I'm a frequent guest of Jimmy John's and have been for many years but they have recently switched their deliveries to be via Uber eats and I've noticed my delivery time has gone way up. I used to get my food in 20-30 minutes and now it's easily an hour wait. Not sure why they made this change, but one of their perks was fast deliveries. read more

I have to say the manager was really cool about this before I go off, but. That being said, the driver brought our food and THREW it at our door, because we didn't tip him enough? Listen I had cash if you would've knocked like a normal person I was GOING to give you extra cash, but throwing someone's food at their door and cussing them out is unacceptable. I like jimmy johns have eaten here often I do wish they had a toaster oven or means for those who want their sub warmed up ...but not a deal breaker when I'm in the mood for a cold sub I go here .. well today happened to be one of those days and I have to say that I'm very disappointed in jimmy Johns as I learned that they do not over a free sub for their military veterans on Veterans Day or even a free drink .. very sad. They are also one of the few that do not offer a 10% discount for military I think it's tacky .. most every other establishment recognizes their veterans and jimmy Johns offers ZERO .. not even a discount on Veterans Day. Sad. And shame on you Jimmy Johns. You should step up to the plate I'm just sayin.. ..makes you look pretty bad next to the other sub places and major establishments that recognize our veterans and the sacrifices they have made... you could get the business of the vet and their entire family but you do ZERO. read more

I love JJs! But....I had to offer a suggestion to one of the employees today. As I was sitting and eating my sandwich, I noticed that a young lady was cleaning the tables. Typical right? Well...after 2 table tops were cleaned, she wiped the top of the trash can off. No big deal huh? But...it was with the same cloth as the table tops. To me....that's gross! I've worked in restaurants before and some things need to be separated. She continued to wipe table tops off....then she started wiping the seats! I'm beyond disgusted now. I debated as to whether I should inform the manager; instead I informed her. She was very nice about it. I tried to come across as sincere and not appear turned off and disgusted (even though I was). I explained that as a customer, I don't want to eat off a table that's been cleaned with a cloth that has touched trash from other people or has cleaned where other people's butts have been. Who knows....has the cloth cleaned the floor too??? I hope it was a lesson learned and she makes the change for ALL customers, not just me. As always...the food was on point! read more

Placed a simple delivery order on their app. 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 2 chips. Only drinks and sandwiches came, No chips got delivered at all. We call for a refund and are told we can only get credit - no refund. I'm giving this place 2 stars for the fact that Jimmy John's Denton made money off us today for items we never received. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for a while - always tipping a minimum of 25% - but customer service has been going downhill rapidly at the store located at 2219 S Loop 288 in Denton, TX. It took 42 minutes to deliver my order. This is finally the push I needed to just stay away. I will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this establishment again. I hope the store manager or their headquarters office reads this review and takes better care of future customers. End of story. read more

I have given this location too many chances to rectify the lack of attention to an online order. I guess you just can t find good help these days. If someone asks for EXTRA OIL & VINEGAR then give it to them. I add it to the customize I also put it in the notes yet I continually get NO oil & vinegar. This seriously irritates me. I cannot say it enough times if I'm paying $10-$15 for a sandwich then WHY can't I get what I order EVER? I just don't understand. I don't want a free freaking meal -I want what I order and what I pay for. Nothing worse than opening a sandwich you have been waiting to enjoy and it's horrible but you have no choice but to eat it because you used your lunch hour to go get it! Never been here but just from the rude delivery driver blocking my path (and many people behind me) tells me enough what kind of employees they hire. Not a review of this particular location but of the corporate itself. Emailed to death and tired of it. Sent me an email saying use the FREESIDE promo with purchase of 8" sandwich. Which I did, go to checkout and enter promo and what do I get but a message that my two 8" sandwiches don't qualify for the FREESIDE promo. BS. So I call the local store asking for the free side and their response is "what do you want me to do about it ". Give me the FREESIDE. I completed checkout and what reward do I get but a FREESIDE on my next purchase. This is such a beat down. I was ready to delete the app when the driver calls and says my order is downstairs. I ask won't you deliver to me? Nope, COVID and all. So very sad. read more

I went in for a sandwich and Jared had the worst attitude. He was holding gloves as he check me out and than put them on afterwards to fix my food. As I explained how I wanted it fix he rudely informed me of what's comes on it as if that's how I'm taking it. If I hadn't paid before hand I would not have gotten it. read more

Ahh good ol' Jimmy Johns has done it again. This store radiates love and smiles. I just enjoyed a #11 Country Club with bacon, on soft French bread, made freaky fast by the delightful crew on Loop 288. The store is spotless yet again, and the music while cheesy, has a positive charm that puts that pep in your step! The folks behind the counter are attractive, intelligent, and have beautiful smiles. I have never seen a fast food crew with such finesse and swag as these gentleman and gentleladies. You can really tell as you talk to this fine group, that they know what they are doing and they love doing it. Jimmy Johns for life. read more

I think this establishment is what defines culture, quality customer service, sumptuous foods, good air conditioning, and a hard-working staff.
