And now my review has been changed! I orderes a Vito sub as i usually do a few a week. When i pick it up i get to my car and notice theres literally no meat on the sub. I take it back in and tell the 2 workers and the one laughs and the other completely ignored me. I told them i paid for a full sub and thats what i want. The worker goes to the sandwhich station and grabs the Vito meats and slams it on my sandwich i already had and then looked at me and walked away. I told him hell no i want a freah sandwhich like.i.ordered not a random handfull of meat slammed on the unfished soggy bread and toppings they gave me. They reufuses so i told them gove me contact information for a manager. The Guy that was initially quiet said "im the manager now what" and i rold hom give me the contact info for the district or general manager. He said well whats the problem and i told him and showed him and he saw no fault im their actions. I told him to give me the freshly made sandwich i paid for or i would be filing a complaint.....All of a sudden his answer was "well we dont have any bread" They use this excuses multiple times before and its always close to close. They use it so they can close early and not have to make anymore sandwiches. They did the same thing to me last week and even called me on the phone to tell me. I walk in with a complaint and the workers laugh at the debacle of a "sandwich" they wilfully made ....thats not cool and unprofessional if something is not done i promise you i will do a campaign on this location so everyone can know how its being run and how it treats his customers. Had i not been able to control my temper it could have turn ugly pretty quick wiith the way the workers were speaking with me. They are kids and im a grown man with kids their ages. THE PICTURES THAT HAVE NO MEAT IS THE SUB THEY SENT ME OUT THE DOOR WITH. THE PICS OF THE FULL SUB IS WHAT HE GAVE ME AFTER...SAME BREAD AND TOPPING BUT LITERALLY A HANDFULL OF VITO MEAT SLAMMED ON THE SOGGY BREAD.....NEVER REWRAPPED IT, CLOSED THE SANDWHICH OR EVEN SAID ANYTHING. I arrived at 5:40PM and the store is open until 6:00PM on Friday evening. There were two gentlemen in front of me in line. An employee asked me if I had an online order and I said no and stated that I was ordering one sub. I was told that the gentleman in front of me was the last person they were serving tonight. Apparently this business makes enough money to turn customers away well before the actual closing time. I went to Jersey Mike's in Cranberry and I was promptly served and was told thank you for my business. Only my first visit, but I am in love! Stopped by Jimmy John's after running errands. Add an exhausting day at work, who would want to go home and cook? The nice boy working the counter was so absorbed by his sandwich making, that I snuck up on him and startled him. Anyway, I ordered my #5 Vito. He started hollowing out my roll, gee, I want wheat. Wouldn't you know, it's not a sub, it's sliced bread. But the slices were so thick and rich looking, I decided that I'm in. The Vito is an original Italian sub with Genoa salami, provolone, capicola, onion, lettuce, and tomato. The nice boy looked shocked when I asked for the Italian vinaigrette on the side. "We don't have containers for that". I pick up a small cup from the counter and say what's this for? "It's for water". Dressing in the cup, the day is saved and all is well. Later, in time for dinner, I checked out my sandwich. Gee, it looked really good. And big enough that I can save the other half for my lunch at work tomorrow. Added a little dressing, so yummy. He said that the bread was fresh, baked this morning. And it was. Delicious! Another great thing about Jimmy John's is that they deliver. You can even order just one sandwich and they will bring it to you. It's always nice to have a different sandwich choice in Cranberry. I love Jimmy John's! read more

Thank goodness for my hubby who loves sandwiches. He's the one who introduced me to Jimmy john's. I'll say, they make the best subs/sandwiches vs. the other places nearby. I always get the #9. It is so tasty! The homemade bread makes It even better, and I think you can buy yesterday's bread for 50 cents. They're not shy about the filling either, so I never finish my entire sub. It's good for leftovers although I feel like there's no smaller option like a 4-6 inch sub. Maybe someone can enlighten me here because I didn't see that on the menu. Also, I get really conscious about getting the proper amount of napkins as the "jimmy john's etiquette" states to only take as many napkins as needed, so i start with one but keep having to go back for more. messy eater here :| read more

Never again will I spend money here. Rude employees, overpriced food and quality control is a joke. I ordered 2 identical sandwiches and they were both made completely different. Condiments on sandwiches were all on one end of bun. My daughter ordered a Turkey sandwich and these ninrods didn't put any meat on sandwich. Really nice staff and great sandwiches! I usually order my sandwiches with the sub bread, but decided to try the wheat bread which is thick sliced and super soft. It was so good! I live in Michigan and I called to order a party platter to be sent to my daughter's place of employment in Cranberry. I asked that they stick a note in the order to tell her happy birthday. I figured out the secret - you've gotta ask for them to leave the bread in your bread. Apparently it's a thing to empty out your sub roll of its innards prior to stuffing it with other stuff. This is the worst Jimmy John's experience I have ever had. The cashier who took my order was rude and pushy and tried to trick me into not using my birthday sandwich reward. I had to ask three times for him to ad it to my order so I could get my free birthday sub. He tried to sneak in an up charge for cheese on my son's "lil John". He also insinuated that ordering one sandwich would not have been good enough for the order even if I ordered a drink and chips and stuff. Then I get our sandwiches and it is as if they didn't even care if they were made well, especially my free sub. There were more condiments and parts of my sandwich on the outside of the sandwich than on the inside. I love Jimmy John's but it is very unlikely I'd ever return to this location. Take some pride in making the food please. Also for those care this location does not carry the brewed tea. JJ's in cranberry has a great staff. Our hockey team needed food for their next game and was short on time. We ordered 25 sandwiches to be delivered to our hotel. The manager told me he would try to get them there by my requested time, which was about one hour, but might be later than I had hoped. To my surprise they showed up 15 mins early. Probably the worst delivery person I have ever had by far. I filled out my payment slip and before I could get the words out of my mouth "I have to run to my desk" to get my tip I had left there because he caught me in the middle of dealing with an employee. He says in a rude tone "what about my gratuity?" I said "I have a" I could not even get the words "dollar at my desk" out because he then interrupted me and stated he doesn't get paid for gas by jimmy johns or that they don't pay for the wear and tear on there car. I called the store and spoke to the manager who was very nice. I did advise him that this employee should not be dealing with customers at the store or be a delivery driver. Jimmy John's makes dynamite sandwiches - this location has the worst delivery you can imagine. My office is 1.2 miles away and it's consistently over 40 minutes for delivery. Freaky Fast, I think not! The drivers end up at wrong addresses, they do not call the number provided. They've returned to the store rather than call and ask for directions. We are on a main street! When I've called the store to discuss, I was literally advised by management that they do not care if they lose the business of the company for which I work (hundreds of people at this location). Corporate had a much different attitude. Don't give up on JJ's, just this location. read more

Not my first JJ, normally always awesome. However my sandwich didn't come cut (I forgot to ask them) so I asked for a plastic knife ( they don't stock them). So, the manager (I suppose) asked one of his associates to cut the sandwich, she came over (without gloves) and started cutting the sandwich. I said 'uh, so you're not going to use gloves' and she responds something to the affect of 'yeah, I just noticed that'. I asked her to make another sandwich and she did. My problem is that when she finished the sandwich (I had gone to sit down) she just put it up on the counter and didn't announce 'Italian nightclub' or anything like that. Apparently she was upset that I asked her to make m another sandwich. Additionally, not a single person apologized. Not her, not a manager, nada. No bueno my friends and o won't be back to this location again. On a separate note, and normally not a show stopper for us, but neither bathroom has a child changing table. It's a super simple concept but they seem to have missed the mark. The menu is slightly confusing and all of the subs seem to be the same. I ordered the #4 with no tomatoes and cheese, which was very good. When we got our order, another family picked it up. The staff freaked out and took the sandwiches from the family and tried to give them to us saying that "they haven't touched them yet.". Very weird. They took forever making us new sandwiches and seemed like they had no idea what to do. The music was extremely loud and not soothing...not conducive for a restaurant atmosphere. The biggest turn off was this: mopping while it was very busy. They mopped the entire restaurant around our feet and around the busy customers. A costumer even asked them to stop mopping because the cleaner was making his stomach hurt and giving him a headache...they responded with a brusque "no". Such a turn off. I must say though, the food is fresh and good for a sub. Much more so than Subway. All in all, I probably won't be back, unless I'm really craving a sub and don't want to deal with Subway. read more
