JJ's pickles have always been one of my favorite things to order. I never fail to order one. For the last year, the pickles have steadily gone downhill. This time I cant even pretend they are edible. They are soggy, mushy, discolored, and taste a million times worse than they look. All we wanted was a tasty meal that we didn't have to cook. First, I didn't get my cookies (which I've ready been credited for), and now no pickles worth eating. It's hard to get full sharing one 8 inch sandwich. Maybe if you guys cut the pickles (afterall, I did order them halved, not whole) you'd have realized how rotted they are yourself and I'd have received better quality. Doubtful since I've gotten other rotten ones even though they were halved. :( These puckles are more expensive then the Claussen's I buy at the store, i should be able to expect comparable quality. We decided to order food for a group of people at work. Instead of the typical pizza delivery we went with Jimmy John's. We ordered a couple of the party boxes and they are not cheap. We were very disappointed to see these sandwiches were mostly mayo, lettuce and cheese with one very thin slice of meat. We were Basically eating bread and lettuce,very disappointing. If you're looking to feed a larger group, I would look elsewhere. read more

My fav fast food is Jimmy John's. I ordered my fav sandwich today, the #5 Vito and it did not disappoint. The French bread is the highlight for me, it's always fresh, fragrant, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The deli meats and provolone cheese are also good, but can easily be found at other shops. I ordered on the app before driving there and it was already waiting for me when I walked in the door. My sandwich was customized just how I ordered it (extra lettuce and tomato with no onions). This was the perfect fast food experience for me. Ambiance is ok. This is the worst place ever and I have been ordering lunch from them faithfully until today! I got my normal sandwich and today it was hard and burnt tasting so I called up there and some snotty ass girl named Maya was so rude and only offered me $3.00 credit! Are you serious I asked I paid $13.00 for a nasty ass sandwich and you only wanna offer me $3.00. oh I'm pissed this is B's and some other manager got on the phone and said the same thing!! I eat at Jimmy Johns quite often in TX so I was quite disappointed in the sandwich's we received. My sandwich was a veggie 8 inch was terrible. The lettuce was watery. There was no real flavor to the sandwich, totally bland. My friends sandwich was totally missing the tomato and lettuce. There was some weird looking jalapeño slices on the sandwich that tasted off. My friends stomach was so gurgling and upset for hours after. I would not visit this particular Jimmy Johns again. Okay, first off not sure why a lot of these Jimmy John's get two stars but I eat a Jimmy John's about once or even twice a week and this is the best Jimmy John's I've been to in a long time and maybe ever.!! Have a great staff and they go above and beyond to make sure your sandwich is correct and you're happy, which has been difficult at other Jimmy John's over the course of the last year or two! I usually don't write reviews on JJ because most people know what they're getting and it is what it is , but this particular location deserves recognition for their excellent staff, the ability to get the sandwich spot on and attention to detail! The girl that made my sandwich, made the best Jj sandwich ever!! She actually went out of her way to ask questions about the extras I was looking for on my sandwich and it came out fantastic! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for many of the other Jimmy John's I've been to but I still love their sandwiches especially compared to Subway! That's flat out garbage!! I would give a 5 because they are fast and awesome. However docking two points because the soda machine is super gross. The ice dispenser has mold starting to grow either due to hard water but still- needs to be cleaned daily. What we know about soda machines- the gross parts are parts we cannot see. This location doesn't even clean the part we put our cup directly on. Yikes. Food wise- they did a very large order for me - was ready on time and made my event a success. I will still come back and recommend for corporate events due to the ease of ordering and presentation. The people were all pleasant as well. Overall nice job JJ on Denmark in Eagan . read more

I just tried to get a sandwich from here, it is 9:50 pm and I went through the drive thru and the guy tells me they are closed for the night. Either this guy was already cleaned up thinking no one else would come for the night and was too lazy or this specific Jimmy John's needs to hire more people to help. Took over TWO hours to deliver to a place that is less than a 5 minute drive away. Would never have ordered delivery if I had known. then when it finally came, the guy delivering it didn't even say a word to me, just handed me the receipt with no pen. So I had to run back into my place to try and fine one to sign for it. Even after returning the receipt I got nothing verbal from the driver. Ok i Can say one May never know what to expect here with their order. check your sandwich before you leave, it you don't see them make it. Of the 5 or so times I frequented here, it was because it has a drive thru- last two were well -ugh and weird. My sandwich was a roast beef based one. I ordered multiple sandwiches and when I passed sandwiches out at home, mine had no meat on it. just bread, cucumbers, Mayo and cheese. I drive back -wait in line again, and they opened sandwich and laughed about it. i mean how about a coupon or offer of a reduced or No charge? ...worst was yesterday. I ordered a ham and cheese and checked and because I smelled tuna. They said oh oh someone got my sandwich then. I called from a hotel in the area inquiring about delivery. They left me on hold for over 6 mins, only to come back and say "yes, we deliver to u, but our driver is on another delivery. By the time he gets back, we will be closed and can't deliver to u." And they didn't close for an hour from when she told me. I'm literally .3 miles away. How freaky fast are u for one sandwich? Not! I was held hostage in the drive through. I am 34 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes and took insulin when I first got in line. I started going hypoglycemic and could not go anywhere with the curb lining the drive through so I was forced to stay in my car and continue waiting. After 38 minutes in line I called the manager inside and he told me it would be at least another 10 minutes and he didn't care that I was stuck in line. He actually initially even tried to tell me they didn't even know there was a 15 car line outside even though workers were constantly looking out the window. My blood sugar began going dangerously low and there was nothing I could do. At this point I was scared to even be behind the wheel and was now going to be late to pick up my daughter from kindergarten. Around 45 minutes of sitting in the drive through I flagged down a worker that happened to be walking behind the building who was very nice and promptly got me a drink with sugar that I quickly chugged. He was diabetic as well and completely understood and was shocked when I told him the manager didn't care about the situation I was in. I could barely hold the soda he gave me my hands were shaking so bad. Thank heaven for this worker and he helped move the car in front of me so I could drive out and pick up my daughter. After this experience I will never ever go to a Jimmy John's again with the way the manager treated me, they have lost a customer for life. We order for lunch at work at least once a week. They never get the order wrong, and they always hit the spot. And so convenient when you don't really stop to take a lunch break when someone can just walk in and hand you a sandwich while you work. We were told to call another location that covered our area - when I called them, it turns out they don't deliver to us either! I ordered $43 worth of food for delivery one of my sandwiches was supposed to be a BLT, but it had not a single tomato. I called and the manager told me he could not give me a new sandwich because it was not a wrong sandwich. I may be wrong here but I am fairly certain the the T in BLT stands for tomato. The thing that is frustrating about this location is I have gotten my food in 10 minutes and I have waited for over an hour. I ordered from this store (delivery) gave the "driver" my cc# 3 x. He asked for it for the 4th time!!!! I became extremely worried so I asked that he give me someone who can accurately take down the number. The person he gave to me "hung up" the phone after he spoke to him negatively about the phone call. I "called back" and spoke with Lisa the manager who stated that that person said, "I hung up on him." Now I am insulted by this LIE! Why would I hang up the phone and you have my CC#!!!! I am the one that called back!! She justified her staff told me that it would take a while for the order which it took approx 10 mn. They are practically down the street. I spoke to the "Area Manager" who justified everyone, refused to satisfy my grievance with a extra sandwich until I told him I was writing a review of my experience on YELP. He could have ended this problem simply by doing something old fashion that works every time: "Satisfy the customer." I would not recommend this store for delivery because they do not value or appreciate their customers, instead they value and appreciate their employees more. Not good business practice. read more
