I don't mind waiting a few minutes for good barbecue, but it took longer than it should have. And, I was about halfway done with the meal before the soft drinks came out. I asked if he could send me an email stating they owed me a free hashbrown, He said that could work, took my name down. I asked if he wanted my email address, he said no, he would post my name on the wall for his team to see. Note: NOT what I asked for. Even if he could have emailed me a coupon for a free hashbrown would have been fine. I'm amazed he had no options but me returning to the store. This store is rated at 2/5 today and I can see why. The manager implied I was lying or it was my fault things went wrong. No accountability or apology ever from him. I hope they honor my free hashbro wns next time I'm out that way. I'll try to make that soon. Learned my lesson, 1) ALWAYS ask for a receipt, 2) ALWAYS check your order before driving 1 inch away. I don't eat out often, but apparently the basics are lost on the work staff at this store. The ULTIMATE lesson is, don't eat at burger king.
