To update it took almost 2 hours to get our food! the delivery driver was nice and polite and apologized for it taking so long. But I feel as if it is the business that needs to apologize. Just felt like it was a huge let down from a company that for years I have had nothing but good things to say, and for years I direct meals towards their company. Jimmy John's is ok. Went through the drive thru and the guy who took my order this time wasn't super friendly. They never are. I love The Vito, I got that as usual. After having a similar sub at a competitor, I'm disappointed at the lack of meat JJ's uses. My sandwich have little meat and cheese. When you pay that much for a sandwich, you expect more. Bread was a little over cooked. Had chips with it and the JJ chips are some of my favorite. Not much else to say. Good sandwich, fast and ok service, skimpy on the meats. read more

Ordered box of sandwiches today. Tried to use a gift card toward purchase. A young male manager (short with ponytail) said he ran the gift card twice via computer and it was declined. I inquired if there was a number to call to verify balance on card. Manager said he had no idea. Manager was curt and rude. I had to return to the store within 20 minutes because he also messed up the order. Then I went back couple hours later with proof from Jimmy John's website that the gift card had $25 balance. I asked him why he didn't check the Jimmy John's web site. Manager had dull stare on his face and did not apologize after confirming that the gift card was valid. I told him he had a poor attitude. This employee is not capable of being courteous nor saying sorry for rude behavior. Take your business elsewhere. read more

If you order ahead of time through the app, sometimes their computer is down and they never receive your order. However, because of how freaky fast they make their sandwiches, I don't have to wait too long at the drive-thru and they usually throw in an extra cookie to make up for the inconvenience! I wouldn't recommend ordering through the app for delivery though; pick-up only. read more

I was JUST at the drive through and they gave me the wrong order. There was no one inside and no one behind me. How does that even happen? I ordered a #6 because I'm a vegetarian and they gave me a BLT....so I ended up eating bread, lettuce and tomato. AWESOME. Get it together. read more

I have given this place several chances but my experience last night was the final straw. I ordered a deluxe Veggie sub and when I got home, I realized that I was given a Tuna sub. I'd love to say this is the first time it's happened to me but alas, this place fails at doing their job 1 in every 3 times I go there. I decided to drive back to get the $7 sub I paid for and on my way I called to let them know that they gave me the incorrect order and that I would like them to have the sub I ordered waiting for me when I get there. The kid that answered the phone seemed apathetic and didn't apologize for inconveniencing me. When I arrived, the girl who made me the wrong sandwich in the first place looked at me and said, "Were you the one who got the wrong sandwich?" and I said, "Yep." and she said, "Oh. Ok." again, NO APOLOGY, no offer to compensate me for my trouble. When the boy handed me the new sandwich, he did say he was sorry about it, to which I then said, "Well what do you guys do when this happens?" "Well you can have a bag of chips or a cookie." This was only offered to me AFTER I had asked the question. This should have been the FIRST thing that came out of their mouths. I decided to give the girl a little lecture about Customer Service but her brain was clearly full of text messages and thoughts of Minecraft, so I cut it short and left. Here is what really bothers me: 1. If you make a mistake, own it. Apologize. Even if you're not sorry, make it seem like you are. 2. Offer the customer something to soften the blow! Do you not care about whether I come back or not??!! 3. Why was there no Manager on duty?! This happened at 6pm... which can be a busy time for the food industry... so why was there no Manager there? This kind of establishment tends to hire teenagers and young 20 somethings with no facial expressions, probably because it's cheaper to do so. But I will never come back to this place. You just lost a customer because of your apathetic teenage employees. So either train them to CARE about the CUSTOMER or HIRE ADULTS! read more

Im not sure that this Jimmy John's is still open as I believe that they were planning on moving. Honestly, Jimmy John's as a company has done an excellent job and is my GO TO sandwich spot. But this Jimmy Johns in particular insists on having poor customer service. I used to work in the area about 6 months ago and there have been multiple cases of rude, unattentive "I really could care less" situations have either caused me to cancel my order or think twice about calling there again. I am a loyal customer that orders about once a week and I had ordered a #4 no tomato add pickle. They forgot to put the turkey on. I tried to return the full sandwich along with my receipt. They fought me on it saying that the employee "knows that she put the turkey on it" and then continued to accuse me of picking it off so I could get a free sandwich (mind you I was going to send the one with no turkey back). After a long discussion with the manager of the store, she finally agreed to send me a new one and take back the messed up sandwich. Despite them sending me a new one after an argument, I don't recommend this place due to poor customer service and treatment of the situation. read more

This is the weirdest most inconsistent Jimmy John's I've ever been too. They just randomly close, hours before their listed closing times. On more than one occasion we've gone to the drive thru only to find out they closed with no sign or anything indicating as such. The other day we placed a pick up order and arrived just after 5pm, they informed us they were closed but had a pick up order and asked if it was ours. We received the order and asked at the window why they were closing FOUR HOURS EARLY and they had no idea. We were told "I dunno, owner just said we were closing early." At one point this location had a huge banner outside that said "NOW OPEN" (this was when businesses were reopening after the onset of COVID). Seeing as it was lunch time on a Saturday we tried the drive thru but they were closed. Not sure why they can't keep consistent hours or at least post a closed sign at the drive up but we won't waste our time at this JJ's again. read more

I ordered a jimmy johns coke i was very thirsty and i was looking forward to having a coke. When i recieved the order they gave me a diet coke. Every time i drink diet coke my stomach hurts and i get sick. So i decided to fix the problem by calling and letting them know what the problem was they were nice about it and told me they would send a new one. When i recieved the new one it was still diet coke and i did not understand why. I called again telling them that it was still the wrong drink they were so rude about it and did not say anything back the guy hung up. There goes 2.19 of my money so thanks jimmy johns. read more

If you've ever been to a Jimmy Johns, you know that they make a great sandwich. However, you can go to any Jimmy Johns and have a good sandwich. I rate this Jimmy Johns so poorly because of the disrespectful, rude, and lazy employees. I've gone in many times to an unenthusiastic greeting, a look of anger when ordering anything except a soft drink, and a sloppy sandwich put together heinously. They've never been friendly, when saying "Thank You" to them they blatenly ignore your manners and have none themselves. They won't even walk the sandwich to you or hand it to you. You have to walk around the store to pick it up because they're too lazy to help out whatsoever. read more

I placed an order for delivery and not only was it super fast (I believe it was 15 minutes from the time I placed the order to the arrival at my home) but the young lady who delivered it was extremely polite and friendly.
