I get a phone call from a lady at 8:10 saying they are closing up and can't complete my order. I was already en route. Ended up pulling into the lot to find chairs up and lights being turned off. Get sliced pickles on your sandwich and order a pickle sliced in quarters for pickle spears! After all, "Happiness is a Jar of Pickle Spears"! I usually get delivery with great service! Just add to the delivery notes any details like where to meet you or if you want them to leave it at your door. Jimmy John's is always good. I tried their new picklewich and it was good but I took off the top pickle part because it was pretty salty. It's really not all that big, but with chips it was a hefty snack/lighter lunch. This shop sucks - the service, not the food. The picklewich was made very sloppily, they didn't have my bottle drink in my order, the side of ranch was half full, they couldn't stop talking to help me with pick up. I will always go back to Jimmy's, but there are too many sandwich shops in the area to visit one with crappy service. read more

Additionally, as a common customer of this specific location there has been more than a few instances where the Sandwich I ordered through the app did NOT reflect the sandwich I was given after pickup. Even if a topping or two is missing it'd no big deal, but several times my custom order had been COMPLETELY WRONG. Please do better by ensuring my sandwich is what I actually ordered. Today I called and was informed that there was no delivery driver. It was fine, for me to just pick it up. When I got there the cashier had headphones in. Today we came in and yes they were very busy but the orders for multiple guest were coming out wrong. A customer went up to complain about her order the guy named Josh took her sandwich without gloves on and was going to fix it. Gross she said I don't want that sandwich you just touched and asked them to make her a new one the girl behind the counter which is actually the store manager called the woman a b*tch and told her to get out of her store. My son's first time at JJ. We almost ate a Giant Gargantuan. Reminded me of when I used to eat one back in Austin next to the UT campus in 2002...ha! Shows my age. Excellent, it has kept it's great tasting subs as always. Recommended for anyone with an appetite who likes subs. read more

Gourmet sandwiches that are cheap, quick, and delicious! This location is my favorite because the location is near my house. Everyone there is super friendly and always greet with a smile. This location is extremely clean and well kept. I've never had a bad sub here (other locations sometimes make the subs sloppy.) Unlike other locations, parking is never an issue here. read more

So I went to check out Jimmy John's finally and I liked it. Super friendly staff as you enter and leave greet you. It is your basic sub place. Not a ton of toppings but the sandwiches are a good price and they give you 8 inches. Most places only give you 6 inches. Really who does not prefer 8 inches anyway. I thought they offered a nice variety of sandwiches but they only sell their own brand of chips which are pretty good. Overall a good value basic sub. Hard to beat for lunch read more

We came here after a long flight and a long drive, not knowing it was 5 mins before closing, and the two guys on staff were so great and professional and didn't rush us at all. They allowed us to eat our sandwiches while they were cleaning and I'm even convinced the manager with the beard put on some Frank Sinatra tunes for us! He was really considerate and it also warmed my heart to see how thorough they were in cleaning the store. It's also awkward eating here because the employees were all zoned out when they should have been working on making that fresh effin' bread they are advertising. Yummy. Not as "healthy" as certain other chain's subs, but makes up for lack of healthfulness, with deliciousness, and speed. These are the fastest subs you can get. I mean by the time you order, your card is swiped, and your cup filled with tasty beverage, they are waiting on you. I've made it a personal goal of mine to try and outrun these guys, by performing the previously mentioned events, before they can have my sub ready, and I've come close (during rush), but they still beat me. I've been told that their delivery service is quite fast, as well. The sandwiches are extremely satisfying, and taste super duper swell. I've had several of the sandwiches on the menu, and have yet to be disappointed. I will report back after I try Jimmy's gargantuan sandwich, and let you know how it is. I ordered from Jimmy John's on Bay Area Blvd in Houston, TX, at 5:45pm, October 23, 2015, was told that our food would be delivered within 30min. I called back to check on my order at 6:43pm and was told it would be delivered momentarily. I received my delivery at 7:10pm. Our sandwiches were not worth the wait nor were the Jimmy's chips (which we did not even finish). I will not order from any Jimmy John's again. The employees and the driver were pleasant and at least after my call back, they tried to keep me updated. And, regardless of this experience, I will still support Kevin Harvick. Perhaps he should be the delivery driver. read more

I ordered four of the new wraps. Since I can't eat ranch sauce, not because I'm allergic but because I hate it that much, I asked for the Caesar sauce instead of the Ranch on my beef wrap. I was told that that would not happen. That there will be no substitutions on my wrap. I explained that the other Jimmy John's that I frequent in Sugar land is quite accommodating and makes a very fine wrap using this Caesar that I requested. The manager told me that he's sorry that they did that because that gave me the impression that I could get the sauce I want at any Jimmy John's that I visit. Nowhere on the menu does it say no substitutions and none of the Jimmy John's that I called after this incident said they would have a problem with substituting the sauce. The manager seemed exasperated that I had even asked. I hope whatever business replaces this one is more accommodating to their customers, especially on such simple requests. Let me just start by saying I LOVE JIMMY JOHN'S! I come from the land of Jimmy John's, where the stores first started and I have grown up eating their sandwiches. Their french bread (baked in the store each day) is so yummy, and you can't really go wrong with anything you order on it. (I don't like the wheat bread they have, but I know others who always order it). All of their meat is sliced fresh in the store, unlike other sandwich chains I have been to. They also have wonderfully delicious Jimmy Chips in a variety of delectable flavors. Ok, so that said, this store is a pretty typical Jimmy John's. You will be greeted by 2-3 sandwich-makers with smiling faces and they will stare at you until you decide what to order. Once you order, you will receive your sandwich in a "freaky fast" amount of time. Then you will be free to decide whether you want to take your food home or eat it in the store. Either way, you will be happy. They also deliver, although I'm not sure how far-reaching their delivery service goes. The only thing that I didn't like about this store was that I found it difficult to get in and out of the crowded parking lot. It involved a couple quick u-turns on Bay Area. Now, if you, like me, are from a land where u-turns are illegal, then you may feel overwhelmed with this. But if you are an experienced Clear Lake driver, this will be no problem. read more

Same great sandwiches you can expect from any other JJs, this just happens to be my location of choice since its close to my work. The staff cracks me up every time I'm in there. I LOVE YOU TOO!
