Gianna was great! Food and service was a 5 star. Visiting from Arizona this diner was clean, efficient, kind and delicious. We got the pork roll sandwich, waffles, steak and eggs. All items were amazing. Coffee was delicious as well. read more

If you want a straightforward, affordable breakfast, this no-frills spot delivers classic diner food and hot coffee. Pros: - Value & Hours:They open early, making it a perfect place to grab a hearty meal before the morning rush. It's strictly cash only, which keeps their prices incredibly wallet-friendly. The Food- Reliable diner staples. The thick-cut French toast was perfectly golden, the over-easy eggs had great crispy edges, and the bacon was cooked to an ideal crunch. **Room for Improvement The Service: The front-of-house was a bit chaotic during our meal. Our server was energetic but clearly overwhelmed, leading to minor delays. However, several more servers arrived just as we were finishing up, so the rush might just be a matter of timing their shift changes. A fantastic, budget-friendly spot for a reliable breakfast. Seeing the extra staff arrive gives me hope that future visits will have smoother service, which would easily make this a 5-star experience! read more

Jimmy's is great really just great highly recommended. I believe they serve breakfast till 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I don't know if his name is actually Jimmy, but the boss is there to meet and greet every customer service is great. You can sit outside on the porch, one block from the Boardwalk. Honestly, I had the biggest breakfast I've ever had and also the second biggest breakfast I've ever had this week Jimmy is the way to go. read more

Last day of our seaside getaway, and it was my turn to pick breakfast. Found this place a few blocks from us. My husband ordered short stack of pancakes and I ordered a spinach and feta omlette. Both with a side of crispy bacon. Our server was friendly and attentive and made sure everything was just right. The ambiance however, could use a bit of sprucing up. It reminded me of a picnic area, not a restaurant. read more

This is a fantastic place for a seaside breakfast. The food was hot and delicious, and the service was exceptional. All the servers were smiling and attentive, making sure that everyone seated felt welcome and valued. The coffee was hot and freshly brewed, and the staff went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to my family, and I think the prices are reasonable for being in a tourist area. read more

This is the cutest breakfast place in seaside heights NJ. This was right next to my motel so it was super convenient but the food was absolutely delicious, the service was phenomenal, & it was very inexpensive. I had the meat lovers omelette and I found it unique that pepperoni was in it(I love pepperoni). It was delicious it had pepperoni, ham, & bacon. My partner ordered the pancakes which I tasted and they were absolutely delicious- nice and fluffy too. The restaurant was packed and people were waiting for tables but it was 100% worth the wait and we were seated pretty quickly, within 10-15 mins. **FYI THEY ARE CASH ONLY******* ATM is available on the premises read more

Food was very good. Pancakes cooked perfectly. Eggs very good. Sausage was fair. Would come again.

Great location. No fresh fruit at breakfast and the owner treated his staff like garbage. Hate to see a staff barked at.

Such a fabulous experience! Was treated like family from the moment we entered. The food was SO good and was ready so quickly. The restaurant was very busy however you would never know it because our young server Logan was on top of everything. Will absolutely be our staple for breakfast anytime we are in Seaside!!! read more

Wester omelet, toast, pancakes were good. The bacon but horribly burnt and the homefries covered in paprika and onions wasn't that great. Would be nice to put that on the menu since my family don't eat onions and wasted theirs for spending $80 on breakfast. Place is cash only. Had to listen to the waitress keep telling her coworker "one more day and they will be gone" meaning the people on vacation. read more

Rainy day breakfast choice. The usual diner breakfast menu. Small corner restaurant at the shore. Probably amazing for the hungover crowd. Prices were affordable. The breakfast wasn't horrible but wasn't great. The cheese in the "Jersey" omelette was pretty much solid when it came out so I'm not sure if it just wasn't melted enough or came out last? The home fries had onions that were still raw and gave that sour bite here and there unfortunately. If you're picky about cleanliness or appearance this may not be for you. You can tell most of the silverware, dinnerware is old including the shakers for salt and pepper. I could barely shake the salt out of one. Doesn't bother me as long as the food is good. Furniture is old and even some of the chairs were rusted. Yes I get it it's at the shore with constant salt water air! Another group came in and pulled out a chair and the seat fell off ‍ Service was good although I'm pretty sure a waitress was listing to a TV series on their phone with swearing and what not. Again it's whatever but may not be for some. Would I recommend? A quick and easy breakfast sure, but don't expect the best of the best. read more

Looking for a breakfast in town and this place showed up. It's just off the boardwalk and offers tables inside or out. The staff was welcoming and attentive. We ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and potatoes and a meat lovers omelette. The portions were nicely sized for the price and we fully enjoyed our more-than-filling breakfast before spending the day at the shore. Definitely a place for an easy, delicious breakfast and somewhere I would go to again if I find myself in town once more. read more

The good- A place for regular breakfast. The service was great, accommodating, friendly, and fast. They only take cash, but they have an ATM on site. They sat us pretty quickly. Seems an ok place for family, or to take little ones because if they are loud, it's not too much of a problem. The not so good- It seems to get a lot of talk around town, but the cleanliness of the place was a put off for me. Silverware was dirty, plates, bowls that held the creamer/other items, and cups where, eh. Crumbs all over the floor, tables felt sticky. I know they turn around tables fast. It just made my belly rumble a bit. read more

Jimmy's is a famous Seaside breakfast stop. Abundant servings, good food, great prices. And the home of the Carlucci's omelette, a cross between a pepperoni pizza and home fries stuffed omelette. Home fries are yummy. Sausage links are fat and juicy. And service is warm, friendly and incredible! Morgan is the best!!! Coffee fresh and hot! Posted some pics that tell the story. This place was ok. I was really excited to try it based on the reviews , but wasn't that impressed. My omelet had hardly any cheese or flavor, the home fries were mediocre. The prices are good and the service was great, but I don't think I would come back here. read more

After visiting a bunch of places on the boardwalk that were completely lackluster, The owner welcomed us into his restaurant. We loved how personable he was and the pride everyone had in their restaurant. They gave us free refills on coffee and the price was right. The food was also super flavorful and exactly what we needed. We were in and out fast and it really did make our trip special. Thanks guys! read more

Service was nice, I loved everyone there, super sweet, and homey. Owner was an Italian man and I loved his aura. So lacked in a good way, made me feel the love. Food, MID, made me and my pookies feel sick . But I'm a fatty so I'll eat anything. I'll be back. Big back.. read more

The perfect seaside heights "greasy spoon" breakfast spot highly recommend the sausage links.

I loved Jimmy's breakfast! I went in alone since my friend was still sleeping and they were nothing but nice to me! I ordered the short stack of pancakes and scrambled eggs and when my friend woke up she ordered an omelet, home fries, and toast, which she liked as well! I highly recommend this spot for breakfast! The service was great! The only bad things were that the bathroom was disgusting, full of flies and unsanitary, and there was no wifi so while I was waiting for my friend to come I couldn't really use my phone. read more

Jimmy's breakfast was great. Me and my friends rolled out of bed after a night of drinking to get some grub and we were not disappointed! We were seated almost instantly and our waiter quickly offered us drinks. We placed our order for food and got it within 10 min. I had the short stack of pancakes with the blueberry compote ontop and a side of bacon & I enjoyed it so much. My boyfriend got the pork roll sandwich which he really enjoyed however, he assumed it came with egg by it does NOT. Overall great experience for a great price. read more

Jimmy's is a quaint little breakfast spot with good food and super-friendly service. Don't expect the Taj-Mahal when you come here. This is an old fashioned, no frills kinda place. They have indoor seating and a covered porch with some picnic tables for outdoor seating. The open kitchen is visible from the porch area so you can watch the cooks work if you sit outside. The food isnt Michelin star quality, but its home-cooked goodness is enough to keep you coming back. I ordered a broccoli and cheddar omlette, my friend ordered eggs over easy with sausage links. Everything was out in what seemed like less than 5 minutes -super fast! The omlette was yummy, and they didn't skimp on the cheese which is sin I feel a lot of breakfast spots commit. Even though the omlette was a little smaller than what I'm used to, I was able to finish it all in one sitting which is unusual for me. Those with a bigger appetite mightve been disappointed, but it was the perfect portion for me. The home fries that came on the side were average. Altogether not a bad deal for $7 When I said old fashioned, I meant it. CASH ONLY, but they have an ATM. Tickets are hand written which I think adds to its quaintness. The shining star of this place is the service. Everyone is genuinely friendly and treats you like family. It gave me that warm fuzzy feeling which solely would make me want to return. So come on down to Jimmy's if you're in the mood for a good old fashioned breakfast! Just remember to bring cash! read more

Nice little breakfast spot in Seaside with ocean background noise and indoor/outdoor seating. Very busy at all times but quick service and attentive staff. Our waitress was pleasant and we enjoyed the nice start to our beach week. The food was decent, diner style food. Good portions and came out hot and all at once. Mushroom and cheese omelette was good and the home fries are a must! However, the coffee was absolutely shocking. Very weak and burnt. For how busy it is, you still won't wait long. Would go here again. CASH ONLY read more
