Sadly the portions are smaller than I expected for a "large" sub, compared to other sub places. Hoping it was going to be a well packed sub but wasn't. Overall 3 stars. Fast service, okay sub.

Putting my toddler on one of those chairs made me nervous, and I also didn't love sitting on something that felt so unstable (again--pregnant). I got a turkey sandwich and paid an extra dollar to have it heated up. I can't have cold meat when pregnant because of listeria. However, my sandwich was only heated to lukewarm, even though it was advertised as "hot" (and, again, I paid extra for the service). I returned to the counter and asked them to heat it again, explaining that it could jeopardize my health otherwise. The counter staff acted like I was extremely annoying and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The sandwich (still just kinda warm, not hot) was at least good, even though eating it made me feel nervous, and the mint brownie I also bought was delicious. I came again during Witch Fest, and even though the lines were longer, the service was better--but it could also be because I didn't have my sandwich heated that time. Overall, I'm unsure when or if I'll be back, but I definitely do recommend the food itself.

From there on out, I couldn't hear my friend and she couldn't hear me. The owners and friends were socializing, laughing and talking so loud. It was really overwhelming. We literally couldn't hear ourselves over them, which was a huge damper on our dining experience. We got about halfway through our wraps when we decided to leave due to the noise. :( The facility was very clean, and I appreciated that they put on gloves during the wrap-making process.
