Much better than Jersey Mike's in terms of good portions and customer service. Employees always cheerful and accommodating. Meat is sliced my thicker than Jersey Mike's, as well as the cheese and tomatoes. Much more robust, filling sandwich. I will comment on your bread, though. Rolls are way too narrow, and texture a bit chewy. Why cheap on the bread? It's the bread that's the main key to a good sandwich. Wise up, corporate! read more

I ordered the 6" Pepe. The food was good but very very disapointed with the roll. The rolls have gotten so small and the prices higher. Not worth it at all!!! Service was ok. This was an unfortunate experienc. read more

Drove an hour to get to this location because it's the closest one to me. Went with my girlfriend and we both tried the new gyros, got the Greek, which is the lamb meat and the chicken one. Also tried the cucumber salad with the tzatziki sauce. The food was subpar. Mine had 90% lettuce, 5% tomato, and 5% meat. My girlfriends had wilted lettuce and unflavored chicken. Both tzatziki sauces didn't taste like anything just watered down. The cucumber salad was the most embarrassing thing I have ever eaten. They had cucumbers and pickles in water. Overall, the entire meal had no flavor and for $30 you can find better anywhere else. The chips were the best part. read more

Employees provided five star service! We were a slightly chaotic group, including two young kids, and they were all so patient and accommodating to some odd requests. The food and ambiance bring the rating down to 3 stars. I've never been to Jimmy John's before, but I'd expect a sandwich shop to have at least a few cheese options. Nope, they only had provolone. They also didn't have ketchup, which I'd think is probably a frequent ask even if it's not a typical menu option. Also, the design of the place meant that there was a concentrated frigid breeze directed at the tables every time the door opened, leading to an uncomfortably cold experience. read more

Drove thirty minutes to pick up food that I ordered through the app with a promo code. The sign on the door said they were not participating in the promotion and that if the order went through it was a glitch. I do understand the situation, however, they could have had the decency to cancel the order in the app so I didn't waste my time and gas. read more

I really enjoy that you can mobile order here. They are quick work getting the orders ready for lunch time. I love the chicken Caesar wrap it's really good. Sometimes they forget to cut it but most of the time they make it the same each time which is good. Only one or twice did I order and it didn't look how they always make it. read more

My son always likes this place and their roast beef sandwich. The staff is very accommodating, sometimes they bring the sandwich to my car so I don't have my kid out and strap him back in. He likes his sandwich cut in 3rds they do that. read more

We got there about 830pm , the man instantly looked irritated when we came in the store. His face said it all. Sir the store closes at 9pm. I can read facial expressions real well. We ordered 2 regular size sandwiches. The MF put 1 piece of meat on my sandwich. It was basically eating a salad on a big A$& loaf of bread, drowned in mayo Needless to say he took about 2 mins to fix both sandwiches. Yuck do better. read more

More like 3.75. My food was great and consistent, the service was a tad bit slow but we are in a pandemic so I will chalk it up to that. Everyone working was very polite and I don't have any complaints. Jimmy Johns are always clean including the bathrooms. Outside of Penn Station, Jimmy Johns is my place but yes I like subway also! Lakeridge has tons of eating out options and this spot is located in the same shopping center as Subway..... of course, and Chick Fil A..... lots of competition. Depends on what you are in the mood for. Get the totally tuna my fav. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend came to this location and as soon as we walked in the employees clearly had an attitude, specifically the light skin dude with dreads & a beanie on! He literally was rolling his eyes, smacking his lips, and then slammed the register closed. Like so unprofessional! My bf wanted to leave but stayed because of me. I understand it may have been around 8 pm but the store closes at 9pm! No need to have an attitude when it comes to service especially food service because now we will not come back or recommend anyone going there! read more

This is the worst sandwich ever only 2 slices of meat , where the rest of my lettuce and I asked for mustard salt and pepper and they gave me packages I was better off going to subway next door or jersey mikes down the road for the amount of money I paid for which I could make a better one at home horrible read more

4-Month Old new Jimmy John's has been a great addition to Merchant Plaza in Woodbridge! Friendly Staff, Super Fast, and Great Tasting as we've come to expect. And there's nothing like a clean, new place too! The staff here is quick to clean and keep everything in order. Give them a try next to the Safeway in Merchants Plaza. We come here all the time. The food is always fresh. Their AC was broken, but now works. The employees are always friendly.

The worst Jimmy Johns! I have come here before and they were closed before 8:00PM. Tonight, I showed up at 7:45PM and was told they ran out of bread while the person was counting out the register and all of the stations were closed down. The thing that really made me mad was the smart comment someone made as the door was closing. Disrespectful and bad business. Wonder if the owner or manager will respond to this post. Probably not. read more

The staff was just so rude and honestly just made me Not want any service done. There was one bright spot in the establishment and it was an employee by the name of Danny. He was nice and tried his best to make up for the awful service. I think he was aware that the rest of staff was a joke but he was the only professional one there. read more

Don't bother ordering online from this place they NEVER check pick up so you end up waiting for them to make your order. They dont even care that they've inconvenienced you. The employees never smile or greet. I have been here three times. The place is deserted. Am I bothering them? The food is great. The service - eh. I will go to Chantilly's location. No biggie for respondent employees. read more

This place is clearly on the way out. The sandwich was well below what I would expect from a JJ's. The bread was practically hollow, like it was a bread shell and smelled like undercooked dough. The specialty spicy "chicken" was almost the texture of ground chicken and there was more lettuce and sauce than anything else on it. Not very tasty. Plus there was only one person working there at 12:30! Should have been my first warning that they're under staffed during the lunch rush. Maybe don't waste your money here. read more

Got a turkey and bacon sub today. Not overly friendly, but serviceable. I was not offered a choice of bread. I could have asked but forgot to.The french bread was stiff and dominated the filling. The bacon was less crispy and more chewy. Maybe I will try again but expectations are far lower. read more

A decent sandwich with a heavy side of complacent attitude. The staff is not helpful or welcoming. From the ordering process to the asking for a napkin, which are BEHIND the counter in the "employee" area , you are made to feel like a nuisance. The dining area is decorated with plaques meant to be inspirations espousing a strong work ethic, self reliance and mental fortitude. All commendable traits, however the staff has taken those ideals to the next level where customer service is considered a weakness that needs to be stamped out. A simple hello or just pleasant demeanor while taking a PAYING CUSTOMERS order, letting the PAYING CUSTOMER know their order is ready in a friendly manner, handing the PAYING CUSTOMER a napkin upon request or at least showing them where they are BEHIND THE COUNTER in nice way, and saying thank you or good bye to the PAYING CUSTOMER are not signs of weakness. They are ways to insure PAYING CUSTOMERS return to your business so you don't go out of business. By the way, the sandwich was tasty, especially the bread. read more

Jimmy Johns is definitely one of my favorite restaurants when it comes to subs, however this place is well below par. Upon walking in to the musty smell of the store, three employees were just loitering around the store lounging until I walked in. One person, whom I'm not sure worked that all proceeded to sit on the counter where food may or may not be prepared and open a bag of chips and eat as I was in the store. Not only was it unsanitary it was pretty unprofessional. read more

Didn't even go inside. Was already wary due to some really bad reviews on Facebook and Yelp, and their overall bad ratings, but I figured I would try the location on dollar sub day, which they had advertised on their Facebook. Upon arrival, I noticed a sign on both front doors stating that they are not participating in the dollar sub day. Well...... bye. I would gladly pay full price at the Liberia location in Manassas any day, and I highly recommend that location bc of their great subs and prompt, friendly service. read more

Quite a nice surprise. Delivery was amazingly fast and the food was delicious. The young lady that delivered our meal was quite friendly and personable. I stopped in for lunch with co-workers. The service was mediocre, but at least they smiled. The menu/offerings are really basic, just cold subs. The food did taste fresh, but the prices were rather high for what you get. I really don't get what the appeal is to this place, as they don't seem to offer a whole lot. Would I go back? If I'm hungry enough, sure. But it's nothing spectacular, it's just par. read more

Great subs and delivery is amazing. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes. It's like, hang up the phone, wash my hands, set up TV trays and bang, someone's at the door. Give this person a nice tip and enjoy their freshly made subs. Great taste and great value, read more

Awful!!! I placed an order for 4 sandwiches & went into detail w/what I wanted on each one. I get home and find they gave me only 3 sandwiches! Why?! I ordered enuf pickles & dip & chips for 4-5 people! Don't U think the sandwich-maker would see the mistake if the stupid register kid did not?! Plus, he stood next to the register kid listening to my order! When I get home & see THEIR mistake, I call them to complain and tell them to deliver my sandwich to me since my family was eating. The sandwich-maker answered the phone and told me I was charged for only 3 sandwiches & if I wanted another, I'd have to pay for it! Seriously?! It was the employees fault, not mine! My family is eating & by the time I'd get my food, they would be finished... And, I still have to pay for them bring me my food?! I carefully went thru my order twice with the moron! I also gave them a $5 tip -- stupidly. Since the kid on the phone said I had to pay for their screw up, he should have used the tip I stupidly left as payment for the sandwich. I will never go back & will tell everyone I know to stay away. Manager needs to fire them! They have no customer relations skills. I'm writing to the CEO as well to tell him to monitor local store becuz they're giving him a bad name. Skip this dump & walk down to Subway. They give U what U order! read more

Ok let me just say the 2 stars are for the fact you have online ordering and your customer service was very good when I picked up my food. I too didn't know much about Jimmy John's when I tried it for the first time. I heard the commercials and they were all funny so I said what the Hell. My biggest issue that will keep me from going back is the fact the bread is cold. I smell bread when I go in there. Why would you give me a sub on cold French bread? I don't care if all you have is cold subs, but that doesn't mean the bread is supposed to be cold too! I had to microwave it to be able to bite thru the bread. And the B in the BLT was virtually non existent. I barely saw it or tasted it. Sorry guys, but you can keep your bread fresh without refrigeration. read more

I placed an order for pick up with their online ordering system. When I arrived, my 2 year old was asleep in his carseat, and everyone knows what a pain it is to wake up your child (hello, tantrum!). Instead of risking WWIII by waking my son, I called the shop and asked if they would be willing to meet me at the curb with my order. They said that was no problem and asked me what my vehicle looked like. When I arrived at the shop, they quickly brought out my food. When I got home, my order was perfect and everything tasted great! The only thing I wish they would do is extend their delivery area, but I realize that's a corporate issue. read more

Extremely poor service. Your "manager" male with black finger nails was extremely rude. Acted like we were bothering him and huffed when giving us our total. We were in 11/26/18 at 1800hrs. I won't be returning. Update: owner called me after a few days. It's clear they are under staffed and have difficulty hiring people or having qualified managers. Thus, continuing to employ Tony the manager that should clearly be fired. With ratings like these and the lack of customers, this store will close like the one in Manassas. I for one won't return and I encourage anyone interested in coming to this one to stay away. read more

I come in occasionally for lunch with my kids when out running errands. Always a good sandwich for a good price, but sometimes in the past the service had been lacking (sadly typical in many Northern Virginia food establishments). Yesterday, we were greeted by an unfamiliar manager. He was super friendly, introduced himself as the new owner, and told us that he had just bought the store a couple of weeks ago. It was a great experience overall - customer service was noticeably different already! read more

I'll give this place an extra star because their delivery service is decent. In terms of pick up, I agree the staff makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them when you come in, and they definitely aren't "freaky fast" or even fast for that matter. I want to like the subs, but everytime I "customize" the toppings on my sub, I get the standard toppings, and none of my customizations are taken into account. My biggest pet peeve is that the sandwiches fall apart when you try to eat them, so I always select cut in half. I have yet to receive a sub cut in half. They seriously lather on mayo to where you just feel gross after eating a few bites. Again, if you select the "light" option for mayo it is never made that way. I tried the Italian sub for the first time today, and I spit it out and it went in the trash. It was caked in mayo, and the peppers were so overwhelmingly spicy I just tossed the sandwich. I can handle heat too. I am super nauseous just from one bite of that mayo drenched sub, and feel super gross. Also, there are not a lot of options, and they don't toast subs. I'll take Wawa or Subway any day. read more
