Beach Club sandwiches are my favorite here. I'm not usually a 7 grain bread fan but I love their version. Soft and flavorful.. better yet, it is healthier (other than the bacon I counter it with). The Beach Club sandwiches have turkey, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, cheese and mayo. I like to add in the bacon as well. Delicious!! Of course, you can always have them make it your way. Never thought I'd like my sandwiches with cucumbers but it works in this one. Super quick, friendly service with inexpensive good food and in a clean environment. I've been to this location 4 times in the last 2 months. I get the "vito"sandwich. It's a good sandwich and a good price. I love that they let you order 3 different size sandwiches. I only started eating here when Subway hired an anti-American spokesperson. I did some research and the owners of Jimmy Johns are about as pro-America as someone can be. The food here is much higher quality than Subway and much healthier. The only reason I gave 4 stars, is that Jimmy John's only has cold deli style sandwiches. I wish they had some toasted sandwiches and more add-on options. Lastly, I saw several comments about the staff not being good. I think everyone there is great but, I always dine-in. If you place a to-go order, you can't expect the same level of service. read more

Didn't think it took a genius to add onions INSIDE the wrap, but I guess it was too much of a difficult task for Sarah who was making the sandwiches. The sandwich was good. Jimmy John's only makes cold sandwiches, which is why there sandwiches are made super fast. The bread was good but very chewy. The cashier and sandwich maker seem to be in a rush to take your order. I like my sandwich with additional ingredients but didn't even get a chance to tell the cashier. This was my first time here and feeling rush to place an order is not a good first impression. The sandwich maker just place our sandwiches on the counter without telling us which sandwich is ours, since my friend order something different than me. No napkins was on the table and no napkins was given to us. I had to go an ask for napkins. All in all good sandwiches and bad service. This is where Jersey Mike excels in customer service and food. I was so excited to come in for dinner bc we live in an hour away and we were in the area for a dr appointment. My son is 8 and just wanted turkey and cheese. I asked how to order that bc there's no premade sandwich and the guy said "order a turkey slim and add cheese." So that's what I did- paid .75 for the up charge. I sat down and there was no cheese. I went back up and just said, "I paid for the cheese but didn't get it". They guy said , "oh ok, no problem sorry about that" and gave me cheese. Another guy; I'm assuming a manager or shift leader saw him and said "you know that's a 75 cent up charge!" I was so mad at the way he came across. I said "I paid for it- I'll get my receipt". And he said "oh no, that's okay" but I matched my happy butt over to the table and came back and showed him. He murmured "sorry" under his breath. I'm not trying to steal your cheese dude. Good food, fast service... but the absolute worst customer service. Two of the last three times i've been there I've walked in and stood at the counter in front of two employees and never been addressed. No hello, no smile, and not a single word spoken until I spoke. In fact when they did finally make the effort to look up and make eye contact with me they still never spoke. They just stared at me in the hopes that I would begin saying my order. As someone who spent over 18 years in the service industry as a chef, manager and general manager, I know the importance of good customer service and at the very least that means saying hello when a customer walks through the door. You can honestly get better customer service at a low-end, broken down, Dairy Queen in the middle of nowhere. I've never quite seen anything like it. Very unfortunate. read more

the one thing about JJs is that you always get consistency. I am a pork lover, I get the #17 that has ham and bacon, that's it. Pork. But its always good and its always the same, both of which I can appreciate, but its hard to mess up the same 8 ingredients 27 ways. Oh, and its fast. They do have some cute signs in their chain restaurants. Not that you will have much time to read their cute signs. Jimmy John's claim to fame is that they are exceptionally fast at making subs. They also make an un-sandwich that is the meat and condiments wrapped in romaine lettuce. The sandwiches are tasty, very quick, on fresh made bread and reasonably priced. I happen to like Ultimate Porker best- a blend of ham, bacon and cheese. One of my co-workers loves to buy the day-old bread. read more

NO STARS FOR CATERING ORDER. This review is for anyone considering catering. Not only was it over 30 minutes late for an event with 45 people waiting, but there were no napkins or plates after they were requested at the time the order was placed. I called afterward and spoke with the manager "Alex" and all he could say sorry and that he wished our experience had been better. He said that they started making the order but then a lot of people came in. (Apparently this made our 5 tray catering order no longer a priority) I work for a large company that orders a lot from Jimmy Johns and this was very disappointing! read more

Love Love Love this place. I always order the same thing and they never look at me weird for my crazy cravings. All the staff is super sweet and ready to make you happy. Love walking in the door and even the staff on the phone taking order acknowledges you. My job is just out of their deliver zone but they always have a driver willing to deliver for me. I try to tip nicely and the same driver always comes. The store is always clean and even when they are slammed they never skip a beat or make any customers unhappy. Love my Jimmy John's!!!!! This location seems to have gone downhill ever since the new management. The customer service is terrible, the past 4 occasions I've gone to this store, my sub was made incorrectly containing things I specifically asked not to be on the sub, such as onion, and things that were not present that I did ask for, such as cucumbers. None of my requests were complex, I believe there is just poor training. All of the subs I have ordered have taken about 10 min to receive which is definitely not Jimmy Johns style. I don't believe there is any sense of urgency here. Furthermore, every time I have gone into the store the manager is in the back and not instructing the employees how to properly make a sandwich which they clearly need to be instructed on. Before the new management the old manager was ALWAYS present in the front of the store ready to smooth over any hiccups that may happen in the sandwich making process. read more

My mom's at a local Hospice House expected to pass just hours away so neither my sis or I of course want to leave her bedside. We called JJ's as they were close by and offer delivery so we ordered enough to carry us through tomorrow. When the delivery came they brought an incorrect item and failed to bring one item but charged me. I called Alex the manager. He apologized and said they would make it right and resend the delivery associate. When the guy came, he brought the item that was missing but not the corrected item? His reason was because they were out of the bread for the club sandwhich and only had the french roll. My sis and I just shook our heads. For $35 one would think the manager (who had my #) would have called to ask if there was something else he could offer to replace the incorrect item. What could have been a 5 star review ended up being the same level as the effort the manager made to fulfill the customers order and what he had no problem charging us for! read more
