I felt like I was chewing an old balloon and the BBQ sauce didn't help. *This was my fault for not knowing better since they sit out. The bathrooms are super clean. One challenge we faced was that they overcharged us for additional pound of meat. At first, we were super frustrated because we could not call them to resolve the issue. Also, we were far away from Buc-ee's by then and there is no way we could prove that we did not ate those item. Eventually, we send Buc-ee's an email and they were able to check through video footage that they indeed overcharged us. They did this in less than a day and they were super professional about this matter. It turned from a situation full of frustration to relief.
