I found out Jimmy John's has a pretty decent website where you can configure your sandwich just like you were in store. My go to is the Italian Club #9 with extra Vito (extra Italian meats, no extra ham), thin cut the bread. Customer service at this store is terrible. I work security across the street. I called ahead and asked if I placed an order for pickup if they could meet me across the street since I can't leave the property ( and can't justify paying a $3 delivery fee to literally go 30ft). They say yes it's fine. Then when my pickup time comes they state that they can not do that. Don't agree to do something then backtrack later on. That's why I called before placing the order. Plus my pickup time was 6:45-7:00. And the sub was made 40 minutes before that. I highly recommend getting food elsewhere. read more

I actually ate here, inside the storefront. Not pleased this go round. And I love Jimmy John's. Really guys, how hard is it to completely screw up a sandwich. Laundry list time: 1) no greeting. 2) ordered a #9 with NO onions. I got a #9 (I think) with no tomatoes or mayo and a TON of ONIONS. I'm glad I just don't like them and don't have an allergy. 3) was addressed as "huh?" when I asked for mayo packets 4) definitely not enough parking. 5) I won't be returning to this location. And I really love JJ. Guess why I gave it 2 stars...the bathroom was clean and functional. Maybe a change in management is in order... there's a reason why this location is nearly empty at lunch on a weekday. read more

I have been here quite a few times and they have always been courteous and fast. They also have never messed up my order which is a huge plus. Another location close by had been notorious for forgetting to sub mustard for mayo and practically ruining what would have been a great sandwich. This place reminds me of other food joints like let's say Which-Wich except for the customer service piece. It was my first time trying JJ and though I liked the sandwich, their customer service was absurd. We were more polite than the peeps behind the counter and the only reason I bring this up is because they have a big board on the wall saying something like the customer is usually right. go figure. I had the vegetarian sandwich (#14, i think). It was filling with copious amounts of lettuce and cheese, but the best part of the whole sandwich was the bread. Had a horrible experience with this location. Ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my work because I was too busy to go out and buy something. By the time I was free, I took a bite and found that my sandwich was missing MEAT. I called them and they said that upon delivery of the new sandwich, I had to give them the meatless sandwich so that it can be verified that it was indeed made wrong, otherwise my card would be charged. This was our first time to a Jimmy Johns and we had heard great things and were excited to try it! However, when we got inside we felt rushed even though there was no one in line. The employees were no help & didn't offer any extra toppings, we didn't even know we could add extra toppings until we sat down to eat. There was also a woman behind the counter who was on her phone at the register while a customer was trying to place her order. We did enjoy our sandwiches, but wish we could have spruced them up to our liking with the extra toppings. We will be coming back, just not to this location. read more

First off, I love Jimmy Johns and have never had a bad experience at any location until today. I came in tonight with my husband to buy a fresh loaf of bread. Some guy behind the counter, who later identified himself as the manager, took a minute to think and said he wouldn't sell us any bread because he didn't have enough bread for the night. (??) (Keep in mind it was 6:45 pm on a Friday night). I immediately started to walk out and then He changed his mind and sold it to us. Then, my husband asked for a couple of packets of mustard and the manager refused to give us any, explaining that only customers who buy sandwiches can have that. To my knowledge, JJ's only puts Dijon in the sandwich and if you want regular mustard they always give you packets. The manager was beyond rude, unprofessional, and it felt like full blown discrimination. I don't know if the manager didn't like the fact that my husband and I are an interracial couple, but it sure felt like the scene that went down at this store was discriminative..since there is no other way I can begin to explain this level of stupidity. I've eaten here many times and have had zero issues with the food or service. The sandwiches are predictably as good as any other JJ's and I have had the staff go out of their way to help me. I once stopped by with my new baby and the staff actually carried my order out to my car for me so I could carry the baby. This is my go to JJ's. My friend and I stopped at this location and got good service up until my friend put his cookie down on the table with our receipts and went for our drinks. When we got back to the table his cookie wasn't there. I'm not blaming the staff for someone else taking the cookie but when we told the staff what had happened, they refused to give him another cookie. Really? It's a cookie! I get it, it's just a cookie but its the fact that they said, well if you want another cookie you'll have to pay for it. In my opinion, seeing as how I work for a company with a highly reputable customer service department, is that they should have just given him another cookie.
