"Freaky slow"- we were in the drive through which moved along at about a car per every 3-4 minutes. Ditched that to go inside and hopefully speed things up. We were third in line. It took about 5 minutes to get up to order and then waiting approximately 10 minutes to get our sandwiches. This is not a Jimmy John's. Maybe the food is and the name says it, but the concept of speed (even subway type speed) hasn't been understood or learned by staff. The food is always good but Jimmy John's is a business I turn to when I need a fast delivery. I work medical and I have an hour lunch. The past few times I've ordered from them I've ordered at minimum 15 minutes before my lunch starts and I'm left waiting for my food until my lunch break is nearly over. I've called them to check up on my orders and they just say it's on its way but it's maybe another 30 minutes before it actually gets to me. This location is a nightmare. I've ordered delivery from JJ for years and across locations and never had an issue until now. I live 1.5 miles away (I still get delivery because I have a 4 yo) and it took TWO HOURS--T W O hours--for my food to finally arrive. Absolutely insane. There's busy and being behind and then there's TWO HOURS to deliver a sandwich during off hours, holy shit JJ. on top of that they make it next to impossible to make complaints and resolve issues on the app and online. This place is ridiculous! Order a Club Tuna has an unwhich. i just did the tuna and pickles. got home and opened it up there was less then a half a cup of tuna and 3 pickles. But seriously; I only order delivery (they are my "Pizza Hut" for lazy days and busy nights lol) An they are always either way late OR the orders wrong, forget to include something I asked for... An it really is too bad, because the employees I've talked to are all super friendly, presentable, and look like decent human beings... But it's like they trained to rush for speed without CHECKING to make sure it's right, like does it have straws, the mayo packets, etc... If I could give this location a zero I would. They are incapable of making a sandwich as ordered. I asked to speak with a manger and a person named Brian claimed to be the manager only to find out he is a lead in training. Brian refused to give his last name and became confrontational. Not only was I lied to, but he didn't seem concerned that on several occasions they overcharged us and gave us the wrong items. They aren't interested in making proper sandwiches or helping customers. Since my husband likes this place I've given them an opportunity to redeem themselves. How hard is it to make a slim 4?? My boyfriend works at Washington Square mall so he was always getting their food delivered. So he was so excited when they came to Gresham! FYI: I don't like sandwiches at all Right after they opened he ordered delivery and then again another week. We waited a couple of months and he called in an order on a late night. He ordered and gave them our address, we live in Columbia trails apartments right next to the Gresham Station mall. He was told that they didn't deliver to our address. My boyfriend goes well you have before and the employee goes well our manager has cracked down on our delivery area. My boyfriend was given no apology, was asked what he'd like to do, and had the employee just saying the same thing over and over again. Apparently their delivery range is a mile from the store. So i looked it up and a mile is division and Eastman Parkway, just up the road. Which means any employees in the Gresham Station mall can no get delivery, seems like a waste. He hasn't ordered from that location since and hasn't ordered it much at work either. He was extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service. First time visiting your store. I had never heard of Jimmy Johns before but I love sandwiches and am always on the lookout for a good sandwich shop. I stopped and decided to give it a try. Store was moderately busy, but not slammed by any means. I took this as a good sign since a dead store is a bad sign. I ordered two turkey toms, a vito and a hunters club. the vito i ordered with no onion, and they put onion on it. not a huge deal I just picked it off as well as I could. A slight irritation but not a deal breaker. It happens. The menu states the turkey tom comes with sprouts neither of the sandwiches have sprouts on them, it was only by going online and doing some research that I discovered that you have removed sprouts from the menu due to salmonella outbreak. Please update your menu to reflect this then and I won't expect to have something on my sandwich you no longer offer. The turkey toms also were pretty sparse as far as the toppings it did come with. The tomatoes were all end cuts and very small and the lettuce was sort of just haphazardly tossed on and didn't cover the entire bun. The hunters club however was fantastic and I have no complaints about that. You'd better be careful if this is what you represent your product as being since you have a Subway less than a block away. So we ate our sandwiches and felt a little sad that we spent over 20 dollars on sandwiches when we could have easily gotten a better deal almost anywhere else with the amount of toppings you seem to offer. Jimmy John's started out in midwest college towns where it was popular for obvious late night reasons. Finally they have made it out west so that I can relive the glorious haze of college. The sandwiches themselves are pretty standard - basic veg on a french roll with meat/cheese/spreads. The standout feature is that they hollow out the roll before they make the sandwich. This way you don't wind up with 90% bread in the finished product. While not extraordinary, the subs are fresh, consistent and made WICKED fast. I'd definitely recommend JJ's to any sandwich classicist. read more

The best thing here was the chips. The sandwich was better than subway but not by much. The bread was good but they don't give you enough meat and fillings. Each bite was about 70% bread and I atleast want 50/50 for my sandwiches. I also like my sandwiches hot, and they only had cold ones. The size of sandwiches were weird too. They only have 8" or 16". My brother lived in the South for awhile, and was/is a big fan of this place, so when he saw that we had one he said it was a must try. I love subs and different sandwiches, so I figured I would give it a shot. Their menu had some classic subs and some yummy looking add ons. I opted for the beach club... which sounded right up my alley, but ended up being somewhat disappointing. There was maybe 2 bites out of 8 inches of sandwhich that had avacado on it. Also, they don't put sprouts on it and they neglect to inform you of that, so they just replace it with lettuce. For being on the larger sub side and having 'twice the meat and cheese' there really wasn't that much, so it makes me wonder how much is on their smaller version. The bread was just ok. Nothing great, but not awful. If you're looking for something really yummy I'd keep looking. Tollgate Bakery in Sandy has GREAT sandwhiches, and even the little sub place across from them have yummy ones. On a good note.. the drive thru was really fast, and prices are good. read more

Super impressive customer service. I drove through for a sandwich and realized when I opened it (a ways from the store) that something was missing. I called the store and they were quick to offer two different solutions. A couple of days later the store manager, Frank, called me directly. He offered to buy not only me but also a friend lunch.
