the food was eggcellent!!! read more

Great breakfast and lunch. Only problem was we couldn't decide which to have. So we ate there two days during our stay.

Server was nice, we had coffee in front of us about a minute after we arrived. Food did take quite a while to arrive, and others that arrived after us seemed to get there food before we did. DO NOT order the grits, we love grits and these were horrible. They were watery and had no flavor. Even adding salt and pepper couldn't fix them. Other than that it's just your regular breakfast joint. read more

Bad experience, bad food, and very rude waiters and waitresses. Will never go back. Waited for 3 hours to be served, and kept being told oh it will be out in just a few minutes. Should have just left. But will never step foot in that place again. read more

Always fabulous for breakfast or lunch! Service can be iffy at times. Go for the Baja omelette! It's great!

We left OKC at 5 am and we were looking for a good breakfast spot. Our friends had told us Jimmys Egg was good so we stopped in. They were remodeling outside and it looked like they were closed but were not. We had top notch service and more food than we could eat! It was great! read more

I have had breakfast there twice. Service is exceptional! The restaurant is clean and bright! The food off the menu is very good. I asked for many changes to the menu item and they accommodated me easily and at a fair price! I will return! read more

First Time here and it was a wonderful find. Food was excellent, prices very fair and service was great. The meal was hot and very tasty, coffee was wonderful and the cup never ran dry, very clean and fun diner atmosphere. read more

My husband always wants to come here because he loves their raisin bread toast. I think it is kind of greasy / too buttery. I have never had a bad breakfast, but I have not had anything I would call great either. Average food, average prices, weaker coffee. read more

This place had an overall great atmosphere. The food was great and by the way you really should try a sweet potato pancake it will surprise you! Clean and wonderful service, it is a nice place to eat. read more

Really beautiful biscuits and coffee! Had a great waitress, Dottie, who was sweet and attentive. Their in-house toast is a must and the kids LOVED the cinnamon rolls. I'll say, we were hesitant after the reviews but we loved it. We looked up a jimmys egg where we lived ( and there's one close! ). Definitely recommend. read more

Pretty decent. A little slow getting the food out, but there were 5 of us in all fairness. The chicken fried steak was meh, but the biscuits were just right. read more

Best breakfast in Ardemore! Was on town for a tournament and decided to eat here. I ordered the 3 meat omelet with grits. My daughter and I shared the omelet. The waitress was so nice, since we were sharing a plate she had the cooks to half the omelet and gave my daughter has browns and I had the grits. It was just enough for thr both of us. My husband got the skillet and it was more than enough for him. Quick, fresh and reasonable priced. We will go back when we are back in Ardemore. read more

Food is really good, prices not bad. However i sit at the counter and the whole time i was there the server had her tongue sticking out, im sorry i think there's an health issue there somewhere if not there should be. I do know i dont want to see it, so because of that my rating is 2 read more

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast on our way to OKC. First, we asked the waitress if she could recommend anything off the menu, what is good, specialities, etc. She replies with "everything is good."......tip to you waiters when a customer asks you that here's your chance to sell the most expensive item on the menu, OR you should at least have a few items you think are great and offer up suggestions. Egg white omelet and hash browns were nothing to be desired for. And my husband had a giant FLY land on his pancakes. When the waitress came by to pick up the plate of uneaten pancakes he told her what happened, she tells us she would take them off the bill. Not "oh would you like another stack, or something else?"He was still hungry.....Weirdest dine-in experience ever. Wait staff needs some major training. read more

We had breakfast there today and WHOA. It was awesome! We had corned beef hash, eggs, and all the goods to go with them. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was pleasant and friendly. Coffee kept coming and the price was very good. A wonderful place. read more

We stopped for breakfast coming and going, 11/18/17 and 11/26/17. Overall the food was pretty good and the service is very good. We had Heaven both times and she took great care of us. One complaint is the water, it is heavily chlorinated and almost undrinkable. Another issue is the hash browns, both times they were under-cooked and very oily. Next time I will try to remember to ask for the hoe fries to see if they are any better. read more

Dining room was nice but the waiter seemed to.think he was too cool to be there and he mostly ignored us. It took almost 30 minutes for tge food to come out and when it did, the pancakes were cold and my potatoes were raw. The waiter never came by to check on us. It's just breakfast so it should be easy to get it right but somehow they turned an easy meal into an overpriced fiasco. Won't be back read more

Like the other reviewers, the service was horrible. The staff could care less if anyone ever came in. Many were on their cell phones, walking around. Just how long does it take to make an omelette? We waited and waited. The place had 5 tables at most, so I don't understand why it takes so long to get food. Our server never came back to say anything to us about the long wait. She just walked around in the kitchen looking pissed to be at work. Come to find out, they made both of our omelettes wrong. When we got them, mine was STILL wrong. Lesson learned.....never stopping there again ever!! read more

We enjoy breakfast at Jimmy's Egg. Staff if efficient. Food is hot and tasty!
