I am as exhausted lastnight and didn't feel like cooking dinner or spending a lot on ordering so I drove through Panda. I ordered the two combo plate. Beef with broccoli and chicken with green beans. They said the latter was going to be awhile so I switched to Kung Pao. I ordered the super greens with it. The cashier guy was really professional and nice. I also ordered the veggie spring rolls. Qi pulled over in the parking lot and had a spring roll. It was absolutely flavorless. When I got home I dug into the meal and it was honestly terrible. There was not a lot of meat and the valor tasted like a bad Chinese take out. I remember this place at one time being good and maybe I'm spoiled by eating really great quality Asian food but this was bad. The greens were even gross. read more

One of my favorite places is Panda Express. While visiting my friend we stopped by to pick up lunch. I always get the the teriyaki chicken. Today I added the new Crispy Almond Chicken. I did the Panda Exp review and suggested that they add this as a regular item. It was flavorful and had a good crunch! Alina the manager waited on me and was cheerful and made me feel welcomed. I finally tried out the new spot in town. I hit the drive through at 715 on a Wednesday and didn't get my food until 745. They also ran out of sides and only had brown rice available unless I wanted to wait ten additional minutes for other options. I attribute all this to being a newly opened restaurant. The important part is the food and it was great! I got the famous orange chicken and then also kung pao chicken. The kung pao definitely had spice to it! This is the "Subway" of Chinese food. You stand in line, tell the employee which items you'd like, they put it in a styrofoam to go container or plate. They put ours in a to go container, though we were eating there. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed, and service was a bit rushed. The guy kept forgetting what we asked for. I ordered walnut honey shrimp, firecracker shrimp, chicken egg roll with sweet sour sauce, 1/2 veggies and 1/2 noodle. The honey shrimp were my favorite! Decent sized shrimp, light batter, and a semi-sweet sauce. I will order this every time! The firecracker shrimp was good too but if I had to choose one, I'd go for the walnut honey shrimp. I really liked the vegetables but wasn't a huge fan of the noodles. They were a tad bit chewy and not very flavorful. I dipped it in the firecracker shrimp sauce. I did not like the egg roll or sweet sour sauce. The egg roll had a weird texture and I'm pretty sure there were noodles inside it. The sauce was so sugary and crazy sweet. I would not order the egg roll, sauce or noodles again. Before we wiped the table down to sit (all the tables needed some cleaning), we stopped at the station that has plastic silverware, napkins and silverware. There were no forks and it was pretty messy. Went up to the counter and it took a few minutes to get someone at the counter to bring out forks. I ordered a soda and ended up drinking water. No one told me the Diet Coke was not working on the soda machine. Two were out of service and all the other options contained auger. So that was a bummer and waste of money. Would have taken way to long to get a refund. I'll eat there again now that I know what I like there. It's a fast food place so the experience was pretty much what a expected. read more

Before I turned around and walked out, I was then told that I could but it would be charged differently. Thats fine but why try to argue about it? And then after I pay for the food, she tells me I didn't want a drink after I said something about it TWICE. I was so excited to eat here because not only was I craving orange chicken but this is the first Panda Express I have seen in this area. When we got here the drive thru was way backed up and inside the line was almost out the door. The service was subpar, 2/5 employees we came into contact with were friendly/happy and the others looked scared/nervous/unhappy to be there or not knowing what they were doing and wanting us to leave already. The lo mein noodles were hard, though they looked 'fresh' and overall it just wasn't the best experience here. I forgot how overly priced it was for the type of food you were getting. If you want something easy but overpriced then this is the place but if you want something better then you need to look elsewhere. And this is what I got all rice and all orange chicken. When drive through was confronted about the problem. I was given a very ghetto attitude the girl in the drive through wouldn't give her name. I was given a small different chicken to replace and chow mein. When my husband was telling the girl the problem. She told him to F off and to f his mother. I was in shock. That's girl didn't know but my husband is going through the death of his mother now and she was very unprofessionally. How are you going to tell a paying customer standing right in front of you no, so that a customer that you COULD get can get the food over them. It was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. When I asked to speak to a manager he was sitting at a table in the dining room with about 4 other employees and was no help. I decided to give this new Panda Express a shot during my lunch break today. I ordered online and it said it would be ready around 12:40. I had to wait about 20 minutes. At 1:00pm the order was finally ready. With the option to order online , waiting an additional 20 minutes for a takeout order that should have been ready beforehand should not be acceptable. In addition to that,the Beijing beef that I ordered was overly fried where you can actually taste that it was burnt. Food was not that good. I will probably not be going back again. Not impressed and this is the oddest Panda Express ever! I'm orginally from California and there is literally a Panda Expresson on every corner so I know how its suppose to be. Anyways I ordered from the drive thru and ordered THE PLATE, ok when I tell you my plate look so empty and sad, basically I was stil hungry afterwards and got myself a bowl of pho, then I told my friend about it, she said she walked in and ordered from the inside and her plate was so full she couldnt finish it. When I lived in LA, Panda Express was a frequent stop gor me. Good sized portions always welcome! I was thrilled when one opened here. So one of the first weekends after stay at home orders, I went to the drive thru. I went to the window to pay I attempted to tip the window server with money sanitized and in a plastic bag. She yold me "we are not allowed yo take tips." I was told yo pull up front to wait for my order, so I did. A half hour later...no food. I went in and there was chaos. One poor chef was doing his best. Ten minutes later my food was brought to me as I waited inside. I got home, opened the container...tiny portions! I was very disappointed.
