Customer service is terrible. Ordered two subs and a soda, which took 2 hours to be delivered. The order was delivered without the drink, so we called and asked what could be done and the "manager" Preston was rude on the phone with my wife saying she can get a soda next time. I called back and asked for them to comp the entire since it took 2 hours and was wrong. He hung up on me the first time and when I called back his words exactly "I don't care, it's not my money". I don't know who owns this store, but you need some better employees. Your manager shouldn't be hanging up on people when they are in the wrong. read more

Honestly may have been the worst sub I've had. The edges had no toppings so I had bites full of bread, and the peppers were all in the center and not spread out. You're a sandwich shop..... Alright Jimmy J, I've got a bone to pick with you. Are your sammies delicious? Yes. Do you deliver to my house less than a mile away? No. (Insert tearful emoji). And you might be thinking, "well gee that's close enough to go pick it up yourself," but on a rainy cold day I was craving the freaky-fast-delivery! Consider this my plea for a change. We went ahead and ordered online - three sandwiches for four people because let me tell ya, that's plenty. I opted for the good ol' turkey tom. You just can't go wrong with this classic choice. However I removed mayo from the order because they go way too hefty on that for my liking. My mom and I split this sub and as per, said how much we love soft their bread. The rest of the order was a #2 (aka roast beef) and #12 (aka beach club) which has the fancy avo-spread. We snagged a bag of bbq chips and a bag of salt and vinegar. I'm not even a chip gal but I enjoy the one's at JJs. I put in the order and left my house soon after. Once I arrived, a few folks were in-line to order at the register. They all put in their orders, paid, and left with their goods before my subs were ready. Though it pains me to write this, the customer service at the Port Washington Rd store in Glendale, WI is horrible. I am now waiting for the 2nd time on hold for the 1st time, it was over 12 minutes and the second time I am at over 12 minutes and still waiting. This was after getting a busy single for 30 minutes. The person who answered the phone doesn't care. She just put me on hold. I am doubtful I will return to this place. I am off to Subway.... I called back while still on hold and had a conversation. I asked to speak with the manager Vicki Baker, she was in the restroom. They claim they are slammed with lunch hour rush. I am still on hold with my second line. Well, after another attempt, my daughter called to place an order, the guy couldn't figure out the address. Vicki came on the phone and I took the phone. She apologized. 45 minutes to place an order and they claim to be freaky fast what a joke. I had to repeat my address several times. Then she claims it wasn't coming up. This wasn't my first time ordering. I have been in this house for 21 years. I DECLINED their service and recommend you do the same. read more

This store is done. Mapquest to my house for delivery: 1.2 miles; ; 4 minutes in light traffic. Called the store to see where order is at the 1 hour mark. Manager told me it's on the way. It'll be there shortly. I am writing this at the one hour and 30 minute mark. Still waiting. May I suggest you give this store a pass. It's a shame, because it had been good for about 10 years. I don't always eat Jimmy John's, But when I do I prefer it tossed together like no one gave a crap! I went in at 11:07am this morning to find a store empty of any customers. So, the staff wasn't rushed in any way while constructing me a monstrosity. Like usual, I order a French 16 with extra tomato. Probably the 100+ I've ordered over the years. The sandwich felt light in my hand as I headed for the door. I got home & decided this sandwich needed dissection so the world can see what $7.43 gets you from stingy Jimmy these days. First, the ingredients were set to one side leaving a two bite area of just bread & mayo. Next, my request for extra tomato's found only 3 slices total. My past pictures show 6+ slices. Finally, the lack of turkey...just 3 measly slices. Damn, they've gotten tight! I did call & confirm three slices of turkey are a regular serving for the French 16. Back in the day, it was $5.57 for monster torpedo of a sandwich. Now, $7.43 for squat! I love Jimmy Johns. I usually get the #12 "no mayo, add dij" or the #13 "no mayo add dij" and i go back n forth with the french bread or the 7grain. both are great. Few things about this location (i tend to come here more often than other locations): If I'm looking up at the menu hanging from the ceiling, and standing several feet away from the register....no, i am not ready to order. I'll step up to the counter, and make eye contact with you, that's when you will know I'm ready. Let me get in the flipping door! Also, this is one of those locations where the workers, on their days off, come in and hang out at the end of the counter and talk to their co-workers who actually are working (or trying to anyway). these people need to get a life. there...got that off my chest. read more

The crew that was working the lunch rush today was spectacular. In and out in under 3 mins even with a line. They had a great system going and it worked as long as you, the customer, was paying attention. They haven't had a review in a while it looks like but as of it okay the team inside did a great job hustling through orders like crazy. read more

Last time I go to Jimmy Johns. This is probably the 20th time in 2 years that they have either forgot mayo packets, which they by corporates rules cannot put mayo on- forgot cheese that I pay 1$ extra for, and not taken the initiative. I use them out of convenience, but it's clear that I can't even do that anymore. I ordered a slim 4 with cheese sandwich and only got the cheese in the sandwich no turkey even. This is ridiculous. It would be somewhat ok if they were proactive and say I added a cookie to it or took of some $ or something, but they aren't they say sorry and I have been given a dry sub for the last time. Sorry I pay 11$ for a meal and can't even eat it because the drivers have to come back with the proper order. The people are nice but it doesn't matter if you can't ship out the correct product that people's hard earned money go towards, then on top of that not be proactive like all other food places. read more

Called in for delivery. The first person who picked up the phone immediately handed it off to another person without warning. The female employee I spoke to did not enunciate her words, everything she said was in the form of mumbles. I was practically trying to yell at her my order because when she couldn't hear me she would respond with, "huh? What?". You could hear her lazy attitude over the phone. I generally LOVE Jimmy Johns. I was very excited to order for lunch for delivery to my Bayshore office. Delivery was SO slow, and it took about 7 minutes for me to get the person who answered my call to know where I was located (not that hard). Then the driver called to ask where I was. The driver didn't give me my full change, but I still tipped him like normal. He ended up getting a tip that was almost half as much as what I paid him. The sandwich came with things I specifically asked they leave off. I was very unhappy with my sandwich today. Freaky slow, and freaky incompetent. read more

This jimmy johns location has definitely gone downhill over the past 6-9 months. Here's the great customer service I just received. 1-Greeting the customer is dependent on whether they cashier is awake and not yawning. 2-when did restaurants discontinue giving receipts with food orders. If you don't ask for one you don't get one. 3-while ordering I asked the cashier please have the sandwich maker cut the sandwich in half. That happens about 50% of the time. 4-finally after the sandwiches been thrown together and wrapped a request to please place sandwiches in a bag, the sandwiches and the bag were placed on the 6 inch ledge of the outgoing section of the line for me to complete the order. Hey look, I know this is not a steak and lobster joint however I do not think that my requests were overboard for any sandwich restaurant. Sandwich is on the small side compared to cost. Taste is ok but on the bland side. Biggest problem is management's customer service.

Food was good. However, the cashier doesn't know how to count change back at all. If you pay with big bills be aware.
