This is your typical Jimmy Johns, I haven't found many jimmy johns that are different from the rest. The people here are nice and the food is pretty typical. Now I know Jimmy Johns is normally fast with your order but for some reason this location seems to be the fastest I've ever encountered. Team work makes the dream work right? I order just roast beef and provolone on a slim and after a long day of work came home to find my sandwich contained lettuce and tomato..... that is all. Slims don't come with lettuce or tomato but also how in that process did you forgot to put the meat and cheese on the sandwich. Wouldn't you take 2 seconds to say this seems like a strange order let me look at the ticket to make sure this is right. Nope just wrap it up and send it down the line like they could give 2 sh*ts. Today was my birthday and I came in this Jimmy Johns not knowing how to get a free treat. Nick and Olivia helped me so much, I don't think I've ever been treated like that. They were the only food service workers that told me happy birthday all day and I've been going around all day. Their overall vibe made me so happy. Ordered a sub for my son who was hungry on a Sunday evening at 555pm. At 630pm called the store to find out what the delay was. Store manager told me that a huge carnival across the street from them was causing a delay and it would be another hour before it was delivered. Carnival across the street, the carnival was over a half mile away and no major streets were closed due to the event. I told her there is no carnival across the street, she insisted that there was Drove over the store, walked in and asked to speak to the manager. I asked her to show me where the carnival across the street was. She said it was down the road. I reminded her that she said it was across the street and called her a liar. (I was loud, but don't go lying to folks that live in the area about events going on.) A carnival a half mile down the road is not going to cause a delay of over an hour for JJ to deliver food especially with all of the number of alternate streets in the area to use. She ordered me out of the store. I picked up the sandwich and filled the drink glass, called her a liar one more time and left. An employee flipped me off from the window as I pulled away. I shouldn't have been loud, but terrible customer service like this does not need to be tolerated. She should have just told me that they were short handed and running late. I would have said no problem and drove up to the store and calmly got my food. read more

I know short-and-sweet reviews aren't favored but, what else can I do? It's Jimmy Johns. I will say this: I enjoy their bread much more than Subway. The Veggie is pretty darned yummy. And their tuna KICKS ASS. I prefer the tuna slim; no lettuce and tomatoes and crap. I'm a tuna purist, and Jimmy does it right. They don't mess around with this "freaky fast" mantra. It's true. The place can be packed, but you're sure to be in and out in about 3 minutes. Which, when I'm pressed for time and hungry, is much appreciated. A-OK, JJ......A-OK. read more

Fresh, fast, and friendly! Stopped in to Jimmy Johns with some co-workers to grab a quick dinner. We were greet by about 5 or 6 employees who seemed eager to take our orders. I ordered the Italian Night Club sandwich with chips and a drink. My sub was prepared in less time than it took me to fill up my drink cup from the fountain machine. The sandwich was very delicious. All of the ingredients both appeared and tasted fresh, the bread was soft on the inside with a slight crunch around the crust. The flavors of the meats, veggies, and seasoning meshed very well together to form a very tasty meal! Overall very pleased with the overall experience. Would love to see some more menu options in the future to maybe mix things up every now and then. I guess from a business stand point though keeping it simple is always a good strategy. Stopped here today. Was tight on time but my daughter begged for JJ. Our order was ready lightning fast and she enjoyed every single bite!

They have gotten my order wrong by deliveries three times in a row. The first two times I was like whatever I ate the sandwich I couldn't complain I get it humans make mistakes. The third time they forgot to put the bacon that I paid eight dollars for and instead of sending me a whole new sandwich they want to just send me the bacon. Thank you but no I do not want to wait 20 minutes for some damn bacon. Since I literally just spent 30 bucks on two sandwiches I want to sandwich if you fuck it up. They did give me a full refund but they did not give me an apology not one time. Good location, pretty clean premises, fast service. I like Jimmy John's period.. But I will just say this.. If you are serving a sandwich that is as long as someone's arm at least cut the thing in half or if someone asks you if you have a plastic knife (presumably to cut said arm length sandwich) don't give them a terse no and act like that person is asking you a crazy question. Maybe offer to cut their sandwich?? Otherwise, the girl at the counter was super friendly. Oh..one more thing.. I noticed where the pop machine is located is right next to the open area where you pick up your sandwich which was also where the meat station was. All Jimmy John locations seem to hire friendly kids that appear to like their jobs - which is great. Jimmy John's seems pretty reasonably priced, in general, but it sure does add up if you have a few people with you. I like how they have the day old bread for $.50 and don't very often actually charge for it. This location especially is usually very clean and well stocked. I've been to many Jimmy John's, so I'll focus my review on why this one is special. First and foremost, the staff is outstanding. They are helpful and friendly, even over the phone where it is so easy to be short with people. In person, I'm always greeted with a smile. One of the employees, Brandon - who I think is a manager there - is especially professional and courteous. Theres a dozen sandwich places in La Grange that are all good but I happily make the very short drive down the road just to go to this Jimmy Johns. read more

Good food as usual. parking at this location is horrible. JJ delivery drivers take all the parking in front by the store.You're forced to park on the other side of the lot and walk around all the other stores. I counted five JJ delivery cars up front. read more

Pretty solid JJ location, and above average compared to others in the area. It's relatively small, but still large enough to accommodate a large amount of people. I went during lunchtime and it was crowded, but I still got my sandwich in a matter of 2 minutes. Also, this place has hands down the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen at any fast food establishment.
