This is how much tuna they put on a sandwich. I had to respread it lower on the bread the cut half the bread off.

Freaky fast but they don't put enough protein on the sandwich. Go to the one on West Terra!

Never Crowded, the food always tastes good, only reason I deducted a star is because a former sex offender works at this location.

30 minutes is too long to wait for a freaky fast sandwich. It appears that the online orders are crippling the walk in business.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews because I've never experienced any issues. Food is fresh and quickly prepared.

Horrible food, horrible service. Love Jimmy Johns, but this location needs to close or be sold to someone who cares about their investment.

Gioia's Deli is still a relatively new favorite for me. I first tried it with a coworker, and I had…read morenever been before. I was a little fooled by the name "hot salami" because I thought it meant spicy salami, but it actually means the salami is heated up! You learn something new every day. The best advice I got that first time, and the advice I still follow today, is to order your sandwich on cheese bread. Trust me, it takes the sandwich to another level! This time, I ordered through the app, and my sandwich was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The parking was easy to navigate, and pickup was quick and convenient. I ordered the six-inch sandwich, and it was hearty and filling. They pack it with so much meat that you definitely get your money's worth. These are made-to-order, hot sandwiches, so if you order in the store, expect to wait around 10-15 minutes. That's understandable when they're making your sandwich fresh! The food is delicious, and Gioia's has become one of those places I make a point to stop at whenever I'm in the area. I'm glad they have a location out in St. Charles County because it makes it that much easier to get my sandwich fix. If you haven't tried Gioia's yet, my recommendation is simple: get the hot salami on cheese bread. You won't regret it!

First, let's clear the air; I'm friends with the owner's son but that doesn't mean my opinion is…read morebiased. If you can't handle that, then maybe you need a reality check, sweetheart. Anyways, I walk into the establishment at 6:30PM and the only thing I noticed besides how clean and quaint the restaurant is was this girl (probably in her early 20's) staring at me while she's eating a sandwich and listening to her boyfriend's lame stories. She was somewhat cute but she looked like she is probably really annoying to talk to. Plus, I was there with my wife so I decided to just walk by and order my sandwich. I ordered a couple of clubs but I specifically ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch on wheat bread for me. The nice gentleman behind the counter grabbed a loaf of bread and dropped it on the cutting board. He then said "would you like 8 inches" then he lifted his apron up and said "or do you want a foot long?" We all got a pretty good laugh out of it except for that girl's boyfriend who was telling dumb stories about sneaking food into the movie theater. It was obvious he didn't want to like the joke because he wanted to be the alpha male or he was just pretending like the joke was sexist so he could fit in with the 2020 culture. Really though, the joke was funny and if you don't agree then maybe you need to take some comedy courses, honey. Anyways, my sandwiches are being made and the employees are very pleasant and friendly people. They asked how we would like our club sandwiches dressed. I said "in matching bra and matching panties!" Lol, we all got a huge laugh out of that but that's not really important to my review. (If you thought that joke was distasteful then maybe you need to take a good look in the mirror and come to terms that you need a reality check, baby). So, we decide to get a bunch of bullshit toppings on our sandwiches because really, all the toppings looked fresh and delicious. We couldn't help ourselves. Our sandwiches are finished and we are going to pay for them and that's when I decided to do my final test to really make sure this establishment is worth 5 stars. I ask the friendly employee at the register if any of the fellow staff know how I can score some reefer nearby. The awesome employee said "none of us know anything about drugs or alcohol, sorry." I knew right there that these were really good people and in my opinion, it made my sandwich taste better knowing that it was made by friendly and clean people! I paid with cash and the smart person at the register gave me correct change back and asked if I wanted a receipt! I kindly asked her to shred the receipt for me. When I got home, there was a rubber glove in my sandwich. I know what you're thinking and you need to just chill out right now. I personally asked them to put that glove in my sandwich and they did it. (Eating gloves in your sandwich is the new fad right now. It's like eating Tide Pods but without dying). Conclusion: this is a great place to eat a sandwich and potentially cheat on your wife with a young 20 something year old. Also, you may run into a celebrity when you're there. One time I saw Chuck Berry there eating a ham sandwich. His music sucks but he has a good taste for sandwiches, especially considering he chose Goodcents on Bryan Rd!
