They can't seem to get pretty much anything right in an order. They don't put cheese and sandwiches that need to have cheese in them. They leave the avocado spread out of the sandwiches that say it's got avocado spread when you order for delivery they don't bring you your cookies and things like that, you're basically paying 10 bucks for a loaf of bread I wouldn't do it read more

I finally went to Jim.John's last week. ordered the #5 Vito - it seemed a little light for the money paid. When got home, mostly bread and had no lettuce and couple hardly noticeable tomato slices. But it was very good - the oregano pesto sauce gave the sandwich good taste. Went back again 3 days later and requested same sandwich and explained was short on lettuce and tomato previous trip. The sandwich was good but this time had no oregano pesto sauce and two small slices of cheese. Finally, today, I went in again and explained wanted another #5 vito with all the items listed on the menu in front of the cashier. They were receptive to my concerns and when I got the sandwich, it felt fuller. Got home and this time it had lettuce and tomato but no pavalone cheese and no oregano pesto sauce. I had it. Will return to Subway - at least you can see what they are putting on the sandwich. The set up at Jimmy John's sandwich preparation table does not allow you to see what the person preparing the sandwich is adding. It was OK. Had to try it. I have a confession to make... I have been seeing other sandwiches behind Jimmy John's back. I don't know how I got this way, but it happened. I still love Jimmy John's, that much will always be true. The worst part? I have feelings for them too. Now I know exactly how The Bachelor felt. I think distance was our problem, with me being a humble class Eastside boy, and Jimmy John's being a rich, Franklin-area sandwich, maybe we just didn't belong together. But I really want my relationship with Jimmy John's to work out, and like a troubled marriage trying to fix itself by having a baby, I think having a second Jimmy John's will bring us back together, stronger than ever. No longer will I have to go out at night trying to pick up sandwiches from god-only-knows-where because JJs is so far away. I promise we WILL make this work. Our baby Jimmy John's, is smaller, but it has his mother's delicious sandwiches, like the Italian Night Club, the Bootlegger, and the Gargantuan, please don't ask me to pick a favorite, I just couldn't. And just like his daddy, it doesn't like strangers lingering, so there aren't many spots to sit down and eat, so I recommend visiting for take out or ordering delivery. You know what? We absolutely love this place!! Super delicious and great quality of french bread they make for their sammys. Staff is always super friendly, accomodating, and FAST! They mean it whenever they advertise their fast servicing ways. I absolutely love their Beachside option with Turkey and avocado... plus adding sprouts to it just amazing! I love adding their vinagrette dressing and oregano to the lettuce/sprouts as well. So freaking good! I also suggest trying their kettle chips. Highly addicting! We love their bbq flavored ones. My husband always gets their roast beef one but he always feels they dont put enough meat. So we always order extra meat for only 2$ more and now we are sammy happy folks! read more

I grew up eating JJs all throughout my college career in NY. Having found they had one in El Paso lit up my day. The club Lulu is my personal favorite. And the fact that they deliver late into the night is also a huge reason why I loved them. Lets be real if you paid someone $6.00 to deliver AND buy you the food, youd get laughed at. But jimmy johns does it. A solid 5 star in my book for that sole reason. read more

Horrible service and management. I just ordered from Jimmy John's for the first time in 7 years. I stopped ordering 7 years ago because the founder is not the best human and because EVERY single time I ordered something, I never got my condiments. Every time! It was sickening that I was forced to eat my sandwiches dry, so I stopped giving them my business. Today, I don't have a car for once & I'm starving. So I ordered Jimmy John's and once again, I didn't get my mayo or mustard packets or napkins. Nothing has changed with this company in 7 years. It's the same old disorganized mess it was before. When I called to tell them I was tired of waiting on a second driver to bring the packets and that I just wouldn't use their business anymore, the employee said, "Sounds good!" We were both pleasant with each other. It just seems like they don't give one iota about customer satisfaction. The delivery driver was very nice, but the in-store employees just wanna get off the phone & pass the buck. This is why I usually eat local. Jimmy John's doesn't care about their customers at all. The Jimmy John's on North Mesa certainly does not provide the same awesome experience I had with Jimmy Johns in Phoenix when I lived there. The last two times I ordered online for pickup (because their delivery area is so limited that they wont deliver to me 3.5 miles from their store), they have screwed up my order. Apparently they pay no attention to a PRINT OUT that tells them exactly how and what I want. The first time I chalked it up to a mistake and we all make those. The second time, when I called back in after picking up the order, I was told that "I could check with a manager to see what could be done on my next visit." Strike two, I don't think I will make the mistake with the Jimmy Johns on North Mesa again. Loved this place up until the experience I have had with this store. Sorry Jimmy Johns, I'm out. read more

I love Jimmy Johns. When I'm craving a quick sandwich, I will take jimmy johns over subway 90 percent of the time (sometimes I do like a little customization, which jimmy johns doesnt really do). So I was ecstatic when a Jimmy Johns opened up near campus conveniently close to my home. Sadly, Jimmy Johns is just outside the delivery radius to my home (which makes me cry tears of gluten-deprived sadness). Regardless, I'm quite willing to make the quick trip to Jimmy Johns for my bootleg club (w/ cheese). I've seen Jimmy Johns operate in their early days and my experience is usually meh as the staff figures out how to reach Jimmy John Mach level speeds of food preparation. Often the bread mix is off as the franchise figures stuff out. So I was particularly impressed that this Jimmy Johns was already at master levels of speed and sandwich quality in its infant stages. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Also, I love Jimmy John's chips (their jalapeno chips are delicious). read more
