I go to the people who work on my brakes . So I went back to Windy City Muffler N Brakes after calling ahead and they say would top off my brake fluid on my 04 Corolla. And sure it might seem suspicious, that they discovered and fixed the issue and at the same time recommended that my struts in the back were no good any longer than risk losing my tire if I didn't get them fixed. So I left the car with them .. took an Uber home and have them repair the struts. I'm so happy that this place worked on my car and they didn't rip me off .

I was semi discouraged from the initial repair shop I visited that really tried to pull one over on me with the initial estimate process. Defeated but also relentless, I took a deep breath and had faith I'd find a good and reputable shop within the area associated with my insurance. My first encounter with Ian was nothing short of professional and helpful. He got me in within the hour, got the estimate done within a half hour and scheduled repairs a week out. Simple. They didn't keep too much in contact during the repairs process but were helpful whenever I checked in. I also beat them to the punch a lot with follow ups. Expectations were clear and the repairs done were nothing short of phenomenal. I really like their layout inside as well with pamphlets explaining the process and your right to choose your own repair shop. Something I had issues with in the beginning.
