If they had been kind in their response I would have not been bothered, but they thrive on being rude is the feeling you get. Never coming back. First and last time at a Scooter's. Latte had way to much syrup. Can't even taste the coffee. Would have been nice to have had those 4 ounces of oatmilk to fill the cup to balance it out. Paid $10.80ish for a large oatmilk latte with toffee nut syrup and a large black coffee. Prices are a bit over the top.

Those are the two locations I go on a daily basis sometimes more than once lol. I have a scooter's addiction! The people that work there at both locations are absolutely amazing. They are so sweet courteous fast when it comes to getting your order. This morning I like I said I go there every week day and sometimes during the weekend but this morning they gave me a surprise. They gave me a thank you card and every one of them signed it at the 36th and Lincoln location. It melted my heart to know that they see me and they know who I am they know me by name. I love scooter so much that I even had a cup made with all of their stickers that I have on it. If there is a place that I can post a picture if someone can let me know that would be awesome.
