How does this location have such a low rating?! I stopped at Jimmy John's for the very first time during Hood to Coast 2025 and it ended up being exactly what my team needed. Borderline hangry after finishing our first leg, we were searching for food (breakfast or lunch) only to discover most places didn't open until 11am. BUT Jimmy John's was open and that alone felt like a victory. Pulling our giant relay van into the lot, we were surprised to find that this particular location is what looks like an old converted gas station. Quirky but it honestly added to the fun and delirium. Once inside I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom with cheese and I swear the sandwich was made fresh before I even had a chance to pay. The efficiency here was mind-blowing and exactly what we needed mid-relay. The one thing that brought my rating down a star was the water situation. I grabbed a cup and after filling it up twice, I noticed some brown flecks floating around. I'm still telling myself it was just old soda syrup in the lines or something harmless but it was enough to be weary. Aside from that hiccup, it was a great experience. The employees working the morning of 8/22/25 were fast, friendly, and on top of it - if they're always here, then I don't know how people could complain about any wait times. I may be slightly infatuated with the # 7. Italian with Double Meat. One would think that after 10 - 15 Number 7 Italian Subs in a row, you would be bored with eating the same sub... One would be wrong. Don't get me wrong, I look at the menu (most times) but I really like the # 7. To the point I question my decision skills but then I take a bite and every bite of every sandwich is amazing. Any doubt washed away. I get mad at myself waiting for my # 7 looking at the menu and all the other decisions I could have made but then you take a bite and all doubt washes away. I really like how fast they get your sandwich ready. In and out faster than any drive through fast food he'll hole could with a legion of High School Kids. The ingrate always fresh and crisp. The bread is amazing. If the ever start selling "Cheesy Garlic" on that bread, I already imagine delicious problems that would create. This time they were completely ill prepared (staffed, stocked, prepped) for the surge of orders from a promotional giveaway of toasted sandwiches m. Stopped in again needed sandwiches for a picnic up on the mountain. used the app to save time. Requested extra lettuce, extra peppers and extra dressing. no Mayo. The sandwich was ready super fast, but when I opened up my package, there wasn't any extra produce. In fact, there was hardly any lettuce or hot peppers at all, about 1/4 of what a sandwich typically comes with if you order it as is, no extra. So disappointing! The sandwich had the right amount of meat for a number #7, but since it had a few strands of shreddd lettuce and hardly any dressing, it was so dry. I ate half and then doctored up the other half at home the next day. I shouldn't have to do that. Next time I will go inside and watch them make the sandwich. I like a NY style sub and Jimmy John's comes closest out here in the PNW which is why I will go back. I've never had this problem at other locations. read more

I haven't been to this location in 3 years because my last experience was so bad. Decided to try again today and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Slowest drive through in America. I sat at the monitor and was told "just a minute". 10 minutes later my order still had not been taken and there were only two cars in front of me. I am not waiting 20-30 minutes to get a Jimmy John's sandwich. This is not only probably the worst run Jimmy John's in America but possibly the worst "fast food" restaurant in America. 3 years later I'm doubtful it's the same employees which means clearly there is a problem with management. I mobile ordered and arrived ten minutes later. I did not see my order on the takeout shelves so I proceeded to wait for one of the seven people working to notice me. After 35 minutes I finally asked and to my surprise, my order was complete and sitting on a table in the prep area. It was absolutely not what I ordered. Let's start with the menu...they have a "Little John Combo" that apparently only includes #1 - #6 but of course there is nothing on the menu board that indicates that.... The menu board prices don't match what the price charged on the receipt. we stopped by here on the way back to Bend, Oregon on a road trip. The customer service was really bad. We put that aside and decided to get drinks and sandwiches anyways. My boyfriend had a few chugs of his sprite and immediately knew something was wrong. he then opened the lid and proceeded to have me smell it as well. Not sure if the machine was being cleaned and was never finished but the drink was full of bleach. We are now home and he is still throwing up from the drink. read more

This is the first Jimmy John's I have ever seen with its own drive thru. Seems as if this used to be a gas station. Really kind of a cool layout for this Jimmy John's! The employees were friendly as they always seem to be at other Jimmy John's locations. They once again delivered freaky fast as they promise. Worst location of JJ I've ever been too. Second time in 2 months that I've gone to this location to order some thing and have been told they can't fulfill my order because they have catering orders to fulfill and they need all hands on deck to make it or don't have enough food to even finish the catering order. Why are you taking the big catering orders if you can't fulfill it or walk in customers? But when they can make your order they seem to be more worried about how shirts fit, make-up, and talking about weed, then making sure you don't get items you ask not to be put on due to a severe allergy.
