TERRIBLE customer service. The attitude and laziness amongst some of the workers is ridiculous. I got my food with the fork under all the fries meaning the worker touched my food without gloves while also having psoriasis. Might I also mention this worker had hair to his shoulders and should be wearing a hair net or hair tie. I suggest if u don't want bits of flaky skin and hair in your food I wouldn't go here. read more

I kept hearing about Raising Cane's so when one finally opened up I was really excited to go. We went the first week it was open and honestly the service was nice and the food was okay. I didn't see what the fuss was about but it was good. We thought we would try again thinking our expectations were too high and a business just opening was really busy and maybe it slipped a little. We chose to go to Raising Cane's as we were headed to a small socially distance picnic with some friends! The service was fast and friendly! Once we sat down to eat the chicken from Cane's was delicious! We got sauce (which we don't think should be extra) and Texas toast to accompany our lunch! We were pleased and will go again soon! I was in town for a convention and decided to venture out for dinner. Driving by I saw that this place was packed so figured I would see what the big deal was. Glad that I did. I ordered The Caniac Combo and it was on point. Everything was cooked fresh. The chicken was tender and delicious, just the right amount of seasoning to be good on its own without sauce. Fries were basic crinkle cut fries. The sauce paired up well with the chicken. The bread was awfully tasty. I would definitely recommend this place based off of my experience. read more

Food was outstanding per usual with this restaurant but this specific restaurant the service was soooo SLOW. Took us 20 mins to get our small order of two box combos. Definitely would recommend using the drive thru because it seems they cars go in and out of here like crazy. But most definite wouldn't sit inside again. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give this rating 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. This particular Cane's currently only had the drive through open. Traveling with a large team, we all had separate checks so that would have been extremely difficult to order. Another team had gotten an employee to come outside to take their individual orders while we were standing beside them. 45 minutes of waiting, he looked as us, rolled his eyes, and told us to wait. We were scolded for trying to walk through the drive through. Overall, this was a 2/10 experience. The employee finally came out and took our orders with a forced positive attitude. Chicken strips are good and that's all they have. Special sauce I like but the price is kinda ridiculous for only have chicken strips.

The chicken, being the only thing that you can get, is quite generic, it tastes and has similar texture to that of the chicken strips at McDonald's. The fries are also okay, but the only good reason to go there is for the bread that is given to you with your meal, it is delicious. The bread has a great taste and the texture is not too grainy (if that's how I should describe it.) read more

Got an order to go. Due to a lack of familiarity with the menu, we didn't realize that we'd been shorted an entire meal until we got home ($10). The chicken and fries are just average, the coleslaw is coleslaw (is there really good coleslaw??), and the "special" sauce isn't anything special--too much pepper and mayo (but, mostly the pepper). The best part of the meal-the toast. That was actually good. We won't be going here again as there are far better places to eat in town (that cost less---this place is expensive for what it offers). read more
