They are dried out, cold and tasteless. The malts barely top the rim but the fries are still hot. I'm willing to wait for a freshly cooked hot tasty burger even if the price inched up. But when we are talking about going to the Kewpee for lunch, it's a flat no from me now. Allentown Kewpee does the same. Very disappointed. (2026)

If I could give them no stars I would. Saikaija took our order and was rude as could be. She acted like we inconvenienced her by showing up there to order. She rushed us to order and then when we did she barely listened and kept interrupting. When pulling up to the drive up window she did not say a word, just took our card. We ended up waiting a long no time for two sandwiches and she pretty much threw them out the window at us and walked away. We yelled "thank you" and with a disgusted look on her face she turned around and looked at us. If you don't like your job you shouldn't work there. Customer service is one thing that makes people want to come back and with the way we were treated there today, we won't be going back. read more
