WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT! I place an order on line last night. I have ordered from this location before. Waited 20 minutes to give them time to make my meal. When I arrived and told them who I was, they guy told me they missed my order and they had a big order and didn't have enough bread to make my sandwichs. He said "do you want us to cancel your order? It will take us 40 minutes to make it." Apparently my order was less important than the big order. All he kept saying was they were running out of bread. I guess anyone that walked in after me was out of luck? Or he just discriminated against me! Terrible service! Terrible experience! read more

Everything is always great from JJ's. We tried one of their wraps this time and it was delicious. We usually have the unwitch which is always great and saves a few calories. Never disappointed. read more

Yes they are quick but sometimes so quick they make your order incorrectly, especially with ordering online and picking up. Kinda pointless when you get home and find your sandwich slathered in mayp that you didn't want and without the cheese you did want. Would recommend ordering in person and checking it. Otherwise, great sandwiches! read more

I'm giving them one star because their 1 mistake ruined my sandwich. I normally eat at JJ around Cary & Raleigh. Never have I received a sub par sandwich. But today at this location the bread I was given (take out unfortunately) was hard as a rock on the bottom. It was crunchy. I was not happy. Whoever made the sandwich obviously didn't care or has no idea what JJ's bread quality should be. I have no doubt they had a whole tray of Bread that was exactly like it. The manager needs to do some training instead of trying to get his staff to win a competition ... in over 7 yrs of eating at JJ's I've never had a bad experience, until now. read more

Hey Jimmy John's, here are a few quality control tips to improve your customer satisfaction rating on deliveries. 1. When someone orders an iced tea, add ice. It's in the name. 2. A straw would be appreciated as well. It's a convenient way to drink when you're on the move. 3. The bread is over baked when it has the consistency of a crouton, don't use it. read more

I order from here usually because it's super convenient, right by my work, and they are one of the only restaurants that deliver. However, in the past 6 months been horribly disappointed with them I usually always order the Lulu unwich for like almost $13 when you add a service fee and tip. What they have delivered 3 times already is two pieces of romaine lettuce, almost no turkey meat and it's all put together in the most sloppy way possible. I have to call every time to have them come and pick it back up and deliver something decent. The last time I ordered same thing happened again. So, I've officially decided to never use them again. Their delivery time has also slowed down terribly and on top of that most of their employees seem to have the worse attitudes. read more

I order from here all the time for lunch when im at work which is right down the road. There nothing wrong with the food but the customer service kinda sucks. The last 3 times i have asked for them to cut it in half cause its hard to eat whole. Everytime they dont cut it in half. Today i called for pickup and asked for them to cut in half as usual and told them the last 3 times they didnt and for sure i get there and have them open it and guess what its not cut in half and there tomatoes when i asked for no tomatoes. I think im done with this location since they can never get my order right and my boss orders from there and his order is never right or missing something and they over charged him. read more

I was so so impressed! I ordered while at my moms house for Christmas, I looked at my watch. In 6...yes 6 minutes after I hung up the phone, they were knocking on the door. AND IT WAS RIGHT! we live in Charlotte & our local store never gets our order right. I was shocked & so impressed. My mom & grandma were so impressed they both keep pointing out Jimmy Johns stores as we drive down the road. It ended up being an experience we talk about all the time. This message is for the manager. I went to this location the other day for lunch. The individual that took my order had very bad acne to the point that there were areas of fresh blood on their face. As this person took my order the individual proceeded to pop a pimple With one hand while entering my order into the computer with the other hand. This person then wiped the pus on his finger onto his pants right in front of me. It was seriously one of the most disgusting things I have witnessed in a food serving establishment as this person had absolutely no respect for the patrons or his fellow workers regarding his personal hygiene. I am sure as a manager this is a tough conversation to have with your employee but it needs to be done. I am sure somewhere in the code books exposed blood and bodily fluid's should be handled in a specific way. I am giving two stars because I carefully watched the process of my sandwich being made and luckily it did not come into any contact with this person or any thing that he touched that I could see. read more

I placed an order online for delivery since I was unable to leave the house. After 45 minutes passed I decided to call and check on the order. I was told that one driver called in sick and the other driver left with my order 45 minutes ago but had another stop to make first. It took 1 hr 13 minutes for my order to arrive. The jimmy Johns is only two miles from my house and if my 8 month old wasn't sleeping I would just drive somewhere different. I understand things happen but I would suggest that Jimmy Johns come up with a process to inform customers on deliveries if there may be a delay in their order. I have to put in my number to place the order, maybe a call or text notification system to update the delivery status. I considered ordering pizza but knew Jimmy Johns would be a lot faster.
