Not only was the sandwich great, but twice more before we left, a manager (or someone who could have been the manager) stopped by to make sure I was enjoying my meal and to ask if there was anything else they could do for me. I've been to nearly every "fine" dining establishment in El Paso, and from my own first-hand experience, it is rare that a manager every stops by to say hello and to ensure the experience is meeting my expectation, much less a casual dining outlet. It's almost unheard of at a causal dining place. The restaurant was sparkling clean and busy, so they're really watching the dining room like hawks, which is also rare. How many times to you observe a casual dining place filled with dirty tables, discarded trash everwhere, utensil dispensers out of utensils, unkept salad bars. Not here. Spotless and impeccable!
