You might even feel like taking them to-go because they're so big and stuffed. This time, I tried the roast beef sandwich -- it was super tasty and flavorful. Personally, I love my sandwiches warmed, so if I had known it would be served cold, I would've asked for it to be heated. It also came with chips, which was a nice touch. You can tell this place is well-loved and popular , the service is fast compared to the crowd, and there's a lovely outdoor seating area that's perfect for nice weather. It's located right next to the University of Michigan, making it a great lunch stop between classes or after campus events. I'd definitely come back to try other sandwiches next time!

It's not this flat thin slice uniform bullshit. It has texture. It can crumble. This ain't that. It made me sad. It did not taste fresh made in store sliced to order deli food. The pumpernickel bread was good. The slaw was rustic and choppy and worked. The melty cheese was nice. The pickle was nice and sour. The curly fries were OK. I can't get past the corned beef. I will never order it again.

We'd been shopping on the other side of campus, so drove to this side and eventually found parking in a parking garage, but the garage was being worked on, so parking was limited. There was a bit of a wait for food at lunch time on a Tuesday, but we were in tourist mode, and didn't mind waiting. While waiting, I bought a cookie from the deli a few storefronts away, and were able to sit at their tables. Noori doesn't offer any outdoor seating. Since we ordered at lunch time at a weekday, we were able to get a lunch deal, which was a nice bonus. We ordered two flavors of chicken to split between our group. I forget what we got, but we got the best seller, and then the flavor covered in sauce. The sauce was spicier than we expected. I think we got fries too, but they were pretty forgettable. I didn't think the chicken was anything special, but it served as a protein to balance out my cookie and other sweet treats we got throughout the day.

I ordered the Galway Reuben which was good, while my friends ordered chicken tenders. They had a debate over whether Blue Lep's or Charley's had the better tenders. As for the service, our server was nice and attentive, but the time it took to bring out the food was way too long.

The service is so friendly and it's a really cozy place to work (when it's not super crowded!). I also really love a place that's constantly trying something new on their menu. They have the usual stuff all the time, which is great, but it's fun to help test drive new items (which sometimes become regular, like the burrito!)

I also have tried the vegetable bagel, the smoked salmon bagel, and the chicken salad sandwich. All were really good. Also the sandwich was the best thing I've had but I would order the bagel more frequently as I crave it more. It is well loved by so many people for good reason. The service is great and so fast and they have good seating indoors and outdoors.

Admittedly I don't really know where they "mermaid juice" name comes from (I just picture it one of those trendy colorful drinks when I hear that name) but honestly they can call it whatever they want as long as they keep it as delicious as it is! For bites I went with the chorizo potato burrito which was really good. It was also a great value for the price point as it was quite a sizeable portion. I also love a sweet treat so I tried the maple waffles and that was also a great price for the size (two belgian waffles infused with cinnamon and maple, no need for the syrup!). I hear good things about the space itself but I haven't been in yet. I look forward to checking it out, though! But even for delivery it's a very solid option.

Their happy hour is a bit vague and the pricing is oddly secretive. Despite them having online ordering they don't have a drink menu online and the happy hour is advertised (as of May 2024) as "up to 50% off drinks). My vodka soda during happy hour was about $5 which was fine (even though it was small, made with well, and served in a plastic cup) but it does seem concerning that the full price for said drink could be closer to $10. A bit egregious considering many places in the area have happy hours with real, good cocktails for the same price. The real draw of the happy hour menu imo is the list of $5 apps. I got two sliders with fries and they were good and the portion size was great for the price. While I was there, I saw a bartender making two drinks. He knocked one over and about half spilled out and he topped it up with ice and mixer. I'd be pretty pissed if that were my drink, ngl. For the vibe and the cheap eats I'm being a bit generous with 3 stars, otherwise it would be a 2. Overall much better places to drink in AA.
