Lately, their delivery has been...not Freaky Fast. Mediocre at best. The order tracker is pointless. It will say my order's been delivered, but that doesn't actually happen for another ten minutes or so. When I order a sandwich on the French bread, I always ask to have it cut in half. It never is. One time, my drink arrived in a cup from the gas station across the street from my building. Tonight, I unwrapped my sandwich and it was like they didn't even bother to keep the sandwich intact, before wrapping it up. I keep giving them chances, because I used to like their sandwiches, but if I'm going to pay $20 for a meal, I'd rather go somewhere that at least tries. read more

What a awesome Jimmy John,s did on our sandwiches. I have a daughter who is allergic to gluten and anaphylaxis to diary. She ordered a turkey tom unwich. The woman who was working on 8/13/2023 at 7:01 went in the back and brought out fresh mayo fresh turkey fresh lettuce and fresh tomatoes, from there storage refrigerator and made her unwich with all fresh ingredients that were not cross contaminated. I have never ever experienced that in ANY Jimmy John's. We were so pleased with the food and she did not get sick from any cross contamination, which what people want that have serve allergies. Seriously 14 minutes from ordering to eating! Unbeatable customer service, polite and professional delivery, I highly recommend. I ordered a different sandwich shop delivery first, an hour ago, and my order was forgotten and their driver had left for the day(?!) They raised prices and previous price was already pushing it too far. Nothing wrong with food quality or delivery speed, but they are way over charging now. I will not be a customer there anymore. I believe the food and service is worth $14.75 That's 12 for the food, rest is delivery charges/fees for two Italian sandwiches only, which is what I get most often, this last time was over $18. Never been to this sub shop before. Staff (the only woman working) was extremely rude when I asked if sub could be toasted. 6-7 employees just standing around and nobody called her on her out of line customer service. Will not stop here again and most likely will not patronize another Jimmy John's. read more

Love it usually; except for the last 2 times (including today!) I have asked them to add bacon onto one of the sandwiches I ordered and yet again they have not only not put bacon on the sandwich but also charged me for it. Really making me not want to continue going here anymore. read more

Ordered on the Jimmy Johns App today before I left my job site to go home for lunch. Expected a Freaky Fast delivery as usual, but not this time. I ordered at 12:15pm on the App and did not receive my order until I called after waiting 30 minutes(12:45) and asked for my order status which I was told it's on its way and would be 5 here in 5 minutes, it was an additional 15 from after I called. Food is fine, and delivery people are usually really nice, swell people. But every time that I have called, I always get the worst person answering the phone. The one time I called, he answered and said: "Hold on a minute" and proceeded to put me on hold for 2 minutes. The next few times he was fine, sounded like a different person. Tonight he answers laughing, and when he asks me for my card info starts laughing again and says: "Hold up, you say what?" I am tired of always calling and getting poor customer service. I have been picking them over Dominos the past few times, but I will just be returning my service back to Dominos after this constant, terrible experience. read more

This place is the best in Kearney for sandwhiches...The food is ALWAYS great, the people that work there are always friendly and when they deliver it is always FREAKY FAST!! I never tire of the sandwhiches from Jimmy Johns and could eat there every day! Would be five stars except for one drawback...you can never, ever eat in...the space is much too small and there is always a crowd. read more

Decent food and fast delivery but wish they had more vegetarian options for sandwiches. Sandwiches are bland without more vegetable and vegan options. Subway has many more vegetables and a better option for vegetarians and vegans. read more

We get delivery from here a lot and love the sandwiches. They are always made correctly (and my kids always have several things substituted) and quick on delivery. These sandwiches are MUCH better than SUBWAY!! read more
