If they had been kind in their response I would have not been bothered, but they thrive on being rude is the feeling you get. Never coming back. First and last time at a Scooter's. Latte had way to much syrup. Can't even taste the coffee. Would have been nice to have had those 4 ounces of oatmilk to fill the cup to balance it out. After the "excuse you" remark, she stated, "Well I heard mocha."
