    JALAPENO RANCH CHICKEN WRAP

You ever felt played after leaving an establishment lol. Welp that's me today. Had a taste for a wrap given Jimmy John's is fairly close. Never again. 15$ for this? Plus the guy working so rude. I asked for pickles did not include them. Added an acre of lettuce and a parcel of chicken. Lol. Smh. I Will go to Subz n Stuff next time. Done w JJ.

#9 - Tuna fish sandwich box. Worked well for me. Sorry, ate the other 1/2 of the sandwich before taking the pic.

If you want fast, solid food, that tastes good - go to Jimmy John's. If you're expecting some fine dining, exquisite cooking, or something spectacular - why are you eating at Jimmy John's? In fact, I doubt anyone even reads these reviews! They are consistent and almost all of them execute the same way. Well, kudo's to this Jimmy John's for being true to it's brand. I had a box lunch at work and enjoyed the meal. I grabbed the #4 box which was a super long tuna fish salad sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes & cucumbers. I didn't add the package of mustard. That was odd, but I liked it the way it was. It was LONG. I had the plane chips which were a nice crunchy, salty kettle cooked potato chip. Cookie looked good, but I passed.

    Roast beef Unwhich

I used to order the unwhich regularly for over a year and it would come wrapped tight in lettuce like a burrito so it is easy to pick up and eat. For some reason the training is lacking and over the last month these are what arrived. Couldn't do anything but dump it in a bowl and pick it like a salad. What a mess!!!

    Sloppy and disgusting

Bread was do hard the sandwich not enjoyable. called the store and the Manager said his name was Jake was not willing to send a new order he said there is nothing he could do. this is the first time I ordered from this location and trust it will be the last.

Wrong chips, bread not removed, not cut in half, no drink cup in bag....don't offer the service if you can't provide it.

Sandwich away actually pretty good but they ignored the whole no lettuce no tomato thing. Meat was minimal but bread at least was good.

Normally, I don't consider people from St. Louis to be credible deli evaluators, but I was desperate and made the hour drive to Grapevine. We got there at 11:15 and the line was nearly to the door. Within 30 minutes, it was well out into the street. That was a promising sign. The sandwich menu covered the entire wall over the counter. Lots of non-New-York sandwiches like Cubans, gyros, etc, but over in the left corner were the classic Ruebens and pastramis. I went for the latter. A REAL NY deli usually has a few soups like split pea and chicken noodle and matzoh. No soups. Bummer. They had a half dozen sides - 3 kinds of potato salads and a few slaws. I went with the German potato salad. The drink option was spartan - they tossed a styrofoam cup at me and pointed to the soda fountain. The pastrami sandwich was OK for Texas. A SUPER pastrami sandwich on hard rye can get me moaning like Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally" -- only I don't have to fake it. The German potato salad was watery and bland - I should have gone with the mustard potato salad. Turnaround was on the slow side. Napkins = paper towel roll on table. Flimsy plasticware. The overall vibe was affordable utilitarian. I'll give the sandwich a 4, everything else a 3. Next time I'll drive the extra half hour to Cindi's.

A graceful 3. I stopped by this place with my daughter for the first time on a random weekday…read more Before I begin, let me just say this: first impressions really are everything. When we walked in, no one greeted us or explained how the ordering process worked. We took our time looking over the menu and were pretty much left to figure things out on our own. To be fair, one employee was checking out customers and another appeared to be preparing food, so I can give a little grace there. After about 3-5 minutes, someone came from the back and politely asked how he could help. I mentioned that it was our first visit, and he instructed us to order our sandwiches with him. After taking our order, he immediately started preparing the sandwiches. Unfortunately, no directions were given about what to do next. We moved over to what appeared to be the sandwich topping station, where another employee was working. He never acknowledged us, and by that point, both the cashier and sandwich prep employee had disappeared to the back. We grabbed a bag of chips and headed toward the register, assuming maybe toppings weren't part of the process. When the cashier eventually returned, she looked at us as if she was wondering why we were standing there. I explained that it was our first time and that we hadn't received any instructions. She quickly apologized and gave us a rundown of how everything worked. As it turned out, our sandwiches were simply waiting to be dressed with toppings. While she was helping us, the employee who had been standing at the topping station the entire time walked off carrying completed sandwiches. I'm assuming he was handling to-go or catering orders, but his lack of acknowledgment made the experience feel a little cold and unwelcoming. Once we got through the ordering process, things improved. The young lady finished our sandwiches, checked us out, and we decided to dine in since the wind outside changed our plans to enjoy the patio. The décor was interesting, with lots of unique things to look at and talk about. We also loved the family feel of the space and the large windows that filled the restaurant with beautiful natural light. The sandwiches did the job and filled us up for lunch. The taste was decent, but I feel like I could have made better choices had I understood the ordering process from the beginning. This feels like a place that's very comfortable for regulars but not necessarily geared toward first-time visitors. Would I return? It's not at the top of my list, but I wouldn't completely rule it out either.
