The $5.99 rewards I receive never work when ordering online. When I demonstrate the problem to the Manager he blames it on their reward system and never honors the reward. So I wind up buying at full price. It's a scam. I am done with Jimmy John's. read more

I will say that we walked in 5 minutes before closing and that was rude. However, we apologized and expressed we felt bad and the cashier said nothing. We proceed to order and they looked at each other and rolled their eyes. Then, when we were leaving we were very gracious and said have a good night, and when one worker thought we were out of the door, he loudly and angrily yelled, "SEE YA!" There were two of us and were ordered a couple sandwiches. I understand the frustration, but as someone who works in customer service, we never express to our guests that we are annoyed or angry and stay open until we say so. I had picked up 2 subs for lunch. I got to work and opened mine up it was made incorrectly. I had asked for no cheese. I called the store. I spoke with the manager. He told me just to take off the cheese. What's the big deal just take off the cheese. I don't give refunds if you can take off the cheese. I asked for his name, but he refused to give it to me. While I understand JJ's is about speed, not customer service, they were lacking on some serious standard requirements. 1) greet your customers 2) if you're cleaning and a customer comes in, stop, wash your hands, and serve them 3 say thank you Apparently this was a tall order today. Maybe if the staff concentrated on the order as closely as they worked on shooting hoops with the discarded meat paper your rating would climb to 2 stars? No other customers, 6pm still could not get my order right. Then, when the young man who took my order which he confirmed was to be on "the square bread" handed me a sub made on French (not even wheat) bread questioned me to the point they wanted to see my receipt. Ten minutes into a 30 minute lunch...I took what they made and was far from happy with the outcome. Bread was dry, no avocado spread except a hint between the cheese, tasteless Poor service, no customer focus, and the three staff members apparantly missed the training on "fast". The dine-in lunch service was stellar (friendly, cheerful, appreciative, accurate, and fast). My 8" turkey sub had the fresh, tasty JJ bread, along with fair amounts of delicious meat and toppings. The dining area was clean, with cool classic rock background music. Sweet! read more

I'm soooo glad JJ expanded their delivery distance when we were quarantined. We were not able to have it delivered when we moved in 2017 until 2020. I had another delicious sandwich today. No five stars today because the bottom of the bread was fairly hard and hurt my mouth and oddly enough my chin too. Won't keep me from ordering often though. read more

Well...just got my LAST delivery order from this Jimmy John's! It was fast, but that's where the compliment ends. I can't understand why it should take a "rocket scientist" to know that when you order a drink, it should come with a straw in the sack? This is the 3rd time I have not gotten a straw in my order! The bread was rock hard, the cookie was stale, and besides no straw for my tea...there was no evidence of a piece of ice in it! So, I enjoyed room temperature "iced" tea! I too have been in this store on other occasions (like some other reviews) and the music was SO loud I had to yell at the young man at the register. It was clear from the un-welcoming, un-professional behavior of all the employees that they are poorly supervised, if at all. Just went to get a sandwich here. There were 5 people working. They weren't busy. I got my sandwich without a thank you or a hello when I got there. I asked for napkins and an employee told me to reach behind the counter to get them. Seriously? My sandwich had the cheese all bunched up in the middle. It wasn't good. Disappointing- have lived here for years...cannot get consistency even when we pay for extra... We order lunch or dinner, the sandwich "beach club" is supposed to come with avocado. But it does not appear to be added. We had been ordering over the phone. So we decided to order online and time after time, pay for extra avocado...still none. So we order online again and think...maybe it's a glitch and when we add extra it errors to none...but no, it still has none. So we call...they are so nice but yet they don't seem to understand that we have probably paid for multiple sandwiches with the extra added avocado we never get. Honestly, I bet out of 20-25 sandwiches over the last year plus, we have gotten avocado maybe 1 time. Never has the sandwich contained anything that appeared to be extra. And again, never once have they offered a refund or a replacement sandwich. Sad. I don't think we will be going back as we have finally learned our lesson. Ordered a sandwich here for delivery at my work, late afternoon (no lunch rush). Normally they are here "freaky fast" within 15 minutes. This time nearly an hour goes by and nothing. I call this location to which the girl says "oh yea! We couldn't find your work so the driver came back". Ok, A: would have been nice to know while I'm hangry at work that I'm waiting for nothing. No courtesy call? And B: When your driver comes back, make sure he doesn't have a punk attitude. The sandwich that was finally delivered was disheveled and luke warm at best. I like the food fine, the place is clean and the people friendly. I've knocked off 2 start because of the seating. The booths are too tight a fit for big folks like me, the counter stools and bar table chairs are uncomfortable, and there is only one regular table. And no drive through. read more

our family loves JJ's sandwiches but think this location is not well managed. I have seen one employee use a broom she just had on the floor to sweep crumbs off of a table and 2 times now, with no line in the store and 1 car at the drive thru, have definitely not had "freaky fast" service. Our most recent experience was so freakishly slow, as we sat waiting in the drive-thru, we discovered they tried to pass off sweet tea as unsweet when they ran out of the unsweet. Seriously?!! I understand it's going to get busy on the weekend, but I waited 30mins for a sandwich and they forgot my chips. I understand people make mistakes because I worked in food before. When people make mistakes find a solution. So I called them and let them aware that they forgot to put my chips in the bag. The guy on the phone was nice and let me aware that it's going to be awhile for them to bring my chips. He told me it's busy and that they are trying to get orders out as fast as they can. As soon as I got off the phone with him I didn't eat my sandwich yet and I put it in the fridge so I can wait for them to bring my chips. Took my 2 kids and husband in for dinner, 7:30 on a Sunday night. The cashier was deadpan, depressed looking - I know from experience making sandwiches for a living isn't fun, but, I've also never had a worse experience, hence this review. She kept trying to upcharge $1.50 for meat that was just getting switched out- the slim #5- the kids wanted salami, salami, cheese. She totaled the two kids sandwiches at way more than it should have costed. Then I tried to change it to the slim #1s, because there's a limit to how much I am willing to pay for meat and cheese and bread. The guy I assume was the manager said they'd already made the sandwiches and rolled them up, etc. not trying to be a pain I said ok. We got our drinks and chips and all but by the time all was said and done I felt the place felt a bit oppressive so we took our sandwiches to go. When we got home nine and my husbands sandwiches were lacking a bunch of stuff and the kids sandwiches was just salami- no cheese. Worst $40 I've ever spent. I called the store and told them about the cheese not being in the sandwiches and apparently I put my phone number in next time for a $9 comp? I offered to drive to the store again before they close to get a gift card or something (because I'm never going there again).
